    Nice staff.

Dirty, bad technique in the bathroom, no wifi, old furniture. The room is very small, only cereals and biscuits on the breakfast.

    breakfast is suprisingly good.

There is almost no wifi at the hotel. I spend 3 nights. There is no internet during two days. Luckily one day, I can connect the internet for 2-3 hour. Bathroom is really awful. Shower has no walls, you can create a lake in your room. I had a bidet but silliest thing is very little water is coming from bidet's faucet so it's useless. Lift is very out dated and annoying. Room hasn't enough electric sockets.

The staff, who were very friendly and helpful - some spoke English. The price was good, as Turin is quite expensive, and I rather enjoyed getting to know the bus and tram system. (There were several stops close by.) The people in Turin in general were very friendly and helpful. And I really liked the city: good atmosphere, nice to be in, very gracious and beautiful. (Very different from Milan, which nobody seems to like - and I can see why! Too frenetic, not pleasing, somehow). Plenty of stuff to see.

I arrived at 23:00 and left at 6:30 so I only spent the night. Not far from Porta Susa by walk. I left early so I don't know how is the breakfast. Staff was OK, one of them spoke English.

It wasn't totally clean, but OK. Bed not that comfortable. The shower hasn't door or courtain, it's open and water goes everywhere. Far from Porta Nuova by walk and the Center.

Friendly staff. Good and clean public transport, therefore the location (~3km from city centre) isn't problem. Nice neighborhood.

Breakfast consist mainly of white bread products, but for that price it is very reasonable.

-Good value for money -Most of the staff is friendly

I left my smart phone at the hotel (for sure), but when I phoned back within a few hours they refused to check my bedroom and said they didn't have it, although I am 100% sure it was there.

I loved the staff! They were very friendly and helpful. When my ac broke they changed my room right then. I learned that the business had been in the family for a very long time and I felt good about supporting their business.

I didn't like the distance from city center but it ended up being worth the price to buy a 3 day bus pass and grab the tram right across the street.
