το προσωπικο ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατο και φιλικο. το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται κοντα στο σταθμο και στα λεωφορεια -αλλα και σε αποσταση ασφαλειασ απο αυτα που φοβασαι οταν μενεισ κοντα σε σταθμουσ, αλλα και κοντα στο duomo και στουσ κεντρικουσ δρομουσ για ψωνια .διαθετει καλο πρωινο για την κατηγορια του και ειναι ησυχο χωρισ να ειναι αποκομενο απο τον κοσμο.

να βαζουν περισσοτερα ζαμπον/προσιουτο/τυρια/γλυκα/καφε/κλπ την ωρα αιχμησ του πρωινου ωστε να μην περιμενεισ σε ουρα και να βαεισ την ποσοτητα πουσου χρειαζεται εξ αρχησ.

το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. το πρωϊνό ήταν πολύ καλό. η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλή και μπορεί κανείς σε 10 λεπτά να βρεθεί στο κέντρο της πόλης όπως και στο κεντρικό σταθμό για μια ημερήσια εκδρομή στην περιοχή της Τοσκάνης.

Κεντρικό σημείο (κοντά στον σταθμό τρένων και σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα), με ωραία θέα σε όμορφη πλατεία.

The location is brilliant, being on the nicest piazza facing Santa Maria Novella church and within easy walking distance of everywhere you'd want to go. The train and bus stations are within a couple of hundred yards, making travel effortless. Staff are really polite and friendly, rooms spotless and spacious, breakfast very good and, in spite of its central location, the hotel is incredibly quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Our room would have benefited from better clothes storage, but this is a trivial niggle and I should travel lighter in future!

Great location, the room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was quite good with enough variety.

The only minus was that they didn´t install enough lights in the room, so it was very dark and gloomy in the evening.

We were given a room which was too noisy to get a good nights sleep in due to a dull noise which sounded like an air conditioning unit behind our wall. We were moved the next night after speaking to a few members of staff about the problem, who firstly claimed there were no other rooms available. We encountered 1 very helpful member of staff but didnt find the other 3 we spoke to were particularly eager to please. Left slightly disappointed overall due to a few smaller issues.

Location is good near railway station and the historical center.

The location is great, 5 min from the train station and within 30' from anywhere in Florence

The controlled internet. It is a pain not to have wifii free these days.

The wallpaper is funky, check-in staff were friendly and spoke good English. Good location to the train station (less than 5 minutes walk) and easy to get to anywhere in the city from here.

Breakfast was ok but needs more selection - no hot water provided for tea unless you asked for it (and even then it didn't always arrive!), more fruit selection needed. We had two single beds pushed together which kept drifting apart as they were only held together by one double sheet. Needs more English speaking tv channels - bbc World gets to you after a while!! No view from the room (22) as it opened into a courtyard with two other rooms which also meant you couldn't leave the windows open.

The room was great and large, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, great value for money and the colourful rooms are great fun. Excellent location and easy walking to all the sights.

Very close to train station. You can come to the hotel through the underground walkway from SMN station within only few min. The design of the hotel is trendy

Staff could be a little more friendly

Close to train station, New decoration and furniture, clean. Good breakfast.

Small room facing a square with a lot of traffic, very noisy. The shower is a small area with folding screens separating it from the rest of the washroom, and didn't drain well, causing water overflow. There was no safe, no fridge. Staffs were not very helpful, couldn't give clear direction to the hotel over the phone. When we asked about the rate of phone calls from the room, the staff couldn't give clear answer, but later charged us 6 Euros for a 2 minute call to a Italian cell phone number.
