Hotel Vela D'oro  

A well run, comfortable hotel. It is right on the lake side with a pleasant veranda for an evening drink. Staff are polite and friendly. A good place to stay

The location was great. The panoramic view was beautiful! The people at the front desk were great! Very informative....

There was only shampoo/body wash. There should have been shampoo and conditioner separate from body wash.

Fabulous! Lovely hotel right by the lakeside in a fairly quiet location. Our room was large and comfortable, and it was an absolute joy to stand on the balcony and watch the sunset over the lake. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, and there are several restaurants close by to choose from in the evening. he staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The secure parking was also a great advantage. Would not want to stay anywhere else on Lake Garda

The staff were extremely friendly and the setting was beautiful on the edge of the lake. Each evening we sat on the terrace with a glass or two of wine watching the sun go down.

The shower in the room was rather cramped and it was difficult to have a pleasant shower. The breakfasts were disappointing and there were flies on the cold meat plates, which were set out. The fresh fruit on offer was limited to apples and nectarines but the nectarines were too hard to eat. It would have been nice to have some melons, strawberries and fresh peaches.

Staff and room very nice room clean. Hotel in lovely position has a few restaurants very close. Hotel pool in lovely garden setting looking on the lake just a few mins from hotel. Has large pool table and the carpark opposite is a god send as automatic gate. Over the weekend there was a market next to the hotel selling food and bags jewellery . Also has a nearby park good for the kids . breakfast good contenetial loads of choice . Very good stay would go back to that hotel

No negatives lovely hotel and pool

Yhe hotel was fantastic overlooking the lake very good breakfast buffet.

The location is fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The little town of Cisano in the Bardolino area has lots of little restaurants on the waterfront. The pool is a short walk from the hotel but really private and there's also a terrace at the hotel which has a great view of the lake.

The room was a bit small and as a double, we expected to have one double bed, not two singles which don't lock together. It doesn't take much to add a fixture to the beds to hold them together. The room surely could not be a twin room as it's too small to separate the beds.

приезжали на майские с детьми в гардаленд , останавливались в этом отеле. отель очень ухоженный и чистый. номера расчитаны на четверых человек .окна выходили на озеро , утром возле отеля плавали лебеди . расположение очень удобное для любителей прогулок, пешком вдоль красивого озера до бардолино с малыми идти минут 15 , до гардаленда на машине минут 10 . парковка рядом с отелем , главное не забыть код на открытие шлагбаума :) завтрак по итальянским меркам был достаточный . в отеле есть терраса со столиками и видом на озеро , мы вечером взяли бутылочку местного вина и с удовольствием провели вечер . мы рекомендуем данный отель !

Das Vela D´oro ist ein sehr schönes Hotel,wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles sehr sauber.

Die oberen Zimmer sind alle ohne Balkon und wenn man dann noch ein Zimmer in Straßennähe hat ist es sehr laut.

отель чистый, завтрак отличный, персонал окружает тебя заботой, видно, что очень стараются. на ресепшене хорошо говорят по-английски. мы ездили в верну, недалеко от отеля. хотели отдохнуть на озере, но погода подвела.

нет проката велосипедов, нет своего бассейна, номера очень маленькие, неуютные, чайника нет. отель чистый, но как-то неуютно. правда зал для завтраков замечательный с прекрасным видом на озеро.

Tutto nuovo e pulito, staff cordialissimo ed informato su tutto, Hotel vicinissimo ad autostrada e parchi del Garda; compreso nel prezzo parcheggio privato (illuminato e chiuso) e Wi-Fi velocissimo. Strategica la posizione per visitare l'intero lago, entro un'ora si arriva praticamente dovunque (tranne sponda occidentale). Ottima la colazione.

Bagno un po' piccolo. Qualche schiamazzo notturno dalla piazzetta ma (chiaramente) non imputabile all'Hotel.

Un personnel très accueillant et serviable, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner copieux, bien situé en bord de lac et de la promenade, restaurants de qualité à proximité, un parking privé précieux surtout en période de vacances.Destination à recommander.

Ne pas annoncer la proximité de Bardolino centre quand on est accompagné de personnes à mobilité réduite.
