Good location - in the center. Most Turin places are near it. No parking. You should find one, and it will cost you aproxiamtely 15 EUR per night. |

helpful staff, only 3 min walk to train station Porta Nuova We stayed on the top floor under the roof, so to say. When it started to rain in the night, rain drops made such a noise ( as if it was hitting metal plate or something) and we were not able to sleep. It is recommendable not to stay on the top floor. |

The hotel staff was really great. They gave me good indications for city trips. The location of the hotel is really good, nearby the train station. Although, I would not recommend to eat in the restaurants nearby the hotel. You must pay for using the Internet point. |

We went 'sightseeing' and relaxing. The Hotel was welcoming and informal without loosing any professionalism A minor problem is that the air coditioning did not work due to too higher setting of the system outdoors and at times the room temp was very high. This was the receptions explanation |

I liked almost everything. The hotel is on good location, in the quiet street, nearby main railway station. It is clean, the rooms are not luxurious, but very good for the cathegory of three stars. They have everything (tv, hair-dryer, mini bar, free in room safe), except tea/coffee facilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is rich and various. I didn't miss scrambled eggs, but I missed fresh fruit. The bathroom also very good with all facilities and even toiletteries. They are changing everything every day. The price with you was more than good - 52 Euros per night. Nothing to compare with Prima Lepic Hotel Montmartre in Paris, where I was staying some days before and paid double price for the same cathegory. I liked everything and - whenever I am in Turin - I am always coming back to this hotel - with your help! I can propose it to all my friends and business partners. |

The hotel has good quality equipment, such as nice beds, proper bathrooms and a pleasant entrance hall and reading room. The breakfast is reasonable, but not great. |

Very helpful staff, there 24h/day. Decent breakfast. Close to main transport sites, and an easy walk (10-15 min) into the centre of Turin with its many lovely a 'piazza', but also good restaurants and pubs around the corner. |

Very good value for money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good service. Rather small room but it didn't really bother us as we only stayed for two nights. |

The location is perfect for a city trip when you arrive at the station Puerto Nova. The organization (check-in,check-out) is done quickly and professionally, even the luggage was brought to our room; fresh linens and towels each day, luckily the air-conditioning could be variably turned down, breakfast of a good ***hotel standard, all in all we returned home with satisfaction |
