Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, a 5 minute walk from Naples Central Train Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace. Large and elegant, rooms at UNA have a contemporary design and air conditioning. They also feature a minibar, pillow menu and Sky satellite TV channels. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Breakfast is served buffet style at UNA Hotel Napoli. The restaurant serves Neapolitan and Mediterranean specialties, which can be enjoyed out on the terrace in warm weather. The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooftop restaurant was a fantastic way to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. The choice at breakfast was impressive and overall, it was conveniently located and comfortable.

They gave us a very good room, the Hotel is well situated and easy to find from the central station and served a decent breakfast in a nice setting. The Hotel is in a lively part of town with a some prostitution and drug dealing in the area. We weren't pestered, but you should be aware. One of the waiters serving breakfast is rude to non-Italians and clearly not suited to a job in the hotel trade. a shame as the rest of the staff were very nice.

Clean, modern, convenient location, good restaurant up on the roof, nice and spacey room with a sound proofed windows (you will need those), excellent bathroom. The staff will try to park your car at garage outside the hotel. Otherwise, you can try to park overnight in front of the hotel on your own risk of getting a parked ticket. Does not have parking.

The location of the hotel ist nearly perfect for visiting the town and make trips by train. The view out of the room was beautiful. The lift was fast. The staff was friendly. OUr room was in the 5th floor but the traffic was pretty loud. In the room were disturbing noises (clicking and supply noise in the walls;even in the night) The bath could be better cleaned. And every day at breakfast at minimun one peace of the cutlery was dirty.

Nice, clean and modern hotel with fancy design and nice view from the restaurant. Located next to Centrale (train station). Very very expensive wi fi. Be prepared to Napoli experience, since it is located close to the central station, the evening / night walks might look a bit extreme.

The hotel was lovely, a luxury haven, perfect stopover on way home. Lovely design, modern and stylish and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast excellent and restaurant very good too. Loved hotel but location unpleasant, we went out for a walk but quickly decided we would stay in the hotel for meals.

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was large, attractive and very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace with restaurant and bar was an oasis of serenity in the middle of the city. It is in easy walking distance of the train station. The fact that it was in Naples, which was filthy, and near the train station, which seemed to be the filthiest part of Naples.

very clean large spacious room - tea/coffee making facilities. Excellent breakfast. friendly staff very little wardrobe/draw space for clothes. We originally booked an excecutive room for 10 nights which had 2 small drawers and a very narrow wardrobe with 4 hangers in. We upgraded to a suite for extra space but still had to leaves clothes on the back of the chairs.
