Very original furniture! Real mosaic beyond the elevator! Excellent breakfast!
Location and breakfast terrace with great view on Roman roofs
I booked a "superior room" (20 sq m) with a king size bed which costed 40€ more than the smaller rooms asking for a quiet room on top floor: without any explanation I got a small room (I would say no more than 12/13 sq m) with two single beds on first floor listening to the disco music until late night. Not a good idea to have a discotheque inside a small hotel: if you are unlucky you can listen to disco music up to 4th floor until early morning.
Central position, quirky interiors, rooftop restaurant, fantastic staff...
Not much to dislike...
Beautiful hotel and wonderful restaurants and bars! Great price for the room also.
Pretty nice room furnishings and the bathroom is small but quite nice. But the hotel area was simply noisy so it was difficult to sleep. Will stay here again though and give it another go :)
Rooms were quite small but clean and it was very quiet. Fantastic location and helpful and friendly staff
Rooms were very hot even in January! .
Location is perfect! The staff is amazing!
I could not get any sleep because of the noises in this hotel, especially from housekeepers dragging their vacuumcleaners at 7.30 in the morning! No rest at all!
Every night- 3 nights-(to 5AM) very loud music in my room No. 202
location. just in the center of rome nearby in shops, museums and all the see sights hotel did a free update from one of the rooms to superior room. The standard room was small. all the rooms was very modern and cosy, as the hotel. the bathrooms was moderns and cleans breakfast was very good, especially the sweets we ll come back
the standard room was very small.
Nice staff, friendly (which is a rare quality in rome) and informative. The associated restaurants downstairs are all good. Nice place to stay.
Breakfast is cold and not that many choices (I stayed for 5 days, in the end I don't know what to eat ...) kids next door will be a problem...
Nice breakfast area. Very central location.
Far too hot in the rooms and limited possibilities to get the temperature down. Very minimalistic room and especially bathroom. Hard to get in and out!!
The breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful way to start the day.
The coffee at breakfast was disappointing: cold and not strong enough!
Familiarity & location. The statues throughout the hotel. The breakfast
The concierge recommended a restaurant & offered to make a reservation for us. The failed to do so. We were left without a reservation on Friday night. Thankfully Edy restaurant understood and made accommodations for us.
Very close to the touristic areas. It includes two restaurants and two bar. The roof place for brackfast is amazing.
Rooms are small. Very expensive only the reception employees speaks multiple languages. The quality of guests is not very hight
Breakfast Style of the hotel Location - close to Piazza del Popolo
€100 per night (bed and breakfast) is quite expensive, considering that we spent the whole day out of the hotel.
Location, courteous staff, hotel amenities
There were renovations work in the hotel and that impacted the quality of our stay---there were early morning loud noises
Staff this is my 3rd time staying there. The last time I had to pay more but had a great room with a balcony
Good at restaurant is expense yet so so. It was better that first time I stayed about 3 years ago.
The Hotel is a nice cozy hotel , with a lovely terrace . Good Location as well , in the city .
I found the price a little higher for the room size and the hotel standard .
Staff at front desk particularly, location
First room Food over priced
The Valadier is located in a strategic area and is close to the subway and bus lines. Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are within walking distance. The Hotel offers all the amenities and great breakfast. Bathroom very nice, quiet room. The breakfast attendants are very kind. There are several great restaurants just steps away. Try the Brillo Parlante, owned by the hotel group.
The lobby is quite dark. The choice of black marble and mirrors, rather darkens the environment, making it a bit overwhelming. Sometimes almost "walked" through the wall because the dark blurs the vision. There was a younger, very obnoxious and full of importance receptionist. He seemed to sniff donors fat tips, before deciding how to meet us. However, it was not a problem because, after all, he is only a minor official, without greater importance in the general context. Just ignore him!
Really great place, not noisy on a very very busy Easter weekend. Breakfast is great. Restaurant was fabulous for lunch or dinner. No question we would stay again.
Comfort of room, view, helpful intelligent staff. Excellent food in rooftop restaurant.
Unforgiveably hideous selection of "art" in lobby. I remember that space from earlier times.
Fantastic hotel..thank you for the gift, really appreciated For my next trip in Rome, of Course Valadier
Love the location, can walk to everywhere. Love the bar and restaurant next door.
The bathroom was tiny and not fit for two people. The rooms was very warm and air conditioning wasn't working properly.Find the piano bar too dark.
Location of the hotel is excellent. Service is good and staffs are kind.
The hotel is old one. From the vague mirror on the ceiling, we can see clearly the history of the hotel. I think the boss should consider to decorate the rooms again. We were updated to junior suite from triple room free of charge. It's quite kind. But the room is still very small. Maybe it's typical problem of Rome hotels.
