FREE WI FI FRIENDLY STAFF CLOSE TO PORTA NOUVA STATION
Pillows could have been softer
Great location, good breakfast, comfortable room.
Rude staff, for the eyes say that we are Russian, did not say how much will it cost Ironing Service, during the eviction was called a total of 15 euros, or so it is unknown. Roughly a call in 11 said that we can not move out at 12, because the room is needed right now, we can say expelled. In the minibar overdue waffles. The girls at the reception did not know the word service, and men are normal
The girl serving b'fast brought me tea from her house because I said that I liked very strong tea. These little things make the difference.
The WIFI in our room was a bit slow but I just went to the corridor and the signal was perfect.
Breakfast very good for an italian city hotel, good choice of food Very clean rooms but dated.
When we arrived there was no heating on in the room (January) so took a long time to warm up. Generally room quite cold even when heated.
Good value for money, great location near Porta Nuova station and the center of the city, breakfast is good for italian hotels.
The tap water had a strong chlorine smell.
The rooms are good enough for the price.
The staff is rude and unfriendly. They only try to get rid of you as quickly as they can. Dont have any customer service skills. they only care about the check-in, check-out and getting paid.
The hotel is extremely close to the station, with great value for money. Be sure to buy water if you are going there late, as shops might not be open nearby. Try the restaurant across the street for some nice local food (ask the reception for recommendations).
The tap water had a strong chlorine smell.
Proximity to city comfort flexibility of staff for check in car parking Heating room breakfast excellent
1) Location 2) Staff friendliness and readiness to help 3) Cleanliness 4) Comfortable rooms
very nice staff, good varied breakfast. great location 2 min from porta nuova station if you travel by train/bus from airport. bar and cosy lounge inside the hotel. very comfortable bed, very clean.
bad quality coffee for breakfast. very thin walls; you can hear everything in the rooms nearby
Location, staff, food
Wifi not working, very slowly
Tv doesn't work properly.
Close to Porta Nuvo.
We stay at the hotel for 5 nights and only find one friendly staff. Most staff are unwilling to help to solve a problem due to language barrel or insufficient staff at work. For instance, the room rate is in Euros but the hotel charged the fee in usd with a 3% marked up on currency conversion from credit card without asking for permission. Problem was unresolved when leaving the hotel. Next block is a high risk area. You can see prostitutes on the street in the afternoon and evening. No English TV Channel in room. The room and breakfast areas are stuffy. No suitable for foriegners.
The hotel is ok
just minor cons: - room not so big - the breakfast could be improved
Central, good breakfasts, very friendly staff, super clean
Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile on their face.
Wi-Fi signal on the 5th floor was unstable.
I arrived an hour and a half early, my room was free and there was no fuss about checking in early. Great service! Hotel interior was newish and clean. Breakfasts were good and wifi was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked this hotel.
For convenience to the Porta Nueva and the airport coach stop, and on a quiet side street, the hotel cannot be better located. The historical Baroque centre as well as the Po riverside area are in easy walking distance. Reception service was friendly, relaxed and efficient. Buffet breakfast provided a decent range and choice of breads, pastries, cakes, fruits along with hot sausage and eggs.
Location Good staff
Internet access at 4 and 5 floor very weak The same menu for breakfast everyday
the location ,close to the train station and most attractions
returned at midday to use my room that was paid in full to use any day and any time through out my holiday but found out that my belongings where removed all over in a corner beds were on each other becauset, the room was being painted.
Location is perfect, such as staff, comfort, wifi, breakfast, a very good base to explore Torino!
The bed is a little old, with springs, also the decoration of the room is a bit old as well.
Great staff service and splendid breakfast.
Breakfast only fairly good. Orange juice concentrated. Coffee so so. Bread stale. Scrammbled egg cold. Butter so so. Cereal so so eg Aldi not branded etc. Rate 2/5 for food.
friendly staff great location breakfast was good
