We already used this facility in the past and we appreciate its position (3 minutes from the Vatican museums), its silent location and the fact that there are very few rooms and thus no noise. The staff is always trying to accomodate check-in/out needs.
The shower door was broken and our bathroom was not cleaned from one day to another. Moreover, the breakfast was poorer than last year.
comfiest bed I slept on my entire 3 month trip. good a/c, very clean. Excellent location!
I hate to be a jerk but when breakfast is supposed to be served at 8:30, I expect staff to be there at 8:30 or earlier preparing. I got out of my room at 8:30 and know one was there. For the next 10 min I prepared myself breakfast, and started the kettle for the other guests. Really unprofessional.
Location was great and the owner very helpful.
+ in front of the vatican museum + they have a back exit, so u can reach the metro (Cipro) in no time + they organised airport transfer for cheaper than taxi + check in after hours at no extra charge + late check out was also agreed for no extra fee (they didn't need our room)
- no one present at the B&B most of the time (it really is a flat of which you are given a room) - our room was incredibly cold as the sun never touches it and the central heating was off when we visited in May. An electic heater would have been a much appreciated thought - the rooms sound proofing is very minimal: from our room we could hear all what was being said in the common kitchen
Spacious rooms, close to Vatican, supermarket and Grocery store nearby.
old furnitures, broken cooker hood, at least 4 things falling down when I touch them.(cooker hood, tolliet button, closet doors...) plug cannot fit in the socket....Because the apartment is too big, cannot get wifi connection in living rooms, kitchen, one bedroom.
+ The location, just at the toe of Vatican Walls and very near to the big metro station "Cipro" + The good quality/price report + To got 2 bathrooms for 2 families
- The cleaness of my room could be better - Nothing in order to arrange a minimal breakfast, just Nescafé
I was able to leave my bags for the day after i checked out and i could enjoy the day and come back to get them later.
Check out time at 10am was too early
Location to the Vatican
Room a little small but comfortable. No access to English speaking channels on TV. And sports.
location and price
cooking facilities poor
location was great
booked seven months in advance to be allocated a room below ground level that looks into iron bars with a tree growing in through them very disappointing.
The owner of the b&b is so charming and helpful ! Location is very close to the Vatican and a metro station. Rooms are very clean and quite. Highly reccomended !
The place was cozy and very clean, the staff very helpful. Located a few minutes walk away from the Vatican Museum, from the Cipro train station and from a grocery and restos.
Clean and let me leave bag in accomodation on my check out day while I explored more
Room right beside reception and front door- very noisy Directions given were very poor and found it difficult too locate A lot of steps
The location was very good.
The advertised flat screen TV was not present and reception was poor.on the old box TV.
Rooms were very nice had all the amenities that is needed. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Vatican main entrance only about 5-10 min.
Bathroom needed a proper clean, was really only given a wipe over. The reception person didn't know there way around very well, had to get back to us on information, breakfast could have some fresh fruit all the packages is a bit much.
Location 2 minutes away from Vatican Museum and Capilla Sixtina. Clean and quiet rooms. Very good value from money, we stayed with our two daughters taking two rooms and everything was fine and safe. The breakfast consists in eating what you want of the kithchen and fridge of the house that is like inviting you to my home and say "eat what you want"... but nothing really missing (coffee, milk, fruit, bread.. OK). The surroundings are not safe to leave the car, you must park in a pay parking nearby, or leavee the car in a bus station 2 minutes away that costs 3 euro per 24 hours, video cameras control the parkig but you can see more than 20 car glasses broken in the floor... a little bit concerning. I left my car there for two days and nothing happened (luck?)
You must realize that these are rooms in a floor of a normal living house, not really apartments (not either "suites").
Wonderful site very close to the Sistine chapel and Vatican City
Breakfast could have had a little more diversity like some fruit.
