Location Wifi is not free. And it was written that they have elevator, but they gave me the room without elevator. So I carried my huge baggage by stairs. I don't recommend to stay here.

I enjoyed my stay with my girlfriend in the hotel .comfortable rooms nice staff and good brekfast I like this hotel. I prefer next time a bath instead of shower int the bath room but I m satisfied with this hotel

It was cheap and good value. Staff very helpful and excellent central location. Room seemed to smell of cigarette smoke. Only one pillow and bed not too comfortable. No light in shower.

Hotel Urbani is a well located friendly family hotel a few metres from Train Station. Eccellent service and very cordial staff, clean rooms with all amenites. Reasonable prices. I choose Hotel Urbani every time I am in Turin and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Well done and keep it up. No remarks, only that there are no 3 bedded rooms.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrroom walls thin...can hear the neighbours phone conversations, snoring and the toilet flushing and the shower. Stayed for 10 days....the breakfast is sufficient but after 3 days its boring....

3-4 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station. Good location near some of interesting shopping area and "Museo Egizio"- a true "must see". Good value/price ratio if you do not intend to stay in the room for long hours. Staff was always helpful and nice and gave us back my sons psp left in the room. Breakfast could be better, but is ok for the room rate. We stayed there for one night last year and will be back if needed in the future. The other 3 star hotels, and even some of the 4 stars, in the area are not better than this one.

2 minutes away from a tube station, 15min walk to the city centre, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast is included in the room fare, staff is very friendly and helping. I recommend this hotel!

The staff... They were very friendly, very eager to help, everything was perfect with the staff.. The location was also good as it is a 5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from via Roma where all the shopping is, and 10 minutes from the city center... The room.. Very small coming with two large bags there was barely room for us to move... The bed is actually two single beds pushed together which is extremely uncomfortable... And the walls are so thin, we could literally hear everything from the surrounding rooms!

Perfect location close to Central station and metro station. Availability to the center by step. Clean rooms, balcony, wi-fi with price 2EUR per day. Breakfast suficient for 3*. Quiet little street.

The beakfast was nice, personnell also. They kept the price for one night from my credit card shortly after I made the booking. When I checked out they told me I have to pay for all nights, because this guarantee money they kept will be back on my account in 7 days after the check out. I still didn't receive it, although it's been 15 days since I left the hotel.

It was close to the train station that we arrived on from our trip to Aosta. We had to catch an early flight home so didnt have time to eat our breakfast so we cant really judge how the breakfast facilities were. The room was very basic but very clean. Room was lovely and warm and the beds comfy. One younger female member of staff was very vague but the male staff were very helpful and polite.Tea and coffee making would have been a great addition even at a charge. Would have been nice to have been offered an early bird breakfast as they do at some hotels.Perhaps this may be introduced in the future?
