Interesting interior. Good kitchen in the restaurant. Didn't like the location. Quite dangerous place in Napoli. Parking is 0.5 km away. |

This hotel is very nice although it is in an awful area. The room we had was on the 5th floor, really large with an excellent bathroom. The rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast in the morning. Staff were helpful. The area around the hotel is not very nice. Look after your valuables if you are out at night! |

Actually, I didn't like anything. The food was far more expensive than in the 4 star hotel we stayed at in Rome the week before. The roof top terrace was shut for a private function so guests could not use it. (the hotels only redeeming feature) The wardrobe door was damaged in our room, but all this pales into insignificance when you consider the location. |

The room was large and very nice with a balcony and view of the square below. Great bathroom, extremely clean all around and this is something that is very important to me. Also, the morning breakfast at the restaurant was perfect, in a beautiful room and with the roof deck as an option for seating. The room key was a little sticky. We had to wiggle the card to make it work. But it was fine. |

very helpful hotel staff, the terrace. paying for the Internet. You could clean the area in front of the hotel. You could give more turist information, brochures about Naples and surroundings, etc. Poor value for money in the restaurant |

Really nice room, comfortable bed, modern decor, lovely bathroom, electronic control box at bedside for lights, helpful front desk staff, excellent breakfast ,and very good restaurant with pleasant wait staff, rooftop terrace. The location on Piazza Garibaldi is a handy location for public transit (bus, metro, train). I would stay there again. Great hotel. Thank you UNA! Internet (especially when using the terminal in the lobby) should be free. Piped in music in restaurant was a little bothersome in being too loud at times but waiter was kind enough to turn it down. |

Lovely hotel - location was central but not a very nice area. Breakfast buffet was good, restaurant staff were very friendly. As with many cities, the area around the train station was not very pleasant |

Helpful staff, noisy area which is not in a very nice part of town. The closeness of the train station is a plus for travel to Pompei and other attractions. It is within walking distance of some decent shopping and good restaurants. Noisy area, and in order to sleep the windows had to be closed. |

Room was very nice and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good. The staff did a good job when we needed it. Good location for exploring Naples. Internet was 3 euros for 30 minutes. |

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and airport. I was coming from sorrento by train after 12 days of traveling Italia,I had a 6:45 flight in the morning and wanted a comfortable rest before my travels back to the states- the Una hotel definitely fir the bill and the room was awesome!! I hated naples but liked the Hotel-naples is the armpit of italy-i could not believe the philth of this city-trash everwhere!!!!!!!!!! what gives? will try to avoid flying into or out of this city in the future-not a good way to end my trip after taking in all the beauty italy has to offer- |

The rooms are reasonably comfortable. The breakfast is quite very good, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I will be quite happy returning to this same hotel next time around. The environment outside the hotel which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel itself meets a high standard. |
