Vatican Paradise  

Great Location, personable, clean, and reasonable !!!

The staff was very kind and accommodating and the room had everything we needed and was very clean. I would recommend it to any young person looking to save some money while they travel.

My boyfriend didn't like that there were only about 3 rooms total at this B&B. He felt a bit stifled by that although he agreed by the end that it was a great experience and we'd recommend it to other young travelers.

It's excellent with this price.

Wonderful bed&breakfast with an excellent location very close to the Vatican. Also the Spanish stairs, Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo are all within a 15 min walk. The owner Alessandra is very friendly and helpful with making reservations for museums and explanations about public transportation. We had a great time here and would definitely come back!

Perhaps the breakfast quality could improve a bit. It's only sweet Italian pastries.

A lovely room in a fantastic location close to the Vatican and within easy walking distance of Romes other key sites of historical interest. We recommend the Vatican Paradise to anyone who is planning a city break to Rome.

From the moment we arrived we were so welcomed. The B&B was so cosy and the hostess was so sweet and accommodating.

Nothing! Couldnt have asked for more for such a reasonable price.

Location and hospitality; I guess these are almost unbeatable. Rooms are Ikea style ones in a wonderful 100 years old building close to Vatican - honestly both the rooms and the location was better than expected while the owner, Alessandra is one of the most hospitable I've ever met.

the location was great close to the vatican, easy walk to trevi & spanish stair & a 40min walk to the roman forum. our room was spacious,modern, comfortable & well appointed. the host alexandria was very friendly, helpful, & welcoming. the breakfast was plentyful. close to good shopping & resturants. we will stay here on our next visit.

My husband & I absolutely loved Vatican Paradise! Alessandra was extremely welcoming & very helpful during our stay. We've stayed in numerous places throughout Europe and I can honestly say that they have the most comfortable beds we've ever stayed in (aside from the one in our house, of course). The location is wonderful because you're about a ten minute walk from the Vatican Museum, you're in the midst of the shopping district and there's fabulous bakeries & deli's everywhere. In the mornings, a light breakfast was made available in addition to a coffee / tea area where you could help yourself to what you'd like & take it back to your room to enjoy. We will most definitely recommend this place to our friends who plan on visiting Rome. Hopefully we'll be able to come back again some day!

The Hotel is very close to the Vatican City and easily accessible by bus. The hotel manager Alessandra is very helpful and kind! We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location - only a few minutes walking to Vatican. Very nice building and comfortable room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

horrible breakfast: the worst coffee I had in years, and some sweets wrapped in celophane, tasting like Delta flight items....

The location was perfect! 10 minutes to the left was Vatican City, or go right and all the major attractions like the Colosseum etc were walkable in about 30 minutes. It takes you longer though because you see so much on the way you can just take your time. Not once did we feel the need to use public transport because our location was near everything. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and even had a decent shower gel dispenser in there; I didn't need to take my own. We were always full before heading off on adventures with the buffet breakfast. There was a wide selection of cereals, tons of pastries, juices, and there were lots of little wrapped pastries and juice cartons which we took for snacks during the day. Alessandra who ran the place was absolutely lovely as well and very helpful. If I went back to Rome again there's no way I'd not need to consider anywhere else, this place was absolutely perfect.

A couple of chairs for the little table in the room would have been nice to sit and have breakfast at, but sitting on the black leather sofa in our room was fine so isn't a huge gripe by any means. The air conditioning unit in the room made occasional loud noises when on in the night, but there were a number of settings on it so I probably didn't figure out the silent mode. I should have asked Alessandra thinking about it but hey ho!

Location, location, location, plus large comfortable bedroom kept very clean.

The hotel is very well located, just minutes from Vatican city and bus tours. Also the room was beautiful, big, well decorated and the manager Alessandra, was very kind and helpful. This was our number one room during our trip in Europe!!!

Tjis is an amazing place to stay at! I've been there with my daughter for one week and it was a great experience. The owner Lady is very friendly and helpfull at any point. The main advantages are: Localisation (close to Vatican City and bus/tube stations, situated in a beutiful building on the main street where you can find many shops, restaurant, you can rest from the tourist groups); modern room equipment, always very clean.
