The pool Toilet facilities at the pool left a lot to be desired. Room service menu and items in the mini bar were extremely expensive; room service menue was not available 24hrs a day, despite being advertised as such. The decor in the apartments quite outdated, and the shower overflowed on more than one occasion. Late check-out cost €60, although it was clear the room was not booked that evening. |

We liked the view from our delux room. The room was clean and the swimming pool lovely. The staff at the swimming pool very friendly, barman and waitresses very polite. Unfortunately, I have to say that reception was unpleasant and sometimes not very helpful. If you do not speak Italian you gonna find difficult to rent anything. I was very disappointed. Dinners were lovely but in September, they were only inside the restaurant (because it's too cold- the reception said). |

The hotel is located in a wondeful site, but the rooms are not in concordance. .The installations need an update. Breakfast in the terrace is very pleasant Lot of rooms are close to the kitchen installations and therefoe the noise of the kitchen is clearly listened into the rooms at night and very early in the morning |

The site. And the little almond biscuits provided every morning :) Room was a bit cold the first night. Indications to reach the hotel are not very good. |

The pool area is lovely, but I was dissapointed to find the bar unmanned. We were booked into a "superior" room - without a balcony. I wonder what makes it "superior" ? With such a great location I feel that all rooms should have a view of the scenary. |

La struttura è meravigliosa, appartamento con vista mare al prezzo di una camera in un 3 stelle, colazione ottima e abbondante, piscina bellissima. Il personale dell'albergo è piuttosto freddo, ma comunque attento e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti |

La piscina y el entorno de completa tranquilidad que rodea al hotel Quiza el servicio en recepción. Excepto una encargada el resto era gente con poca experiencia aunque todos muy amables. Por lo demás el sitio es perfecto para descansar y con una buena ubicación para visitar el oeste de Sicilia |

splendido!!!! non fatevi mancare un soggiorno in questa struttura meravigliosa per posizione, ampiezza delle camere (veri appartamenti!), raffinatezza e cura di ogni dettaglio - colazione sontuosa il programma di animazione presso la piscina, che non consente piena tranquillità e relax |
