Relais Vatican View  

The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

my room was very noisy if window open. Ac was nt working for the first night whole night room had lot if traffic noise.

Location for sight seeing and dining.Very modern room with beautiful bathroom.Room cleaned everyday. Roof Top Terrace added bonus to this hotel...BEAUTIFUL!

Not enough toiletries left as they were used they were not replace.Room extemely compact although fine for the amount of time spent in it.

A wonderful central location to the Vatican, helpful staff, comfortable bed, brilliant view from the roof terrace.

The location is perfect if you want to visit the Vatican City. Room is clean with modern design.

Room is very small

This is a lovely property very close to the Vatican (less than 1 block to St Peters). The staff is outstanding, especially Fabio, the manager. The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It exceeded my expectations!

The only drawback is that some of the rooms are quite small. If this is a problem, you should request a larger room when you make your reservtions.

Had a great location and exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. We were running late for check-in because of a road closure and subsequent detour but the staff left our key available for the night and allowed us to check-in the following morning.

Unlike many hotels in the area it lacked an American style breakfast or any breakfast at all.

The beautiful view rooftop everything was wonderful

we had the suite, room 413, and it was great! Roof top view! The only suite that has this feature of being on the roof. We live in Naples, Italy and go to Rome often so we wanted to be near the Vatican and this hotel is perfect for that. a 5 minute walk to see everything at the Vatican. the area around the Vatican closes up around 9pm and we did not know that until we returned that evening. the metro stop is near so you can travel around easy. I would recommend. Hotel does not offer any services such as restaurant, spa, etc.

No complaints, it we stayed in the suite. Can't say anything about the other rooms. Very small hotel.

The proximity to St. Peter's Square/ The Vatican was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All combined to make a wonderful stay there. We would most definitely stay there again.

The Relais Vatican View is centrally located, literally 1 min outside the Vatican City property. Thus, with no effort one can walk over to Vatican City and sight see. It is also close to Castel Sant' Angelo, about a 10 min walk. A 5 min walk to the Tiber River. The Hotel is small with huge rooms. Our room had a king bed, a large sofa, a large comfy armchair and an occasional chair, all in great condition. The room and bathroom were both beautifully appointed. The bathroon had a lovely, large modern shower. Free wifi was an added bonus too. All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful and spoke English too. The Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and a shopping district. Can't be beat for its location, value, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.

Only one thing -- the continental breakfast which consisted of packaged croissants and nescafe instant coffee in the room.

The Staff were extremely friendly and were very eager to please. We orginally booked a double room but were upgraded to a Suite, when we arrived! The rooms are spacious and modern, the free Wi-Fi is fantastic! The rooms look directly onto the St Peter's Square and the Bascilia.

the staff was indispensible to our group. We can not praise them enough. They went above and beyond. Special thanks to Alexandra and Daniel and others I don't remember the names. We came as guests and left like family. Thank you all!

The location is awesome, you can get to so many things just by walking. And everyone should meet Daniel. He was so helpful to us and always with a smile. No I take that back with a laugh. He is coming to San Diago in a few days. I hope his visit is a pleasurable as ours. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone! This is truly one of the most memerable parts of my Med. Cruise. There were 3 other women with me and I picked this Hotel so I was so happy when all of us just loved it. I would recommed it and I also want to come back You get a A++ Sondra Costa

Very clean and modern with a great rooftop area.

people are very friendly and treat us like family

The hotel is new and each room seems to be its own apartment. The interior decor is modern and clean! I slept very comfortably and felt at home and safe. The staff is excellent and are eager to please in anyway they can! The are a great location just minutes from the Vatican Museum and other excursions. They are a short walk from the Metro but it is less than .5 mile. The small walk is enough for you to become acquainted with the area. When surfacing from the metro head towards the Vatican signs.

I was very impressed with Relais Vatican View. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the location was great. St Peters Basilica is right on your doorstep and there is easy access to all forms of transport. I walked to all the major sights from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Rome.

Nice design, friendly personel, so close near the vatican, 30 seconds and you are near the vatican. Bathroom is superb!!
