i found the staff to be very helpful and nice. the room was clean.the breakfast was lovely. very italian. couldnt fault it.the pool is lovely too. |

Big terrass facing the lake. Clean rooms. English speaking people in the reception. Breakfast was not so exciting. Too close to the main road, so the location of the room is important. Rooms not well isolated so conversations from other rooms was easy to hear. |

The location was reasonable, about 2 km away from the restaurants of Bardolino, which is a pleasant historic town, but Garda was the least preferred of the three Italian lakes that we visited. We had a single night stopover here, and found it a very tired hotel, in need of rennovation. Our room was small, with awful sixties decor, and the bathroom wasn't especially clean. With the room opening out onto a communal terrace, it felt like there was little privacy. Nothing specific enough to warrant a complaint, just not very good. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave advice on local events and helped us with the very little Itallien that we knew. Room was always clean and tidy when we returned from a day trip. Can not fault this hotel The price was a little high for what the hotel actually offered, but it was still reasonable. |

Location - very peaceful in the evenings and only a 20 min walk along the coast line to Bardolino if you wanted something a bit more lively. Very easy to find, directly opposite bus stop making it extreamly handy for the train station. Staff were helpful and welcoming. |

Free, convenient parking, great breakfast buffett. A little too far from the town of Bardolino proper. Pool is actually not on site, but down the road a bit. The "balcony" was actually a patio surrounded by a fence on the same level with the sunbathing terrace. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zelfs de eigenaar, die van s`ochtends tot s`avonds aanwezig was en niet te beroerd was om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.. Mooie ingerichte kamers en een mooi uitzicht over het Gardameer. Worden nu zelfs als vrienden beschouwd. Gaan hier zeker naar terug. Gasten die er waren kwamen al velen jaren, dus dat zegt genoeg. |

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, ruhig in Cisane aber in 30 Minuten ist Bardolino und Lazise zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut und der Pool mit direktem Blick auf dem See haben wir sonst nirgendwo gesehen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gepasst und wir werden das Hotel auch wieder buchen :-) Evtl. die Zwischentür, wenn der Nachbar laut Fernsehen hört und man kein Oropax im Gepäck hat, kann es etwas störend sein, dieses "Problem" hatten wir genau 2 Nächte. Ein älteres Ehepaar hat abends sehr lange und gern laut ferngesehen, dank Oropax konnten wir dann schlafen. |
