For train travelers, this is an ideal spot; just an escalator ride above the train station. The B&B occupies a spacious apartment in a residential area within walking distance of the medieval center. We'll stay longer next time!

We liked our host Carlo, who greeted us warmly. He was very thoughtful and considerate to us at all times, even giving my husband a bottle of wine when he realised it was his birthday. He found this out from details on his passport. Thank you Carlo.

It would have been nice to have some yoghurt and fruit to accompany the breakfast provided.

Good location, very close to the station, and 15 minutes away of a nice walk from the main sites. Good breakfast and very nice host.

Like any other ancient building, it is a bit noisy. The location of the B&B is very quiet though.

Excellent and friendly host Carlos. He wanted to make us feel at home and was very helpful with everything. We wanted to give us a comfortable stay. Great convenient location.

Breakfast was lovely coffee and cakes but it would have been nice to have a little more variety, more savoury items.

This B&B is in the perfect place, between the railway station and the ancient city (by foot!). Rooms have a beautiful view onto the valley. The kind and personal attention of Carlo, the owner, was exceptional.

    Everything was perfect.

The location was ideal; right between "the escalator" and the city center. The room was clean and well appointed. The "host"; PERFECTION!!!

    There is nothing to say...

1 - Carlo was an amazing host! He was very nice, caring, and even gave us a little gift when we checked out after just one night. He also generously offered his assistance for the rest of our Tuscan journey should anything have happened to us. 2 - The BnB is on the top of the hill, having a good view of the Siena fields, and was only 5 minutes away from the train station. It wasn't shown on Google Maps but in front of the train station is a big shopping mall where there is a chain of 8 escalators bring you to the top of the hill within minutes. It is also just a 10 minutes' walk to the city center. Because of that, we had a good stay away from the busy streets packed with tourists during the night but can still enjoy the city during from morning till evening. 3 - We booked a double room but Carlo gave us a nice spacious 3-bed room. Everything in the room was super clean, and the night was great with no noise from the streets and good air from the fields and back gardens below.

1 - Breakfast was a little too simple. It would have been great with fresh bread. 2 - The BnB is within an apartment building so it was a bit hard too find. A sign/signboard from the street would be great. These two points are minor to us though.

Pierro is a very nice guy and very helpful. He gave me a triple room which is big enough for a solo traveller like me. The place is very quiet and it's a nice place to have a vacation there. They offer candy in the room! 小伙Pierro非常热情,我住了个三人间非常宽敞。这个地方非常安静很适合旅途中的休息。房间里有糖果哦!

Can be agree, that it`s a good and more modern place, than you can find usually in Italy for small price. It is like a private room with your own bathroom in a big flat. Good room, good bathroom, really. In small hotels usually there is a problem with water - it`s cold or going down bad. It`s not about this place :) Everything work good. It`s really like some other world from Italy :) Carlo really is a very open and bright person. He LOVEs this place with all his heart and you will feel it in each detail of Vacanze Senesi. He makes there a lot by himself just because he wants to be it perfect. To say in three words: quality, convenience, availability. My best wishes for this place :)

I was at the end of September and it was rather cold in room, especially in the evening and night. The floor is from ceramic tile, so, take it to attention. I had to buy slippers on a thick sole in market. And also, noise isolation is not good, but it`s normal for hole Italy :) You can have some problems to find the place for the first time. Ask Carlo to send PrtSc of the map with the location and pics of the street. It would be helpful for you.

Best B&B I ever stayed in Italy. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Very convenient location. Not far from the railway station and big shopping center, 10 min to the bus station or the old town. Great view. Friendly and helpful host. And wonderful coffee does he make for breakfast!

The location of the B&B is very close to the station and value for money. Carlo Pierro is very nice and helpful to help me kept my big luggage in his B&B after checking out from his place for a few days that made my vocation more conviience to visit another city! Thank you!

Carlo is very friendly. It's easy to reach the place (400m distance ) when you come from the railwaystation with the escalator.

The location, it was very close to the town, made it an ideal place to stay and see the sights. We booked specifically to visit the Palio, which was amazing, and Carlo was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.

It was a little difficult to find as its in an apartment block, however it is easy to get to from the train station, if you just go up all the escalators and then take a left.

This was the best place we have stayed in Italy due to its authentic comfortable feel. Carlo the owner and manager was more than helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent for access to/from the train station, accessed easily via the escalator; and the centre of town a pleasant walk down the street. Well worth a visit.

We stayed in Siena for one night and I highly recommend this beautiful city and the B&B of Pierro Carlo. We received from him a very friendly welcome. The room was large, quiet and clean. It is easily accessible from the train station (via the escalator of the mole in front of the station). The historical center of Siena is also a few minutes away by walk.
