Excellent place to observe Florence. 3 minutes from Florence SMN Train station. it was very good to travel by train to and from Florence. |

The hotel staff was freindly and the location was perfect for walking and what we wanted to see. Although there was parking you really need a small car to make it into the courtyard without problems |

The location was fine and the receptionist was friendly.The air conditioned worked correctly even if it was a little noisy. The elevator never failed. The rooms were very little, specialy the bath. It was a long way throw the corridors to the room... |

the breakfast was so good and hotel staff was very polite. I didn't really like the room as it looked a bit dirty. |

Basic, but quaint, clean, cosy, hospitable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Perfect location for train station and for centre of town. Good value, would definitely stay there again. |

Located very close to Florence city center (10 minutes away from the Duomo), nice breakfast, big rooms, cheap parking facilites (10€), very nice staff, great capuccino and chocolate! Quiet location The bathrooms were a little small |

Ottima logistica. Vicino alla stazione e al centro città. Caratteristica la costruzione che lo ospita. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio interno. Da rivedere l’insonorizzazione delle camere. |

un'ottima prima colazione a buffet. Dal punto di vista del palazzo, ha una bella hall ricavata da stanze antiche molto ampie e ben arredate la camera non era pulitissima (qualche briciola in giro, nulla di grave comunque) |

la situation de cet hôtel est excellente, il dispose d'un parking avec un prix tout à fait compétitif pour Florence ce qui a motivé mon choix. L'insonorisation est inexistante. |

Udvarias személyzet, korrekt szolgáltatással. Bőséges reggeli és finom presszo kávé a reggeli után. Érkezéskor és távozáskor is megőrízték a poggyászunkat és mindezt ingyen és szívélyesen. Nagyon jó helyen van és viszonylag csendes. Jó választás volt, szívesen ajánlom bárkinek. A nem dohányzó szobában volt hamutartó és enyhe cigaretta szag is. A bútorzat kissé elavult, viszont nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy. |

Le parking fermé dans la cour de l'hotel;l'accueil sympa et dispo; petit déj copieux et correct . La piètre qualité du jus de fruit du petit déj,mais c'est habituel en Italie ! |

det lå dejligt tæt ved statione Vinduerene var desværre utætte på begge værelserne, så vi frys om aften og ser om natten. Der blev ikke tændt for varmen, og vi måtte selv hente nogle tæpper i receptionen.jeg syntes godt hotellet kunne sørge for at tænde varmen på værelserne. |

Čistý a prostorný pokoj. Perfektní koupelna. Vynikající doprava do Benátek - zastávka autobusu č. 4 před hotelem!!! K jídlu na snídani jen studená kuchyně. Míchaná vajíčka z nechutné, blíže neidentifikovatelné hmoty. |

Perfect location with a few steps from the railway station, and 10 min walk to the main attractions. Toooo small shower cabinet (I have a size small enough)! quite poor breakfast, no warm food and eggs; noisy if you have a room on the street site. |

davvero ottimo per chi vuol visitare la città e ha pochi giorni e poco tempo per farlo.l'Hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione e permette di guadagnare sul tempo a disposizione.L'accoglienza è ottima,le stanze sono comode e molto pulite.buona anche la colazione.Tutto oltre le aspettative visti i costi bassi.ho scelto l'hotel tramite le recensioni degli altri ospiti e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. solo la chiusura del balcone..un pò troppo forte. |
