everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, there is a big supermarket 1 minute away by car which have everything you need, and Ricardo was very helpful and friendly, we tried the Jacuzzi at night under the stars and it was amazing

Enjoy your relaxing holiday on the shores of Lake Como in a modern apartment with lake view of the Bella Vita Residence, the N°1 Residence for couples and small families' stays! The property has 7 apartments suitables for couples and small families, able to guarantee you a "Wow" experience and the perfect holiday you have always dreamed of. In addition to the various private apartments, you will also have at your disposal a series of services and common areas. A large common green area with a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the mountain backdrop resting on Lake Como and a heated jacuzzi where you can have the relaxation you deserve so much, surrounded by sun loungers where you can lie down and enjoy an outstanding view. In the near roof garden, you can also find a barbecue area with lake view and a wooden table and benches attached. Here you can make your grilled meat or fish. Upon your arrival you will also have included a parking space reserved for you in the large guarded garage, so that your car will always be safe even in case of non-optimal weather conditions, where you can easily unload and load your luggage in absolute comfort and confidentiality. We also have a comfortable lift that takes you to the upstair floors to avoid having to climb the stairs every time, especially with heavy and bulky suitcases, but also if you are tired after a long day exploring the Lake. Are you looking for a structure that can accommodate you even for more than a week and you don't want to take your entire home wardrobe with you? No problem! We have a common laundry area with a free washing machine where you can wash your clothes when and how you prefer. Hanging gardens, a large green area with a panoramic swimming pool and a 360° view of Lake Como, a heated jacuzzi and much more. Every year is a continuous renewal to allow all the tourists who decide to stay at Bella Vita Residence to experience their best holiday ever, discovering the magic that Lake Como is able to make you live!
The Bella Vita Residence is located at the end of a street in the small village of Gorgotto, a hamlet of Gravedona ed Uniti, in a secluded position specially designed so that our guests can immerse themselves in the surrounding greenery and enjoy a priceless view of Lake Como. The area is quiet and safe, the ideal place to spend your holiday in absolute relaxation. There is also a charging station for electric cars in our Residence that you can conveniently use without leaving your car in the public ones in the village. A few steps away from the Residence, you will find a supermarket reachable in 3 minutes on foot while the lake is easily reachable thanks to a direct road in a maximum of 10 minutes walk.
