Location of the apart hotel was excellent ; was close to Termini train staion (you can easily walk from the hotel to take train/ bus to get to the airport) , close to a metro station (which makes it easy to reach to Vatican) and is at a walking distance to Collossseum and antique city. The room is nice, has a shower and toilet inside which is cleaned every day. The owner of the apartment was nice and friendly.
Don't expect much from breakfast, they have an arrangement with a cafe nearby for a croissant and coffee only. But you can also have sandwiches and drinks at good price.
Style quite interesting
It is an apartment rather than hotel - just remember there is no 24 hour reception. Please pay attention to the check-in instruction.
Very good location. Center of Rome is easily accessable by foot. Close to the metro station. Many strange people in the area, but it's due to the close location of the train station. The personal is nice, the room is nice, and very clean. In the general area there is a fridge, a tea pot, tea and coffee. Breakfast is in the nearby bar. Coffee and a pastry. We will definitely recommend it. The price is among the most budget ones, and you can feel the real Italy in this apartment.
The personal attention of the owner, his advice, the map, the local information.
No elevator :-)
The host location easiness seemed as if staying @ a friend's place posters :)
Good location Clean room Kind owner
Luca was a very, very nice and helpful host - ready to help you and to advice you; he gave us a lot of great suggestions what to see and where to go, the location of this place is also very convenient - close to the main Termini-station, Metro-stop just around the corner, about 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseo; there is a nice typical Italian breakfast (faboulos sweets and great Italian coffee) served in a bar nearby - I can definitely recommend this place - thank you again! :-)
Nice little place to explore Rome from. Simpel But okay. And inexpensive!
We booked a double room and it turned out to be very comfortable, clean and spacious en-suite room. The wifi and aircon in the room worked well. The location is very handy, close to Termini and all other sights are in 15-20 mins walk. Also, they've been cleaning the room and providing new towels every day which was quite nice. I'd def recommend this accomodation if you're in Rome for 2-3 days.
The breakfast was poor. It's basically a small coffee of your choice and croissant at the tiny cafe nearby. Also, as other people pointed out already, there's no clear signs of the hostel anywhere on the street. We arrived at 10pm, and although emailed our arrival time to manager - we had to give him a call and waited for 5-10 mins until he showed up to take us to our room.
nice atmosphere, perfect Wi-Fi, central, owner very kind and helpful
Could be cleaner, poor breakfast
The owner (Gianluca) was so helpful and friendly. The room was so cool and comfortable
Nicely priced basic room with breakfast at a nearby bar. Location is close to the metro. Really nice, helpful owner/manager. Wi-fi and air conditioning worked well. We were very happy with our choice.
I like the staff, Luke, he was very kind and helpful. He helped us to find our way in Rome and gave a brief info about Rome like which sites should be seen.. Location is nice as it is quiet close to the centre. We went by walking.
The room could be cleaner, especially sheets...
The explanations of the hostess. Really helpful and polite.
the owner is very nice and helpful and the location is just perfect!
the room was not cleaned every day, so after 4 days the floor was very very dusty. Also the bed was a little bit unconfortable and the breakfest is very poor.
The host was super friendly, the neigboorhood seemed good. Really close to subway and just 5-10 minutes walk to the colleseo and all that amazing staff. The room was pretty spacious and clean. No problems during our stay at all! As an amazing bouns we found an opened roof and made a lot of beutiful pictures Wi-fi was good too
We didn't expect that there is no reception and that we should notice the host in advance. By the way it wasn't a problem for us to wait about 5 minutes in front of the house, but we didn't know that we gonna face it. Also no signs about the hotel on the street. Just be prepared for it too
