Kitchen available, location and access from 2 levels- metro and Vatican walls
Mess and dirt in kitchen cupbards, room diffrent then on picture shownduring reservation, dirty curtain in the bathroom, basement window in the room, dirty walls
The location: close to subway and Vatican. The two entries, friendliness of staff.
Location was close to metro and vatican city, bed was very comfortable, bottled water, juice and complimentary coffee was provided. Wifi worked and username and password left in the room on the desk for you to use. Cleaning guy was really helpful and manager was welcoming at check in.
Mold and wet walls in bedroom which made us sick shower leaked over the bedroom floor everytime we used it dampness in the room as a result. breakfast was basic no frills bread no frills corn flakes milk and butter had to make ourselves. Was not value for money at 90 euros a night a youth hostel would have been better.
Just beside the Vatican Walls. Having two entrances on two separate streets was an added bonus that made it easy to access the Vatican area on one side, and restaurants/Metro/rest of the city on the other.
Some rooms don't have in-room bathrooms.
Clean, quiet , right across the street from the Vatican , nice people , service, subway 50m , you can reach everywhere ... definitely recommendable :)
Very close to the Vatican and the subway.
Neighbors can be loud.
We already used this facility in the past and we appreciate its position (3 minutes from the Vatican museums), its silent location and the fact that there are very few rooms and thus no noise. The staff is always trying to accomodate check-in/out needs.
The shower door was broken and our bathroom was not cleaned from one day to another. Moreover, the breakfast was poorer than last year.
comfiest bed I slept on my entire 3 month trip. good a/c, very clean. Excellent location!
I hate to be a jerk but when breakfast is supposed to be served at 8:30, I expect staff to be there at 8:30 or earlier preparing. I got out of my room at 8:30 and know one was there. For the next 10 min I prepared myself breakfast, and started the kettle for the other guests. Really unprofessional.
Location was great and the owner very helpful.
+ in front of the vatican museum + they have a back exit, so u can reach the metro (Cipro) in no time + they organised airport transfer for cheaper than taxi + check in after hours at no extra charge + late check out was also agreed for no extra fee (they didn't need our room)
- no one present at the B&B most of the time (it really is a flat of which you are given a room) - our room was incredibly cold as the sun never touches it and the central heating was off when we visited in May. An electic heater would have been a much appreciated thought - the rooms sound proofing is very minimal: from our room we could hear all what was being said in the common kitchen
Spacious rooms, close to Vatican, supermarket and Grocery store nearby.
old furnitures, broken cooker hood, at least 4 things falling down when I touch them.(cooker hood, tolliet button, closet doors...) plug cannot fit in the socket....Because the apartment is too big, cannot get wifi connection in living rooms, kitchen, one bedroom.
+ The location, just at the toe of Vatican Walls and very near to the big metro station "Cipro" + The good quality/price report + To got 2 bathrooms for 2 families
- The cleaness of my room could be better - Nothing in order to arrange a minimal breakfast, just Nescafé
I was able to leave my bags for the day after i checked out and i could enjoy the day and come back to get them later.
Check out time at 10am was too early
