-great location -good value for money -really comfortable bed we are coming back for sure!
Second time staying here, great location, excellent price.
The wi-fi basically didn't work, was very slow and dropped a lot. Breakfast, even by Italian standards, was nothing to write home about. Would be nicer with some kind of espresso and some fresh baked good.

The entrance , the elevator
It was not a clean room.
Alessandra is so helpful and hospitable without being intrusive. E.g. Offering to print our tickets out but waiting until she heard us up and around for breakfast before popping out with them! The location is fabulous for various sights, especially (obviously!) the Vatican. If you'd rather walk than take public transport, allow 45 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and that should help you work out the walking times of various things in between. The B&B has loads of transport links nearby for those who'd rather not hoof it. Also, we took up Alessandra's offer of arranging transport at a cost of 40 euro payable to the driver. The Roma taxi's are generally 48 euto's to Fuimicino so this is a good deal and our driver even waited as there was a problem at baggage reclaim. There are cheaper ways to get there but if you want zero hassle after the 'fun' in the airport I 'd recommend a taxi! Remember to take a spare pair of trousers for any taxi journeys... Anyway, all in all an enjoyable, clean and well equipped place to stay in Roma. We will be back!
Great location and Alessandra was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future
Having to leave
The host is really welcoming and warm. The bed was super comfortable. The location is great—so close to the Vatican and in a nice part of Rome. Wifi worked well. Free breakfast was nice.
The place is a little hard to find—since it's not a hotel there's little signage. The rooms are inside an apartment building on the 4th floor. The free breakfast was a little too sweet for my liking, I'd prefer a few more savory options personally.
Location excellent, few minutes stroll to St Peters and Rome City Centre within a short bus journey. Given all relevant information regarding bus route into Rome on arrival. Room air conditioning excellent, well used when we visited as it was 30+ degrees when we visited in September. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast a delight.
This lovely little B&B is located on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) in a beautiful Roman building with a courtyard on a lively street with lots of cool shops and places to eat 5 min walk from Vatican. The hostess, Alessandra, will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. She offered transportation to/ from airport(fee) and made sure we had breakfast ( continental) waiting for us before our early morning flight. If you have a lot of luggage you might feel a bit tight as our room was very small (not sure if the 2nd room of the B&B is any bigger) , but for our very short stay it was perfect.
Can't recommend enough. Gorgeous room and lovely Alessandra is the perfect host. Excellent breakfast selection. Location ideal quick walk to the Vatican and great restaurants. 11/10. Will be back.
Location : perfect Staff: Alessandra more then helpful Breakfast: tipical italian If you are staying in Rome fore vacation this is maybe the best option
evrything was more then good
Good location. Easy to walk to all main tourist spots.
Sometimes a bit noisy and thin pillows! Not enough to detract from a good stay
Very nice B&B, not much where to approve. Location nice, clean and modern rooms, good breakfast.
I would definitely visit again. We had an excellent time. The hotel location was very good and very clean. The towels and bathroom were also spotless. Breakfast was very good, with all day coffee servings available
The building is beautiful. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom had all we needed. Allessandra welcomed us and gave us plenty of info. Location is perfect, super close to vatican, close to shopping street and as soon as you cross the river plenty of small italian streets to waste time. Walk through the park to Trastevere (bit of a climb, but worth it because:) and enjoy the amazing view. Walk back after sunset and enjoy the view again :-)
Breakfast could have more fresh food maybe, although we didn't take any of the fruit so we shouldn't complain :-). But bread or croissants would be nice. Still, plenty of options, lot's of sweet stuff, I guess it's a bit italian :-) Not the bread & cheese we are used to
good location, 5 min. to walk Vatican and metro station and also 15 min. to piazza navona. Alessandra was a great host, she was really helpfull. You can ask her all about Rome and trust her recommendations.
personal service of staff good location good choice of breakfast
breakfast was nice with a good choice but bed room was a bit small to eat it in.could do with kettle as coffee machine made luke warm coffee and tea
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for its proximity to Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica...
1) We were not actually staying at Vatican Paradise but were assigned to another B&B called Vatican Dream B&B even we had booked our room a month in advance 2) The wifi was simply not working 3) Due to its proximity to the museum, the room was noisy even at night with the window shut
Location was great as was the service provided by Alessandra. The price was reasonable. Perfect accommodation for a group of 6 travelling together!
Location very closed to Vatican and the cite of Romz Very clean and well furnished b&b The bed very comfy!
A bit noisy.
Alessandra was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, all you needed. Great location to see all the sights, no need for public transport.
Location is good.
Room is a little small. Only have to sit on bed.
room too small
The location was great and it felt like "home away from home."
