The hotel is indeed a very good value for money and extremely clean. The location is also very good: it's close to the train station while being very quiet. The young lady at the reception was not very friendly. |

Location is great, friendly staff, clean and modern rooms. Good value for the relatively cheap price (also considering extra services such as internet and minibar). The internet connectivity could have been more reliable (the wlan was a bit flaky). A wire-based connection would have been great. |

Clean, renovated hotel with pleasant staff. Conviniently situated for traveling in other cities and sightseeing. Due to the fact that there was no lobby in the room noises from corridor were heard in the room. |

10 minutes walk from city centre. Wi-fi speed seemed slow so didnt subscribe to it. |

Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Just a few steps from the main train station. Quite close to histori center. Sound insulation >>> one can hear everything that happens in the corridor. |

Very good location, railway station, city, sightseeing nearby, quite calme, many restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast (coffee!!, choice of bread) could be better! |

Well located for the train station & transfers to the airport. A short walk from all the points of interest. Clean bedroom, good towels, room service breakfast available. Wifi. Apparentley the law in italy requires all central heating systems in Hotels to be turned offon 15th April & not turned back on until October. I visited the last weekend in April & it was pouring rain with temperatures no higher than 10 degrees in the middle of the day. It was freezing at night & I felt the hotel could have done more to help. They just scrugged. |
