Our host Fabianna met us at the door and explained everything in excellent English. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, we walked everywhere and only needed to use the metro to get to and from the station, just a five minute walk from the vatican museum and 2 minutes from the fantastic Trionfale Market. We self catered and the market was in a perfect location for fresh locally sourced food.
We self catered in Rome and the kitchen / cooking area was very small with no preparation area and minimal utensils, however we got by and enjoyed every minute. The only other down side was there were no wine glasses however this appeared to be a theme, as there were none at the other apartments we stayed at whilst in Italy.
Excellent location, very professional, helpful and friendly staff
Great apartment - cosy, spacious, very tidy, strategically positioned. The Owners - very sweet, cool and always willing to help.
The apartment was roomy, bright and comfortable. Very convenient to everything.
Would have appreciated a local map with recommendations for dining, etc.
quiet, calm, close to everywhere,10 minutes walk to colloseum,(via luigi luzzatti 28-green on photos).
Couple of weeks before my arrival i had to agree to change location to via luigi luzzatti 28-green on photos. No kettle, wifi, irons, ironing boards.Almost all remaining equipment outdated.Could be cleaner.Studio located in the basement part of the building.
very good localization, comfortable rooms
We had reservation for 4 nights. We must paid cash just after arriving. At third day the owner order us check-out. We send him our confirmation from booking.com. He pressered us to move to another app. We didn`t like because of small children and the departeure very early next morning. He was very angry. We wasted time for discussing with him but at last he left us alone.
We stayed in April 2014 at Valle Chic (via Pietro della Valle 1). Good location - many attractions are near. Really comfortable apartments with romantic atmosphere. Terrace with nice view. Very clean and cute. If I`ll come to Rome next time, I`ll choose Vatican apartments.
Everything was perfect.
The apartment was very clean, grate location very close to the vatican and minutes walk to nice coffee shop for breakfast. We recommend it for small family, friends or couple. The owner is such a wonderful and helpful lady.
Nice apartment located near Vatican and city centre. It was well equipped, there was everything what we needed.
Problem with electricity, whenever we turned on the hair dryer the electricity was turned off.
The location was absolutely perfect. With metro just a few steps away from the apartment. Assunta was very accomodating and her place is so lovely, very spacious and very clean. Will come again and stay a bit longer.
The location was ideal for a short stay .
The bed linen and curtains were not clean they had spots of stains . There was no seating area considering this was a 2 bed apartment. Very old and basic decor .
Good location, nice clean apartment.
Close to the historical city center.
Location was in reality way below the level shown on the pictures. Staff reacted unfriendly and incompetent on our complaints. My advise is to make pictures of everything inside the apartment. We had to argue hard to get our deposit back. My advise: Take a hotel if you visit rome. In total no comfortable stay.
We stayed in the apartment in Via dei Gracchi. We were received very kindly. Location is great, near Vatican, city center, shopping, restaurants, metro. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped.
The street was rather noisy. But I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome.
The staff was lovely, close to the Vatican and airport transfer prompt and helpful. Price of room is very reasonable.
On the description of our apartment it is noted that we overlooked a river, instead we overlooked a recreation playground and train line/open air tunnel. Very noisy you need ear plugs to sleep. Washing machine didn't work, there is no clothes dryer or DVD player also the apartment was not very clean considering you have to pay cleaning.
Good bustransport nearby Quiet and central
There were no dishtowels availible. The metro was not lokacated as signed at the map on the Chen-in side.
Excellent, well equipped apartment suited to accommodate a family of four people. 15 Minutes walk from the Vatican.
No off street parking available.
We were warmly greeted by Francesca and her son, with a gift basket and directions to nearby stores and restaurants (the very convenient Goose restaurant she recommended was the best food we had in Rome). The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable for a family of four, with a large bathroom and well equipped kitchen, and linens were provided. Staying in the Atmosphere Red apartment was one of the best travel decisions we made.
The location was great for visiting the Vatican, but a little inconvenient for the metro.
The budget considerations for a family of 4 adults & 3 children.
The furnishings were a little bare.
Only one room, bedroom and living room are not actually devided.
We loved everything! The owner Pascal was very helpful and friendly during checkin and checkout, explained everything clearly. The condition of the apartment was excellent, I did not expect that much room in the middle of Rome. It is really big for our party of 6. Love the feeling of the building and decoration, I guess this is an ancient building with modern amenity. That is exactly what I would look for visiting a historical city like Rome. The sheets and tower are clean and looks just new. Wonderful location, 15 min walk to Vantican and 25 min walk to Colosseum. Nice cafe shops 2 min walk for breakfast, 3 min walk for a nice diner place, and 4 min walk for one of the the best gelato we had in Rome. Strongly recommend!
5mins to one of the metro station
No aircondition, we cannot sleep in the hot summer night; The facility is old no lock in the washroom the second day after we arrive the water comes from the fridge flow everywhere one of my friend nearly slip down and break the arm bone; The address i received is not full address I asked several locals and no body can direct us until we meet a young and nice guy who ride bicycle to take us to the apartments by asking several different people; it is really a bad experiences
House was comfortable
The responsible person, Stefania (Dott. Stefania Di Salvatore, Operations Manager, Mobile 0039 380 3147 283) had an unreal claim during checkout. She told that there was a huge vase (tall as a human) in the aparment and told that we had broken it and hid or threw the parts away. This was a lie because she and all of us knew that there was no such vase in the apartment. Only one water glass was broken and we had already informed her about it - she did not mind it. She told us that she would get the money via the credit card I had represented as a guarantee. I could not check the money transfers from my credit card yet. But if there is any amount of withdrawal for that claim I will follow this issue and get it back. This behaviour of hers is so indecent and immoral, because this is a lie. We could not understand why Stefania needed to behave like this because we had been so nice to every part of the house and took care of the furnitures and lived clean and left clean.
The location was good and the staff was friendly.
The apartment was located on the first floor, which wasn't mention in the announce. Being in the first floor is very inconvenient. And what's more inconvenient is when they hide this information while you make your reservation. This is cheating.
