The service was the best I have ever seen in Italy - wow! Best staff, most helpful people in the world. I was beyond impressed.

The bathroom did not have a bathtub. I would have liked a spa on site for more relaxation.

In whole hotel only 1 bottle of 0.2l Prosecco??? And no other formats? No 0.375 or 0.75l??? For 4stars hotel very interresting....complimenti mr.Manager

The location is great, nearby to the main square of Trieste. The staff is professional, well trained and friendly.

Service and comfort isn't at the expected level of a 4 stars.

I do often reside in Trieste whether it's a weekend dedicated to this pleasant city, whether it be intermediate stop on the way to or returning from some more distant destination. In the past 6-7 years, this is, I think, the fourth time that I chose Urban Hotel. Well, I notice that only strict eye can notice the decline of the quality of services. However, in Trieste, there are several hotels that for the same, or slightly higher price offer a different atmosphere.

Small rooms. No free parking (probably an unfair comment. The hotel is in the center of town. There is a possibility of parking for a fee as a special service hotel, or in the blue parking signs to pay for parking as prescribed by the city authorities...

Excellent position, extremely close to the main square of Trieste.

Nice breakfast buffet, fresh bread even on Xmas day!

Great position (probably couldn't be better for those intended to visit the centre of Triest), kind staff and rich breakfast. The rooms, although not very big, look pleasantly modern and are comfortable and clean. High quality-price ratio.

Stayed for 1 night before going on a cruise and the location could not have been better- we walked to the ship with our suitcases! Had a good meal locally at night.Loads of restaurants,shops,bars as the location is right by the main square and shopping area. Went on a hop on bus and were impressed by the vaiety of things to see. We would highly recommend this very cental hotel to anyone who likes beautiful design-absolutely stunning decor and ultra modern facilities. An excellent breakfast was included. Reception staff were superb, nothing too much trouble.

Location (very convenient for main square and town), price (Italy and Tieste are comparatively expensive for hotels), friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Clean, modern, well-maintained, minimalistic. Breakfast provided.

No kettle or drinks in room - first time in over 30 years, even in 3rd world, I've been in hotel without. Although adequate, room was rather small. So minimalistic it was not very comfortable and was not cosy.

Many rooms, including our room, have windows above the courtyard with the big ventilators for the air conditioning. They are noisy and so it is difficult to sleep with open window. That said the air-conditioning in the room was very good. on a little square immediately adjacent to the hotel an "open air bar" opens at night. it seems to be there only for the summer-season. we stayed for the night from saturday to sunday. the bar opened at night, the atmosphere was a very cheerful but obviously there was also very loud music and a large crowd partied noisily until the early morning. the windows of the hotel are excellent and kept most of the noise out. people with a light sleep should however bring earplugs.

the bright lights of the room key slot and the air con were very annoying at night.................also our room was facing the street so it was noisy

The hotel is in a traditional building, so you have the feel of the city. The rooms are white, fresh, clean with a splash of colour (the chairs), the bathroom clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is generous and well balanced (fresh fruit salad, eggs, sliced meats, cheeses, patisserie). The location is splendid, just across the road from Piazza Unità d'Italia.

we've had a problem with unlocking the entrance door to our room. Nevertheless, staff was really helpful and fixed the problem.

Position is perfect. Next to the main square. Waiters& service at the breakfast...

We paid 115e for 4star hotel. Room were a huge disapointment. We got the rooms on the last floor that dont look as the one we saw on booking com. I think we got the worst rooms they've got. Wasnt hsppy about that. Not great hospitality on reception.

Die Rezeption ist sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Parkplätze, Frühstückswünsche nur teilweise erfüllt (z.Bsp. Ham and Eggs nicht möglich).
