Location was perfect and the staff on reception and breakfast service were excellent.

We stayed 4 nights and on our first evening we asked for a coffee and a brandy for each of us. The gentlemen who served us took advantage of our request and provided very expensive brandy which was not asked for. The cost was not the issue, it was the fact that we were taken advantage of and consequently didn't use the facilities again during our stay. For this reason I will not use the hotel again nor will I recommend it to other people.

Very clean, great breakfast, great location.

1St rooms aircon did not work. Moved room only to discover the room boardered two roads and was very noisy, had aircon though, wondered if it was some sort of Italian joke! We were onlt there for 3 nights so put up with the noise on night 3 rather than pack up and move again. Dissapointed overall because of the room situation. Wifi did not work properly throughout our stay despite repeated requests. Totally unable to get access in either room we occupied. A shame really because otherwise the hotel would have been great.

Very nice rooms and convienent to shopping, sightseeing and resturants.

The hotel's location is great, rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable, breakfast is decent (being in italy it could be better, but in general you have everything you'd want) and the hotel staff is very nice and helpful

WiFi was available in the rooms but I could only get good reception in the lobby and the piano bar. Our room was in a hotels wing that wasn't easily accessible (we had to take the elevator to the 5th floor, go across all the hallway, through 2 doors, down some ugly stairs, through another door and then we got to the room) plus we had no view from the room. So ask for a room in the main part of the hotel with street view.

i like only the location, all other services are so bad, it was winter and rooms was very cold and room service was very bad and not clean the rooms good

The location is perfect and the staff were nice.

For the rate, they applied one rate for 2 nights then another for the 3rd night which was more than what i found online at the time of booking. The room was very very very warm and i wanted them to turn off the heating system they said they did but still the room was terribly warm and i had to sleep with the window open in January !!!

Its like a boutique hotel. A mix of classy and contemporarry design. Location is superb you can walk to almost anywhere in rome from here. At the piaza popolo end of via del corso. The room has a lot of mirrors. Good price considering the location.

The room qas quite small.

The best thing about the hotel is location. It's a perfect place to stay if it's your first time in Rome. Piazza del Popolo is literally behind the corner and all the main attractions (Fontana Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Coloseo, etc...) are at a walking distance. Piano bar on the 1st floor is also worth going. The restaurant next door provides 10% discount for the hotel guests. The breakfast was good, nice coffee.

Standard room is really small (exactly how it looks on the picture), there were no slippers and bathrobes (you'd expect them for this price at a 4* hotel). There were some construction/renovation works outside, and the noise wasn't really pleasant. Also it was really hot in the room, but no matter how hard we tried we never managed to adjust the air con.

My husband and I along with our son enjoyed our trip to the Valadier (son's 10th birthday present). The hotel is in an excellent spot for getting around Rome and we enjoyed many an hour on the Piazzo del Popola just around the corner people watching! The Valadier was friendly, clean, very comfortable with lovey art deco decor, super breakfasts (my son enjoyed 4 chocolate brownies for breakfast!) thus we would gladly recommend this for anybodies stay in Rome.
