Hotel Urbani    

Este nem volt melegvíz. A reggeli rántotta zavaróan száraz volt. A széf nem működött.

No decaffeinated coffee in the bar.

As a regular client of Urbani I am pleased to say that every time I stay at this Hotel, each time I remain satisfied mwith my stay. I sincerely recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This is the third time that I am suggesting that at breakfast the Hotel should provide a Toaster to clients as in some other Turin Hotels of the same category. In this regard, I would openly say that breakfast is excellent.

Good location, family rooms.

The hotel was very close to Porta Nuova train station and close to the shopping center. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

WiFi cost eur 4, it should be free for the residents.

This hotel is located within a couple of hundred meters of the Railway station and about 100 meters from the Airport bus stop so it's very well located. I only stayed there to break my journey but from the little I saw of it, it is very good.

Room a little on the small side.

The hotel was very welcoming and staff were extremely helpful. Our room opened onto a central en space surrounded by lots of residences and during the day it was noisy but interesting, made you feel like you were part of the place. Evenings were wonderfully quiet and opening balcony doors provided fresh air. the location close to the Porta Nuova Train station was useful even as a landmark to find our way around the city. We loved Urbani and loved Torino.

Hotel easy to find, map provide accurate and easy to navigate with. Hotel comfortable and quiet, close to main line station for onward trip with friendly staff. Beautiful building complete with Juliet balcony.

Tea and coffee making facilities were absent from the room. The addition of these after a long day travelling would have been welcome. Breakfast was not available early enough for our onward trip unfortunately.

The location of the hotel was very central which was a big plus for us - it was very close to the train station and to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and the service overall was great as well.

Good location to the airport, to the shopping street, and to the Lingoto conference center I visited frequently. Not much noise. Bath water very comfortable. Friendly staff is a big big plus to the score.

Water costs 2 euros for a small bottle. WiFi costs 4 euros for a day. They should be free.

On top floor the height of the room is low near the window.

Though we only slept there and couldnt appreciate all the amenities the room was comfortable and the breakfast good. wouldnt think twice about staying again.

noisy if you have a front room as bin men came around every morning between 5.30 and 7am better to have a room that faces into the courtyard as our elder daughter did.

The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet area even though it's close to a train station. Superbly served delicious breakfasts. Very clean room. Wonderful and very helpful staff. Highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Turin.

Neigborhood is a bit too funky:) I know it's not hotel's fault. Government should do something with strange guys on the street

Staff very helpful.

Place where luggage is kept (after check-out) by reception staff is open. It should be in a locked area and a numbered ticket issued to owner. Although I had no real problem, it is possible that someone takes by mistake (or not) the luggage of someone else.

The courtesy from the hotel staff, cleanlinees and the breakfast was also very good

They should not charge for the Internet extra

The location was perfect for us, and the restaurant opposite was amazingly good (la locanda del sorriso). Breakfast in the hotel was wonderful and the girl who served it and cleaned the rooms was very friendly.

We were not in the main hotel. We were stuck out the back, acroos the interior courtyard, in a small, old, damp smelling house that perhaps would be fine for staff, or even a single room, but as a double it was cramped, cold and dark, with no view at all. First floor, no lift. No offer to help with our cases. (I was with my mum, who is 78) The small telly was up too high above the old brown wardrobe to be able to watch (no international channels available anyway). The bathroom was grotty, old blue tiles, mould around the shower seals, rusty loo brush, no window, lighting was stark and the wifi didn't work - no one told me that there was a computer in the bar that perhaps I could use. The reception staff were correct, but that's all. I imagine from the good reviews that the main hotel rooms are better, but we didn't see them. For a little less we stayed in a wonderful hotel in Mestre, no comparison. On leaving I left a note, with my email, but nobody has bothered to contact me. I get the impression they don't care. Next trip to Turin I'll be staying somewhere else!
