the breakfast was so good and hotel staff was very polite. I didn't really like the room as it looked a bit dirty. |

Basic, but quaint, clean, cosy, hospitable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Perfect location for train station and for centre of town. Good value, would definitely stay there again. |

Located very close to Florence city center (10 minutes away from the Duomo), nice breakfast, big rooms, cheap parking facilites (10€), very nice staff, great capuccino and chocolate! Quiet location The bathrooms were a little small |

La cercanía al centro histórico de Florencia y a la estación de tren. La ducha que es un desagüe en el suelo y aquí no estamos acostumbrados a esto. El aire acondicionado enfriaba pero no lo suficiente. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. So kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Die "günstige" Parkmöglichkeit. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist ziemlich einfach und schon älter, etwas karg. Das Frühstück ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. |

Le personnel est très agréable! Ils nous on tout expliqué et on répondu à toutes nos attentes! L'hotel est parfaitement situé pour visiter Florence. J'ai beaucoup aimé vu le prix et les 3 étoiles rien à dire! Petit dej bien, assez grande chambre. Pas de bainoire, pas très grave mais bon ça aurait été un +! Un gloss trouvé sous la table de nuit. Parfait au mois de Juin, je ne sais pas s'il y a la clim par contre pour l'été??? |

lindo hotel, cómodo, limpio, con muy buena ubicación para recorrer la zona turística de la ciudad. Muy práctica la cochera, y el lavadero automático de ropa ubicacdo al lado. |

Mir hat besonders die Lage des Hotels gefallen. sehr central und auch parkmöglichkeiten.das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.frühstück war auch gut. im zimmer die böden sind nicht mehr so schön.das badezimmer ist sehr klein.vorallem die dusche.för eine städte reise wo man nur zum schlafen ist.. gehts. |

Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: nahe beim Bahnhof aber auch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. |

Идеальное месторасположение. Рядом вокзал Санта Мария Новелла, остановки городских автобусов и автобуса в аэропорт, экскурсионных автобусов по Флоренции и множество тратторий. Недалеко от главных достопримечательностей. Близость вокзала позволяет без труда совершать поездки по очаровательным тосканским городкам. |
