The sound proof rooms were a pleasant surprise. The location is fabulous with lots of restaurants nearby and steps away from the Metro and the Vatican. The Air Conditioners were nearly silent and worked great. WiFi worked fine and the beds were comfy.
This is not a Hotel. This is in a poorly marked, hard to find condominium building where 2-3 floors have been converted to small, hotel like rooms and that is it! There is small desk behind a locked door but no staff on site. You must call for any service. This is not a B&B. There is no breakfast or breakfast room provided even though it is still offered on the booking page. There is no parking. We parked in the Vatican Museum lot 4 blocks away for €20 a day. We had a dial tone on the room phone but were unable to call anyone with it and there were no instructions in any language for room to room, front desk, or any other call help. You will need a local cell phone if you need to contact the office. Of the three rooms we rented only one had a fully functioning shower. Shower doors were falling off and you waited 2+ minutes for hot water to arrive. Of the three rooms we rented only one had a functioning bar fridge. The others lit up but never cooled. One was actually like an oven! Even though we followed the "leave dirty towels on the floor" instructions, none of our towels were exchanged during our 3 night stay, just hung back up for us. At least the bed was made. A previous guest spilled something causing a sticky spot on the floor. It was still there when we left. We visit Rome often and I doubt we will ever stay here again.
Location; white bedsheets
corridors too narrow. Front desk service was not always available. intermittent internet connection. Breakfast not available. Staff not conversant with English. Limited supply of shampoo and soap. Drab color of curtains.
It's a nice hotel, is locate in a good place near to the shop's and the Vatican City, their personnel is nice and very good attenders.
Need to identify with a proper cartel in front of the hotel.
Dirty. Shower was not working. İt was an old, dirty apartment. Bed things ( pillow, sheet ext was not be changed)
Very good location; it is in front of the Ottaviano station, so it is very close to the Vatican
It's not easy to find because there is no visible sign (the hotel is in fact two appartments of a residential building). There is no reception desk. The floor was not very clean.
I liked the location at first. And also I liked the independance, 'cause nobody bothered us. No reception, no rules. It's like a flat without a kitchen.
There were some problems with facilities in the bathroom, but not so serious.
The place is dirty, the bathrooms are out of order with the showers broken hoses and doors that do not close, the bedding smells like snuff, appliances controls without batteries. No service (you have to call another place and wait for someone to come), there is no way to communicate from one room to another. Only one key then you can not access the piece separately ...
Pelayannya ramah dan sangat membantu.
Great location and the guy called Marco was excellent whenever i called him about any problems that occured
The fridge didnt work and couldnt get wifi
