O ambiente do hotel é excelente. Grande qualidade no design, na comida,na oferta. Excelente hotel. O conforto é espectacular assim como as instalações. Um hotel moderno de excelente gosto ...esqueceram-se de ter selos o que é maçador no caso de ter obrigatoriamente de escrever e não remeter e-mails. |

O hotel tem um design moderno, mas adequado à estrutura clássica do edifício. Muito tranquilo. São 15 minutos de caminhada até ao centro da cidade, mas que se fazem bem. Ao final do dia, o bar e o jardim do hotel sãoi muito agradáveis. As carpetes no quarto precisam de uma limpeza. A casa-de-banho é pequena, mas funcional. |

Reall nice design boutique hotel. Nice room all high tech although a bit small. 10 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Free bus shuttle from hotel to train station. |

Location is not perfect but very easy to find. Car parking was a nice feature. Breakfast was excellent, especially that it was icluded in room price. Excellent price but not a 4 star standard. Hotel staff not as welcoming as most 4 star hotels. One receptionist was totally helpless and clueless. Room facilities not up to a 4 star hotel standard. "Radiculously" small closet with only 2 shirt/jacket hangers. Toilet flush is too powerfull, splashing powerfull, not very hygene. |

Our room was very nice. Really modern and quirky. Breakfasts were excellent, especially liked fresh veg and fruits to juice yourself. Every hotel should have one! Shuttle bus was an invaluable extra. Bar srevice excellent for a nightcap. |

Very good hotel with save parking for your car at the hotel property (a must in Florence), very friendly people working at the reception and restaurant. We were four hours early for check it but that was not a problem. Beds are good and the rooms are very quiet so sleeping shouldn't be a problem. Breakfast is good. The decoration of the rooms and the atmosphere in the hotel is special. It was a 15/20 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the streets are smalls and the traffic is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel when you are travelling with children, or you should use other kinds of transport. |

good value for money, comfortable and cosy standard rooms, accesible area walking distance from center, many nice restaurants and bars at the road towards Ponte Vecchio, parking for the car Τhe staff at the reception are not very keen on helping out regarding sightseeing, car rental (cannot arrange it !) etc |

Excellent designer rooms which were also functional. Breakfast service was excellent. Expensive. However, some annoying minor gremlins due to the room design (e.g. Toilet flushed too strong, Bathroom door loud closing, etc). |

Good attention from the hotel staffs, all are very friendly The size of the room and the cleaniness in the room, was able to see the dust on the carpet |

location for guest with the car, breakfast, very kind staff in the restaurant, big bathroom even in the smaller room like ours, mini bus option to the train station/center, it was longer walk then 15min to the city center - during night was not very good feeling walking to the hotel, lonely streets etc, better to take cab |

this was an ultra nodern hotel. the staff were helpful & professional. breakfast was plentiful & delicious. I would stay here again if I travel to Florence |
