The front desk staff especially. They were very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to help us meet our needs in giving directions and in the use of internet services. The hotel is very close to the central train station and to some of the major attractions. 1. My wife thought the bed was a little too hard. 2. We could not use the computer in the internet services room, because everything is in Italian. Printed instructions in English for "How to read/send email in English" would be very helpful to guests who cannot read Italian. |

The hotel is close to station and has been recently refurbished. The decor is modern and has good italian style. The breakfast was excellent for the price. We had a room overlooking the Piazza of Santa Maria Novella fantastic area |

Close proximity to the main attractions in Florence, all within walking distance. Our room was remarkably quiet considering it was near to the railway station. No easy chairs in the bedroom and no lounge facility |

Excellent location. Our room (52) had a view overlooking the Santa Maria Novella church and square. Only 5 minutes walk to the staion and Duomo. The funky design enhanced the hotels appearance. The minor problem we had with the lights were sorted quickly and efficiently. The shower curtain design needs to be looked at as it is not big enough and resulted in the bathroom and towels being sopping wet. The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests using the hotel. The internet facilities were also non operational during our visit. |

Location was great, close to the Firenze S.M.N. station and a short walk (5-15min) to most of Florence's attractions/sights/galleries. Hotel is modern and 'trendy.' Breakfast was good - great selection compared to most other hotels I've stayed at. The room I stayed in was on a split level between two floors so getting my heavy bag into the room was a bit of a schlep. |

The staff was very kind and helpfull Perhaps check the rooms better before guests are coming the door handle in the bathroom was broken during our stay, the breakfast was ok, but in my opinion a little bit poor, eggs bacon..? But overall we are very pleased with you and our stay, so if comming back to Florence we will probably come back to you, first because of your staff |

The rooms were nice and very clean, ours was in the back, no view but very quiet. We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot in Florence. I would definitely stay there again, the location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. |

I really liked the decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fabulous value for the price. I would have liked the soap to be refilled each morning. |

Central location in an oasis of calm [Piazza Santa Maria Novella] in a busy city. All sights easy to access and only minutes away from rail and bus interchange/airport transfer. Good room, pleasant staff, good breakfasts! Many family members there for wedding and all enjoyed stay. |

The kindness of the staff, and the fact that, coming from the railway station, we can reach the hotel in a few minutes. It´s also very close to the Dome. The breakfast could be improved with some hot plates. The breakfast room is very small. The bedroom window opens to a very small indoor courtyard. |

The location is great - within a few blocks of the train and bus stations. Also within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Breakfasts were better than expected. My daughter was bitten by numerous mosquitoes when she left the window open. |

Excellent location, near to train station. All atractions in walkable distance. Good value for money. Beakfast OK for Italian 3 star hotel. Triple room OK, third bed in separate room (no door). Beakfast room small, you have to share same 8-10 person table. |

The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
This elegant hotel rests in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. |
Facing the River Arno in an exclusive position, this hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and is accessible by car. |
Resting between the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, for over 120 years this hotel has offered a fantastic location for exploring Florence. |
