We got there by metro from Termini, we got off at Cipro metro station and it was easy to find but hard to get to because we had large luggage and there was stairs you had to climb to the main street overlooking the Vatican. The owners were very polite and sweet and helpful, they give you keys to the building and the apartment and then your room, which was spacious and clean and neat. They give you breakfast, pre-packed stuff but very good, there's mineral water and beer in the fridge which is free and it gets re-stocked every day along with your breakfast. They have a small, beautiful common area with a patio, there's an awesome coffee machine there too. Location was very close to Vatican Museum, less than 5 mins walk, you can also walk to St. Peter's basilica and castle of SantAngelo, about 15 mins walk. We also walked from our hotel to the spanish steps and trevi fountain, took about 25 - 30 mins I think, could be longer, but we loved the walk, the area is very quiet and beautiful and the walk along the Tiber is stunning. The room was warm and the water in the shower was hot, it's just as described in the pictures, really. The wifi is excellent. It's a guest house so no 24 hours reception but they have three emergency numbers for you to call in the reception, you can use the phone in the reception to call them if you needed to. I really loved the Vatican area, very quiet and peaceful, I loved it most in Rome. I would recommened this guest house if you're visiting Rome, it's close by to many places and for further places (like Villa Borghese) we used the nearby metro. Thank you so much for the owners for such a pleasant stay!
