Price, public spaces, location, breakfast ok, one girl on reception very helpful.
asked for room on high floor but was given small room on 1st floor facing street and next to lift so quite noisy.air conditioning is not available all the time so stuffy when it's hot. Also no English channels on tv.
My second stay at hotel urbani, service was excellent and location is very central. Will recommend this hotel to others
Wi-fi was a bit slow, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay at hotel urbani
walking distance from Porta Nuova. The staff were terrific.wi-fi was working properly. Nice tratorias around.
The double bed was not comfortable, breakfast needs improvement
wifi was spotty at best (on 5th floor)
Friendly staff Central location, a few minutes walk from Porta Nuova station Inexpensive
My room could use better soundproofing; loud talk from ground floor managed to wake me up several times in the middle of the night Breakfast quality has plenty of room for improvement
everything, excellent location, staff and breakfast.
- the staff kept my luggage for over 2 weeks while I backpacked - breakfast was simple but good - the location was incredible, less than 5 minutes from porta nuova - city center close by - good restaurant across the road - good internet - friendly and helpful staff that speak multiple languages to help me find my way around and activities within the city
- the room was really cold and I could not figure out the AC system despite having asked for help - the bed was not the most comfortable
It has all you need . Very convenient place. It has a perfect cost benefit. We always stay in Urbani.
Location and friendly staff.
Small room, noise. Disappointing that no gluten free bread provided for breakfast.
A really nice surprise, two minutes walking form the railway station and the bus to the airport. Ten minutes walking from the royal palace. A very nice room with a good breakfast.
Wi-fi was a bit poor
wifi was not really working for us. It cuts the connection. We really needed connection because we were making plans on the go.
The location is good, near to the strain station and the center of the city.
Sometimes I am scared of the security around the hotel.
Helpful staff, who seemed to speak all languages. Room clean and cool. Location very close to downtown, good shopping, good restaurants, subway and busses right around the corner.
Poor Wi-Fi reception
The staff was nice
The smell was very strong! Gave us a headache and couldn't sleep. The stiff beds made it uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep.
good location restaurants close by
central location clean room helpful staff
wi-fi erratic immediate location around the train station a little sketchy
In 'Citta Vecchia' the old part of the city of Trieste, with easy access to the main tourist sites in Trieste, you can't go past Urban hotel. Artful and contemporary with hints of the old throughout tastefully blends in this ancient part of Trieste. Close to transport, restaurants, cafés and several museums. Great service, staff met all our requests cheerfully. Great breakfast included in the cost, not cheap, but definitely worth the price. Manuela
No coffee or tea facilities in bedrooms, but you could get this on request.
Room super good, close to Porta Nuova Train station, close to restaurants, the bus to the airport it is just 5min walking.
WIFI - couldn't connect in our room, the signal was too weak.
Excellent location. The hotel was very clean and good choice for breakfast. One of the receptionists, Valentina (if I'm not mistaken) was really helpful and gave us lots of good advice.
good English spoken
The route description from airport to hotel is incorrect. Was advised to take train to Dora Station and then bus 11. Dora Station according to everyone is not a nice area to stand around. I got pickpocketed from my wallet from 2 guys that was hanging around the bus station one hour after landing. They hang around at the station, pick their targets. When the bus arrives, one will jump in first and try to bloack everyone from going to the back of the bus while the other stand at the end of the door. The one blocking will distract you and speak in Italian knowing that you can't understand. Grab your tickets to validate it without you having to ask for help. And in this moment of distraction, they make their move. Got to the police station and there were more foreigners who experienced the same. According to Hotel Urbani there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Also Bus 11 runs from the main road to doors of airport and back at a cost of 7,50
Отзывчивый персонал и удобное расположение рядом с вокзалом. Helpful staff and perfect location close to Central station
Wi-Fi работал нестабильно. Not stable wi-fi connection
The area is a bit dicey.
