Lovely rooftop resturant with great views over the city/rail station. Rooms were nice and hotel staff helpful. Internet/wifi not free, but the PC in the lobby was superfast. Very convenient location for the station and the hotel recommended a great place to eat that was close by. The location itself, just not a very nice area of Napels.but that is no fault of the hotel and we chose it because it close to the station. Market on one of the side streets so it was very noisy only if you had the windows open. |

Great hotel -excellent location. Good breakfast which you could have on the rooftop. A sanctuary in an extremely dirty city of Naples. |

The staff was very helpful, the room and bathroom were extremely comfortable, modern and clean, there was no noise from the piazza when the window was shut, the airconditioning worked well, there was enough space and the breakfast was excellent. the design of the public space downstairs was a little impersonal, but it's probably a question of taste. |

Well located hotel near central station. Walking distance to shopping streets (25 min to down town with shops along the way), approx 25 min to the harbour as well by foot. Nice design of the rooms, comfortable beds, free safe. Nice buffet breakfast at top floor with view of the city. Internet access only in lobby for 3 eur 30 min. Good value for the money. The cleaning of the rooms needs to be improved, we complained and they had to redo the cleaning 2 out of 4 days, it goes to quick for them. |

The location of the hotel is an easy access if you are coming by train-just outside the train station. The rooms are newly decorated and more stylished than I would expect. The breakfast menu was poor for a hotel in Italy. The pastries and bakery was not fresh enough. |

The hotel is gorgeous. The very best we stayed in during our entire trip in Italy. The bathroom was awesome! We were thrilled with the choice of this hotel. We went up on the rooftop for a light dinner and drinks. The view was awesome----complete with fireworks in the distance. The rate is very good. The desk staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. While the location on Girabaldi Square is convenient--across the street from the train station, this is a dirty, seedy area. (Typical train station location) This did not bother us, as we were on our way to Pompeii and Vesuvius by train. And the amenities of the hotel completely made up for this. I would suggest that you put on your website that the location of the hotel is just across the square from the train station We knew it was "close" but had no idea how close. So....we got a cab, and 15 Euros later we arrived at the hotel---1/2 a block away. Had we known it was so close, we could easily have walked---yes, it is that close. This would be a good tip for your future customers. Absolutely great hotel. Recommend it! |

stylish hotel, modern, and nicely decorated, good sound insulation. We booked the hotel because it is closed to the railway station However, to cross the Piazza Garibaldi for going to Alibus stop, it took us more then 20 mins because of cars, crowds, and vendors. The hotel is good, conveniently located, but Piazza Garibaldi is incrediably busy with cars honking all the time. |

Excellent value stay at this city centre hotel, conveniently located close to the train station but far enough away to not to hear the trains. Close to the centro storico and the extensive breakfast can be taken on the roof terrace with fantastic views of mount vesuvius. A good all rounder! Strangely no iron! |

With notably stylish design throughout, this cool and funky hotel is right in the heart of Napoli. There is a lot of talk on the site about Piazza Garibaldi and Centro Sorico being "dodgy" which may be a perception if you're from somewhere clean and comfortable. The fact is that Napoli is a large urban environment and exciting with it. |

Wonderful rooms - nice design, confortable pillows and bed. Good facilities, great breakfast and an excellent location (considering Napoli... of course). The staff was very nice - one of the "luggage man" even followed me to the ATM bank to make sure I didn't get robbed in Garibaldi square (yeap, Napoli is a jungle and Garibaldi is the king of them all). Garibaldi Square is a dangerous place to be! But that's a generic advice about Napoli. It is only worthy has a stopby to visit Pompei, Vesuvius and Capri. The hotel has good facilities but since it's located in Garibaldi Square, near the trainstation, it has lots of homeless people passing by, lots of street market and lots of caos, noise and trash. The hotel didn't have free wifi - only ethernet cable and paid - too expensive!! |

The decor and design of the hotel were to a very high standard. Our room was very clean and equipped with modern facilities, including an electronic safe. It also had a balcony. The area immediately outside the hotel was quite dirty and noisy. Orders for coffee at breakfast service were slow to be processed and there appeared to be confusion amongst staff re the same, resulting in double orders been taken at certain tables etc |

Beautiful and very modern hotel. Great breakfast on the top floor with a view on the city. Very clean and modern room with all commodities you need, incredible soundproofness from the noises from Piazza Garibaldi. Piazza Garibaldi is not ideal location for visiting the city and frankly speaking looks a bit dreadful. Most of the attractions, restaurants etc turned out to be around the port which is 10 euro taxi trip away form the hotel. |

Location is very convenient if you need to take the train and/or bus as it is just in front of the main station. Try to avoid a room in the first floors as it is a bit noisy at night. Room was really good but bed a bit hard. |

Convenient for visting historical sites from the train station. Restaurant staff very nice. Front desk staff were not helpful, the hotel does not have any information for tourists. Since alot of people staying there must be tourists, I recommend they keep some information about the circumvesuvina etc at the front desk. Breakfast options not very good. |
