το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. το πρωϊνό ήταν πολύ καλό. η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλή και μπορεί κανείς σε 10 λεπτά να βρεθεί στο κέντρο της πόλης όπως και στο κεντρικό σταθμό για μια ημερήσια εκδρομή στην περιοχή της Τοσκάνης. |

Είναι πολύ κεντρικά, το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο, θέα στην πλατεία Santa Maria Nouvela, Δεν υπάρχει lounge χώρος παρά ελάχιστος στην είσοδο, ο χώρος φύλαξης αποσκευών είναι άθλιος. |

Position was very good.Close to station and sights in Florence. Air conditioning was very effective Room very small .Hanging rack in corner ,with non detachable hangars not a single draw or shelf for clothes.Just acceptable breakfast in too small dingy room on 1st floor.Staff mainly very unhelpful. |

The front desk staff especially. They were very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to help us meet our needs in giving directions and in the use of internet services. The hotel is very close to the central train station and to some of the major attractions. 1. My wife thought the bed was a little too hard. 2. We could not use the computer in the internet services room, because everything is in Italian. Printed instructions in English for "How to read/send email in English" would be very helpful to guests who cannot read Italian. |

The hotel is close to station and has been recently refurbished. The decor is modern and has good italian style. The breakfast was excellent for the price. We had a room overlooking the Piazza of Santa Maria Novella fantastic area |

Close proximity to the main attractions in Florence, all within walking distance. Our room was remarkably quiet considering it was near to the railway station. No easy chairs in the bedroom and no lounge facility |

Excellent location. Our room (52) had a view overlooking the Santa Maria Novella church and square. Only 5 minutes walk to the staion and Duomo. The funky design enhanced the hotels appearance. The minor problem we had with the lights were sorted quickly and efficiently. The shower curtain design needs to be looked at as it is not big enough and resulted in the bathroom and towels being sopping wet. The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests using the hotel. The internet facilities were also non operational during our visit. |

Location was great, close to the Firenze S.M.N. station and a short walk (5-15min) to most of Florence's attractions/sights/galleries. Hotel is modern and 'trendy.' Breakfast was good - great selection compared to most other hotels I've stayed at. The room I stayed in was on a split level between two floors so getting my heavy bag into the room was a bit of a schlep. |
