We would definitely book a room here again. The location was perfect and interesting! During breakfast at the bar around the corner you can watch real Italian enjoying their morning cigarettes and cafe. :)
Very friedly stuff!!the room was cleaning every day and the breakfast was delicious! I have no words for the bed!!It was very comfortable!! :)
It was really good. I would say that the bathroom was not clean enough and they asked me 30 euros more than the price said. but the location is perfect, my room was big and confortable. And I love the croisant for breakfast!
The room has everything that you need and Luca is a very nice guy. The breakfast is simple but enought and for the price we think its very cool to have it.
You actually are downtown, walking distance to historic sites to unwind and for any business you have in town there's metro, train, bus, literally around the corner. Room is ready for you to cool down or warm up, mini kitchenette saved my soar throat with a cup of tea... you can make it yourself anytime. Breakfast in a nearby bar gets you in a mode and vibe of true Roman morning among real neighbors. And why bother watching TV, the film theme gets you to the movies of old times... posters on the wall are real valuable antiques.
Nothing worth mention.
Nice, cosy place, kind owner and good value for the price. Easy to reach all the attractions by metro or by walk. .
Breakfast (voucher to a near bar) should be more than a piece from 1-2 type of croissant and 1 cup of coffee or tea.
I came with my best friend for 4 days in roma we stay in vacanze and we loved it the owner was luca a perfect guy who is ready To help you in everything you need ,the bed was so good ,so far my best sleep In holidays and the shower had a light everytime you open the water. We left an we were really sad cause we loved it and make our stay more happier so we are going back for sure :)
Our hostess was very nice and friendly. Gave us all the tourist information and how to get there. He allowed us to keep our suitcases after we had to check out, since our departure flight was late evening. The location is pretty good since its really a walking distance to the metro and we had access to the main touristic places. The place was always clean.
A little concern about the neighborhood around.
Very polite staff, close to Termini station, close to metro station, clean room.
Breakfast is below average, room is a little pricey.
Location of the apart hotel was excellent ; was close to Termini train staion (you can easily walk from the hotel to take train/ bus to get to the airport) , close to a metro station (which makes it easy to reach to Vatican) and is at a walking distance to Collossseum and antique city. The room is nice, has a shower and toilet inside which is cleaned every day. The owner of the apartment was nice and friendly.
Don't expect much from breakfast, they have an arrangement with a cafe nearby for a croissant and coffee only. But you can also have sandwiches and drinks at good price.
Style quite interesting
It is an apartment rather than hotel - just remember there is no 24 hour reception. Please pay attention to the check-in instruction.
Very good location. Center of Rome is easily accessable by foot. Close to the metro station. Many strange people in the area, but it's due to the close location of the train station. The personal is nice, the room is nice, and very clean. In the general area there is a fridge, a tea pot, tea and coffee. Breakfast is in the nearby bar. Coffee and a pastry. We will definitely recommend it. The price is among the most budget ones, and you can feel the real Italy in this apartment.
The personal attention of the owner, his advice, the map, the local information.
No elevator :-)
The host location easiness seemed as if staying @ a friend's place posters :)
Good location Clean room Kind owner
Luca was a very, very nice and helpful host - ready to help you and to advice you; he gave us a lot of great suggestions what to see and where to go, the location of this place is also very convenient - close to the main Termini-station, Metro-stop just around the corner, about 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseo; there is a nice typical Italian breakfast (faboulos sweets and great Italian coffee) served in a bar nearby - I can definitely recommend this place - thank you again! :-)
Nice little place to explore Rome from. Simpel But okay. And inexpensive!
We booked a double room and it turned out to be very comfortable, clean and spacious en-suite room. The wifi and aircon in the room worked well. The location is very handy, close to Termini and all other sights are in 15-20 mins walk. Also, they've been cleaning the room and providing new towels every day which was quite nice. I'd def recommend this accomodation if you're in Rome for 2-3 days.
The breakfast was poor. It's basically a small coffee of your choice and croissant at the tiny cafe nearby. Also, as other people pointed out already, there's no clear signs of the hostel anywhere on the street. We arrived at 10pm, and although emailed our arrival time to manager - we had to give him a call and waited for 5-10 mins until he showed up to take us to our room.
nice atmosphere, perfect Wi-Fi, central, owner very kind and helpful
Could be cleaner, poor breakfast
The owner (Gianluca) was so helpful and friendly. The room was so cool and comfortable
Nicely priced basic room with breakfast at a nearby bar. Location is close to the metro. Really nice, helpful owner/manager. Wi-fi and air conditioning worked well. We were very happy with our choice.
I like the staff, Luke, he was very kind and helpful. He helped us to find our way in Rome and gave a brief info about Rome like which sites should be seen.. Location is nice as it is quiet close to the centre. We went by walking.
The room could be cleaner, especially sheets...
The explanations of the hostess. Really helpful and polite.
