The room was very clean and you can enjoy the view from the terrace. The breakfast was excellent.

Staff wonderful. Restaurants that they recommended were both excellent- one a very popular Pizza place on the Harbor and the other an upscale restaurant in old town. Excellent room - liked and used terraces.

Otranto is very hilly and hotel was near top of hill in the town. You couild walk down to the harbour,etc. but not if older/bad kinees. + taxis. Certainly a long way from the Adriatic.

Excellent price value. Great staff. An undistinct building in an undistinct backstreet, but surprisingly agreeable.

This hotel was perfect. Very beautiful, very class! The room was beautiful (beige-white). The terasses were nice, especially the terasse on top of the hotel: nice view, confortable chairs and a beautiful jaccuzi. Location was good, about 5-10minutes walking to reach the historic center. Staff was nice, giving good informations.

The hotel is good, but you have to pay 100 euros for the jacusi and there is a camera recording you. The room is good but the shower place is too small, just 0,25 cm2, if you are a big guy perhaps the space would be not enough!

We were told that since we booked from 'booking' and had 'low' prices we had special rooms 'cheapest..ground floor close to the kitchen.' The hotel is quite far from the old town/beach and with no pool and obviously you need to pay to use the jacuzzi ...

We staied in this hotel for 2 nights and did appreciated the service, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The best thing about the hotel - is the great breakfast on the prettiest terrace, it makes your day. The decor of the rooms is near to perfection, chic, this is how a seaside hotel should look! Actually the service and the comfort make it approach to a 5 -star hotel level. Otranto is a very nice city, but the beaches in the city itself, although nice are pretty small. The famous Alimini beach is 7 km. from the city.

If you don't have a car, the location is not very convinient, most of the hotels in Otranto are much better situated. Considering their location the'd better provide a shuttle service to the beach. Beach towels are not free - nonsense for a seaside hotel! We booked with a discount, so the price was fare enough, but their official prices are ridiculous!

The staff were very helpful and the whole place was very modern and fresh.

We had an Executive Double Room but felt it lacked something. There was no balcony, no sitting area, in fact there wasn't even a chair to use!

The Relais Valle dell'Idro & Terraces is a lovely little oasis in Otranto, just a 10 min walk from the Old Town. It has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a wonderful oceanview. The breakfast, which is included, offerred a delicious selection of fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses & pastries. Best of all was the friendly & accommodating staff - they could not have been more helpful. They really contributed to making our stay a very memorable one. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Excellent looking hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are big, light and the overall feel of the hotel is from France Riviera. Breakfast is good.

Too bad they offer limited lunch options with high price and jacuzzy up on the roof is charged by the hour - somesort of a swimming/cooling option would make this a perfect hotel.

ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff,posizione strategica e tranquilla appena fuori dal centro storico con incantevole vista dalle terrazze (consiglio un aperitivo al tramonto o un'idromassaggio di sera),piccolo giardino profumato(ideale per un drink dopo cena ),interni eleganti, luminosi e pulitissimi,colazione curata con tanta frutta fresca e dolci fatti in casa,nel complesso davvero eccellente !

Il personale semplicemente fantastico, la gentilezza, la disponibilità, la professionalità sono solo alcuni dei requisiti che ho avuto modo di valutare. In particolare ringrazio Luana e Stefania per la cortesia e la pazienza. La location rappresenta a mio avviso la perfetta combinazione tra relax e svago, la città dista pochi minuti a piedi.

La colazione rispetto all'anno scorso è stata un pó riduttiva. Inoltre non c'erano i pasticciotti tipici nel salento.

Das Hotel liegt nicht besonders gut, die Strasse ist nah und die Aussicht bei den meisten Zimmern nicht besonders. Das Gebäude ist relativ neu, wird aber schlecht altern.

Bella la struttura, buonissima la colazione

Chambre assez spacieuse. Terrasse de l'hôtel bien équipée et spacieuse.

L'emplacement, l'environnement et le point de vue donnant sur une route nationale et des immeubles hideux. Une invasion de fourmies, jusque dans une valise, l'horreur! ... il existe des produits pour prévenir ce genre de problème. La chambre située à côté de l'ascenseur, bruyant! La salle-de-bain, ou plutôt une salle-de- douche petite et dotée d'équipements de mauvaise qualité et d'une mauvaise étanchéité. Un matelas terriblement dur et un oreiller de très mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner très médiocre, par son choix et la qualité de ses produits. Après un périple dans les Pouilles de douze jours, dans des endroits merveilleux, ce fût une grosse déception qui n'a heureusement duré qu'une nuit. Les photos sont très éloignées de la réalité.

hotel ben arredato, ha uno stile proprio con molti ambienti esclusivi, alla reception, personale cordiale e disponibile, camere dotate di una bella vista sulla campagna salentina, ci tornerei volentieri, poi otranto...merita.

peccato che nella struttura non c'è il ristorante, sarebbe stato proprio una chicca.

Posizione panoramica.Vicino al centro. Staff gentile.Belle camere. Ottime le torte che prepara la Sig.ra Elena per colazione.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig dakterras met mooie loungebedden, heerlijk ontbijt.

Het hotel ligt in een lelijke buitenwijk, niet in het centrum, maar je bent er wel binnen 10 minuten lopen. Ook jammer dat je niet kon eten op het prachtige dakterras.

La colazione che anche se non particolarmente assortita era costituita da molte specialità "homemade"!
