建付けが悪い。風呂がカビ臭い。立地条件は非常に良い。

とにかくコストパフォーマンスが高いところが良い。立地も素晴らしく、観光にとにかく便利。朝食はややシンプル。

セーフティーボックスがなかったこと。あと、これはホテルの責任ではないが、通りに面した木にとまっているすごい数の鳥が夜中もうるさくてなかなか寝付けなかった。

駅にとても近く便利。部屋は壁、床、家具にいたるまでとてもおしゃれで広さも十分、清潔、すごく満足できました。

サンタ・マリア・ノヴェラ教会正面入り口に向かって、直ぐ右手にある古い横長の建物の一部を使った小さなホテルで、夜は玄関に鍵が掛けれれますが、声をかければ開けてくれます。部屋からノヴェラ教会とその広場が見え、町の人の暮らしと歴史が感じられます。外観に較べると部屋や食堂は大変美しく快適です。もちろん、海外ですので日本のビジネスホテルのように種々なものはそろっていません。必要なら、パジャマ・歯ブラシ・髭剃り・櫛・鼻紙等持参して下さい。タオル・バスタオル・洗顔剤・テレビはあります。朝食は、パン各種・ビスケット等・野菜・ハム・リンゴ・ヨーグルト・各種飲み物が有り、ハムとヨーグルトは日本のビジネスホテルよりはるかに美味しいです。

The front desk staff especially. They were very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to help us meet our needs in giving directions and in the use of internet services. The hotel is very close to the central train station and to some of the major attractions.

1. My wife thought the bed was a little too hard. 2. We could not use the computer in the internet services room, because everything is in Italian. Printed instructions in English for "How to read/send email in English" would be very helpful to guests who cannot read Italian.

The hotel is very near the train station and in centre of the city so i would like to go there next time i visit Florence,Thank You.

we didnt like the breakfast because they dont have eggs,sausages,etc...

Close proximity to the main attractions in Florence, all within walking distance. Our room was remarkably quiet considering it was near to the railway station.

No easy chairs in the bedroom and no lounge facility
