Veldig bra beliggenhet.Lite trafikkstøy. Utsikt mot Piazza S. Maria Novella. Rent. Fargerike rom, spesiell, men spennende design. Vi fikk bytte rom da vi først fikk dobbellseng og gjerne ville ha to separate. God service. God frokost. Very good value for money. |

Sentralt beliggende og kort gåavstand til de fleste severdigheter. Nær jerbane og buss. Vi fikk også et stille rom uten trafikkstøy, slik vi hadde bedt om. Hyggelig betjening Bedre leselys |

Big double bed and everything is clean and tidy... there are two imac which you can use at reasonable rates of 5EUR per hour. In fact all drinks in the mini-bar are charged at such a reasonable prices Not enough lighting in the room..... which is fine for me and my girlfriend but maybe be good for other people..... and as always double bed in Europe are in fact 2 smaller beds combining into one.... however i would definitely recommend this hotel as it has a more modern in-room design and its price |

Nice room and good size for Europe. Excellent location near train station and center of Florence. Breakfast was pretty good also Had a room overlooking the Piazza and the street noise was a little loud at times. Would pick an inside room next time |

The location is brilliant, being on the nicest piazza facing Santa Maria Novella church and within easy walking distance of everywhere you'd want to go. The train and bus stations are within a couple of hundred yards, making travel effortless. Staff are really polite and friendly, rooms spotless and spacious, breakfast very good and, in spite of its central location, the hotel is incredibly quiet. Will definitely stay again! Our room would have benefited from better clothes storage, but this is a trivial niggle and I should travel lighter in future! |

Very nice breakfast, the best one so far and in the heart of Florence, short walk everywhere. Great hotel but very plain. |

Great location, the room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was quite good with enough variety. The only minus was that they didn´t install enough lights in the room, so it was very dark and gloomy in the evening. |

Hotel was ideally situated in central Florence, convenient for the sights and railway station. It was clean and generally comfortable but cold - see below There was no heating at all in the bedrooms and since it was unusually cold for mid-October, the bedroom was far too cold for comfort. We complained to the hotel but nothing was done. We were told that "heating in Florence does not go on until 1st November" !!!!! I am nursing a heavy cold as I write this - I caught the cold because of the freezing cold bedroom. |

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good. We were given a room which was too noisy to get a good nights sleep in due to a dull noise which sounded like an air conditioning unit behind our wall. We were moved the next night after speaking to a few members of staff about the problem, who firstly claimed there were no other rooms available. We encountered 1 very helpful member of staff but didnt find the other 3 we spoke to were particularly eager to please. Left slightly disappointed overall due to a few smaller issues. |

Very close to train station and all tourist attractions/shopping area. The air-conditioner made lots of noise and the room is quite small. |

Comfortable, clean room of a good size with private bath, asked for quiet one and our wish was met with a room giving on the back. Excellent breakfast buffet, convenient Internet access for small supplement. Great central location for walking day trips, a 3 minute walk from train station and the piazza Maria Novella is quite nice and lively compared to other piazzas. Very good value for money. Nice intergrated modern design. Helpful staff. Room a bit run down (lamp didn't work for example). And, even if the bathroom was spotless, mold in the shower. |

The location is great, 5 min from the train station and within 30' from anywhere in Florence The controlled internet. It is a pain not to have wifii free these days. |

Its location near the smn station is its best asset It should be much better illuminated. Colors of the room walls are so dark and gloomy. Shower cabinet was not that clean and there was a smell when you first enter.didnt like the bathroom at all! |

The wallpaper is funky, check-in staff were friendly and spoke good English. Good location to the train station (less than 5 minutes walk) and easy to get to anywhere in the city from here. Breakfast was ok but needs more selection - no hot water provided for tea unless you asked for it (and even then it didn't always arrive!), more fruit selection needed. We had two single beds pushed together which kept drifting apart as they were only held together by one double sheet. Needs more English speaking tv channels - bbc World gets to you after a while!! No view from the room (22) as it opened into a courtyard with two other rooms which also meant you couldn't leave the windows open. |

The room was great and large, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, great value for money and the colourful rooms are great fun. Excellent location and easy walking to all the sights. |

Very helpful and polite staff. Slightly unique in decor.Very clean and comfortable. Great location, handy to main train station,shops, restaurants and has a large grassed park area adjacant to hotel. |

Very close to train station. You can come to the hotel through the underground walkway from SMN station within only few min. The design of the hotel is trendy Staff could be a little more friendly |

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was fantastic and the room was comfortable. The location was very handy for getting around. The breakfast was very good. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to others. The two plastic chairs in our room were not comfortable and it would enhance the room a lot if they replaced them with something more inviting. |

Close to train station, New decoration and furniture, clean. Good breakfast. Small room facing a square with a lot of traffic, very noisy. The shower is a small area with folding screens separating it from the rest of the washroom, and didn't drain well, causing water overflow. There was no safe, no fridge. Staffs were not very helpful, couldn't give clear direction to the hotel over the phone. When we asked about the rate of phone calls from the room, the staff couldn't give clear answer, but later charged us 6 Euros for a 2 minute call to a Italian cell phone number. |

Excellent location - just 300m from Santa Maria Novela train station, but still nice surrounding, all Florence historcal sights and shopping areas may be easily reached on foot within 5-15mins. Nice design of rooms and public areas. Individual air conditioner in the room - very usefull according to +36 in the end of August :). Good breakfast - much more than usual for Italy coffie and jam with croissant - youghurts, cheese, ham, cereals... Very good value for the price! Free WiFi Internet access point would be an excellent addition to amenities provided by the hotel |
