Location

Wifi is not free. And it was written that they have elevator, but they gave me the room without elevator. So I carried my huge baggage by stairs. I don't recommend to stay here.

The staff... They were very friendly, very eager to help, everything was perfect with the staff.. The location was also good as it is a 5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from via Roma where all the shopping is, and 10 minutes from the city center...

The room.. Very small coming with two large bags there was barely room for us to move... The bed is actually two single beds pushed together which is extremely uncomfortable... And the walls are so thin, we could literally hear everything from the surrounding rooms!

Perfect location close to Central station and metro station. Availability to the center by step. Clean rooms, balcony, wi-fi with price 2EUR per day. Breakfast suficient for 3*. Quiet little street.

It was close to the train station that we arrived on from our trip to Aosta. We had to catch an early flight home so didnt have time to eat our breakfast so we cant really judge how the breakfast facilities were. The room was very basic but very clean. Room was lovely and warm and the beds comfy.

One younger female member of staff was very vague but the male staff were very helpful and polite.Tea and coffee making would have been a great addition even at a charge. Would have been nice to have been offered an early bird breakfast as they do at some hotels.Perhaps this may be introduced in the future?

Excellent location, near to subway, train station and downtown. Safe surroundings. Very clean and comfortable room. Acceptable breakfast (not a large variety of foods, but for a 3star hotel it is ok).

Well situated, clean, close to station, tram and bus stops. The lady serving breakfast was quite cheerful and attentive.

Coffee (as well as capuccino, marchiatto, etc) was absolutely disgusting, an awful chemical stuff quite unexpected in Italy. Orange juice and scrambled eggs were also terrible, bread and salami fairly bad. Our room (upper floor) was small and badly designed: due to an low and inclined ceiling, one had to crawl in order to reach the opposite side of the bed, trying to avoid collisions with two strong and inclined wooden beams. For an unknown reason, the double bed was turned 180 degrees: the bed-head, its reading lights and the corresponding switches remained in their former position on the opposite side of the room, making reading in bed and switching off the lights from bed impossible. And if you're lucky, you'll get neighbours that do not speak aloud behind the thin wall between 2 and 3 A.M. The room was cold, heating controls becoming sometimes inoperative (unless you ask the reception to switch them back).

Excellent location for a stop-over to catch your train to/from Torino. Clean and quiet, price offer was great!

Location within easy walking distance of centre. Good value.
