I was always looking for a place not far from center. I was really excited about finding this place. Staff was super friendly. I stayed in separate building called Luxury Floor. Very beautiful place and so clean. Felt like home. My gorgeous room with the balcony, huge bed, very clean and big was everything I needed. What also I liked about this place, the street is so quiet. I was able to sleep up late without being disturbed by noise from street or outside my room. Many grocery and everything else you would need stores are not far from this location. Also a big bonus there is Metro and Bus station just two minutes walk away. Biggest problem in Rome is also parking for the car. We did not have problem with that at all, we were able to find a place right near the building everyday or night. So far this is the best place I stayed in Rome. And for sure when I come back to Rome this will be the place I choose again. Thank you so much for great experience!
Excellent Locations Helpful staff Well furnished and Comfortable interior
Wifi was very come and go The Toilet lid and Table were broken when I arrived
Great location for Vatican and stadium everything else is 20mins away on the metro. Nearest station 7 mins walk. Staff very helpful pay your excursion tickets at vending price with them.
Wifi signal. They need to invest in access points
Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy interior courtyard and breakfast room.
Small traces of dust here and there, a bit used electric plugs etc.
Location and quality and conditions and services for the price. I loved my room with the firm bed, and chandelier, clean bathroom, and balcony with table and chair. I often get up for a while during the night and very early. Orion was visible to the south, and other stars in southern sky. Marco was the outstanding morning man. Lauda's cleaning was good. Luana was compassionate and understanding in our difficulty.
Lack of wi-fi in the room and no English language TV. A very rapacious cambio was recommended on 43a via Della Conciliazione.
Having lived in Italy for 15 years it was very nice to find oneself in the middle of it, with a staff who have understood exactly what our needs were. leaving us at the stay we wanted to have.
Nothing basically. One detail for the sanity of the world. They changed our towels, even if we had thought of reusing them. But, in the end, only to give the best possible service.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely go back again.
Comfortable and cosy hotel. We stayed in the annex called Luxury Floors, 1 min from the main location. The rooms like on the photo, very big, nice furniture and style. Quiet and safe location. Perfect for visiting Rome, we walked everywhere, didn't use the underground. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast nice, we had croissants and coffee but I saw apples, ham and cheese.
Location to st Peters is great, staff is superb and accommodations quite nice
The rooms are super cozy, also the location is excellent. The staff is the best
We missed some soap
Location. Perfect for sight seeing in Rome. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Needs updating, particularly the bathrooms.
I loved everything about this place! Had a 2 night stay with a few girlfriends. The location is minutes away form the Vatican and very close to cute restaurants. Totally perfect for a few days in Rome when on a budget. I would totally recommend it to friends!
On the small side but still a functional space.
very poor breakfast humidity in the room no fresh air in the room no feeling of security darkness in the room spider webs in ceiling small reception narrow entry
Good location near Vatican, very friendly staff, cheap londery and good market nearby.
Breakfast is expensive for that price. One day it was collapse and for breakfast was one cup of juice plus croissant, nothing else, but we paid full price. Breakfast was from 7.30 till 10.30 and we had that poor breakfast at 9.30 (in an hour before end). In the nearest bar you can eat a lot with price 10-15 eur. Very little bathroom. Toilet together with bathroom has square 1m x 2m. It was hard to turn around in the bath and not to close tap lol.
Good location, nice staff.
The breakfast could have been better.
The personnel is very kind, polite and always ready to help and assist. Good English. My children did really love them. The location is perfect for shopping and 7 minutes from Vatican and Saint Angelo castle. The breakfast is quite good.
Clean bed linen & towels daily Helpful staff Good location
Poor selection of breakfast on one day Bed very hard Poor quality pillows
the staff was very friendly:)
We enjoyed a really lovely two night stay at the Inn. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly man. He brought our luggage up the front steps then checked us in and went above and beyond to show us where all the main tourist attractions were on a map and detailed how to get to Vatican City, the Colosseum and even where some good local restaurants were. His advice was extremely helpful. Our room was really lovely and felt very luxurious. We thought it was great value for money. The air con was already on when we got in the room which was perfect. We decided to walk to the area the man said there were some good places to eat and found a main strip with restaurants, gelatarias and stalls selling little souvenirs. It was really nice at night and only about 400m away. It was so close to Vatican City and the Metro. We absolutely loved our stay.
The only small little issue we had was that our shower wasn't really draining properly so I just stopped the water half way though to let it drain down. It didn't really cause a problem for us though.
Location was nice. 10 minutes from Vatican on foot. Friendly staff speaking very good english
The room didn't have window for fresh air. Poor WiFi. No free parking
Lovely friendly staff, quiet location, near to Metro stops
Location is a little far from the heart of Rome (if that's where you want to be)
well located near the Vatican and if you don't mind walking, other amazing sights too (there are buses). General staff were friendly. Rooms spacious but we had to go to another building round the corner for breakfast.
the manager ' s attitude was appalling when our shower screen exploded at 2am! She was unhelpful and rude!
- very good location; - close to metro; - quiet area; - nice old building; - close to cafe and restaurants with affordable prices;
- there was no internet through wifi during the first night; - there was no a bath towel first night; - there was no any glass in the room, think where to keep your toothbrush? - the bin with pedal activated lid did not work; - only 3 Italian channels on TV; - the shower is too small for person >90 kg; - there were 4 keys given: from the front door, from the reception, from the floor door; from the room door. The floor door cannot be open from inside without key. If you step out from your room without keys and lock the room door you will be caught in the floor corridor without any possibility to contact the outside world... -
Conveniently placed for sightseeing and walking in central Rome, not too far from restaurants around the Piazza Nuvona. A quiet residential area, nice garden room and a good variety of food served for breakfast, the staff were pleasant and polite. The SIT bus shuttle to the airport within easy reach.
The Location and staff was amazing. They were very helpful, and spoke good English. They were willing to help with whatever we needed. I loved that it was such a small hotel, there weren't many other people staying there, it was peacful. Like a hidden treasure. It was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from the vatican.
The breaskfast was not worth paying for. I believe I paid an extra $9.00 a day to get breakfast and there were not a whole lot of options. I ate a crisont and a coffee everyday. The shower did not have a seal, when we took shower the floor got wet.
