The place is a ground floor very close to Metro station and a supermarket. The staff was very kind. My room was huge , with a pleasant furnishing and with private bathroom, kind size bed and two twin beds. It's a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main central locations.
The window of my room was at the level of the street so it could not be open. Air conditioning was represented by a huge very efficient movable fan which could be noisy.
The owner is very nice and friendly, she even gave us complementary drinks and was very helpfull from start to finish. The room was excellent, very clean, the shower was perfect and the bed very cozy. We were there 5 days and we had a very nice stay. I would definitely recomend it to anyone staying in Rome
near the subway，kind owner. The last in Rome ，we leave very early，She prepared the yoghourt and cookies for us，so sweet！
not so expensive as other properties in Rome, close to metro station Cipro, kindly staff, cleanliness, fully equipped (shared) kitchen
no air-condition (only ventilator), window on the level of pavement, limited storage space, breakfast should be better
Awesome location, service, price, room, really good accommodation
It is in a residential area.
The staff didn't speak English but that was not our issue. The room is way too small for what is advertised, the bathroom was tiny and they charged for extra towels. The linens were old and frayed and our toilet/bidet and shower leaked. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
- location, - responsive, helpfull and friendly staff, - clean room
- an air condition would have been much more appreciated than just a fan - breakfast was very basic - two pieces of pastry is certainly not enough to keep you going until lunch time
very central area, close to the metro. Clean rooms. Good value for money. nothing really to complain about :)
Close to the centre. Newly furnished rooms. Clean. Kitchen Good parking in front of the house. Blue lines and white lines. Taxi from the centre costs 10EUR.
1st floor - windows to the pavement, but vs.price perfect.
The location was ideal, easy to find if you follow a map (located in an apartment block) and within 1minutes walk of the metro. Room was a good size with sky TV (although we struggled to find anything in English!) and beds comfortable. 2 supermarkets nearby. WiFi service was excellent.
Staff spoke barely any English. Room was extremely hot so we struggled to sleep as the fan was not adequate, could not open shutter for windows either. Breakfast was self service and you were limited to 1 of each item. On the first day this was a croissant and a doughnut!! You also had to do your own washing up etc which is not fun on holiday. Fridge was shared and tiny, plus filled with juice for breakfast so no room to put water. Room was close to kitchen which made it very noisy. Lots of extra charges for leaving luggage, not cleaning up etc. Staff were never around and only contactable by mobile (expensive). Not sure about the 10 minutes walking to Vatican as staff told us to get the metro to the next stop and the accommodation was not on the map provided!
Great location to get to the sights. Rooms nicely decorated.
Almost everything about the stay was great. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They really make you feel at home. There's a kitchen you can use in case you want/need to cook anytime. One small thing worth noticing is that there was no one around in the evenings in case you had trouble (but they were available on their mobile). The room was great. It had enough space for 1 couple and another person, so it was quite big for one person alone (very confortable!). Also, it had a tv with sky setup on it; so pretty great movies, series, everything you need regarding TV entertainement. The location is pretty great. Its only 10 minutes walk away from Vatican. And it is very accessible to other parts by metro. I needed to leave early in the check out day due to the flight time and they even provided early breakfast for me, really nice.
Had a bit trouble finding the place. It is kind of hidden in the maze of buildings. Maybe a sign in entrance of the building could help a little.
Great location. Very close to subway stop and Vatican city. Room was a great size and had more than enough space. Staff was friendly and made sure we were settled and answered all questions we had. Great value for the money and would definitely stay here again the next time I am visiting Rome.
At first the location was slightly difficult to find and I did not realize it was located in an apartment building. Breakfast was included but was very simple, nothing overly special or filling.
We, a young couple, were really happy with the time we spent at VRA. The location is perfect. The place is situated in 300m away from metro station, and in 200m you can find a Carrefour Supermarket. On the nearest avenue there's a huge market with fresh fruits and vegetables, plus huge amounts of cheese and meat. The breakfast consists of pastries, and it's really enough not to be hungry until dinner. We HIGHLY advice to stay at Vatican Rooms Accommodation.
We had a problem with a bad frying pan, but I think that the problem is alrady fixed. Vatican Rooms Accommodation is the best option to stay in Rome so far.
Very close to metro and a 15 minute walk from Vatican. Nice, clean, quite big room. There is a small kitchen, there is coffee, tea and some rolls in the morning. Wi-fi. Great quality for such a small price.
This guesthouse is an apartment on the ground floor very close to Cavour metro station.
Colors in the room and in the common area (very bright violet and blue), beds are metal bunk beds, not everybody would like it and the matrass is not the best as comfort to sleep on. Grids at the windows make you safer but also feel a bit like in prison. TVCC infrared camera in the entrance, makes you feel controlled. Marble floors, not washed recently. Very small bathroom, you can barely fit in the shower and barely fit legs when you sit on the WC. Just one medium size towel per person. Cleanness a bit to improve. Breakfast is self service and quite poor. No tax receipt given. In my opinion not good value for money, the place is well located but can be much improved, it's clear that there is no time or money investment from the owners to make it beautiful and confortable to the guests.
The location is very near to Vatican city by walk and the hotel is just few steps away from the Metro station. We had a room with private bathroom and it was very nice and clean. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who is looking for budget accommodation in this expensive city of Rome. There was also kitchen in the hotel where me and my wife also had 1 time self cooked breakfast which was fun.
The place was fairly easy to find after owners sent clear instructions. It was pretty close to Vatican city and metro was close by. Room was cleaned every day, overall if you plan to tour around, this is a good place to stay.
There was no shampoo, we had to buy it.
good location, clean room, nice staff
the brekafast... just coffee and Croissant
Almost everything about the stay was great. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. There were a few things that can be called as 'issues'; like there was no one around in the evenings in case you had trouble (but they were available on their mobile), and the breakfast was arranged at a cafe nearby and it was very basic. But, the helpfulness and genuineness of the staff made up for it, I think. The room was great. We had booked a triple room, got one that catered for 4, and pretty good too. It had a big tv, with sky setup on it; so pretty great movies, and music while you are lounging about. The location is pretty great. Its only 10 minutes walk away from Vatican. And it is very accessible to other parts by metro.
Had a wee bit trouble finding the place. It is kind of hidden in the maze of buildings.
Nice room,clean,good location
Breakfast like for baby, just some crosant and tea
Good price; a kitchen that can be used; very nice and friendly staff.
A little noisy.
Closeness to Attractions and subway Kitchen
No air conditioning in room 1st floor
The shower was well done and the room was clean.
The room was not habitable. There was no a/c, the windows opened, however, had a cover where no air would get in. The room was so hot, we couldn't sleep and had to go to a different hotel. We did not get our money back and had to pay for future night we did not even use. Also, the room was extremely small for two people. I am suprised the size is even allowed.
