Breakfest is ok, staff is rather friendly Room wasn`tone of 4 stars, it was hardly 3 stars, and needs a certain renovation( for example there were a lot of rust in bathroom, some cracks, dirty spots on the walls which should be coloured). We stayed in this hotel because there was a big discount of 57% and payed 140 Euro per night. Real price is 320 Euro - and it`s more than overated

Firstly that the Hotel is in close proximity of the station - should you travel by Eurostar or any other train. The room was spotlessly clean. The matress was exceptionally comfortable and the room had all amenities available that were needed. The breakfast selection was huge and we enjoyed that every morning. The staff was helpful in organizing taxis to and from the airport. I will definately stay in the hotel again on my next visit to Rome. Nothing that I did not like.

Perfect location near Termini Station - the jacuzzipool on the rooftop is very nice after a day walking through Rome. The receptionists were very helpful. We stayed twice : once for three nights and once for just one night and on both occasions the room was good, quiet, clean. Breakfast was very basic and not very interesting. Nothing Italian or Romanesque about it, pity.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice design, small cozy spa and fitness. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was great but of course very small. Double rooms are a bit small for two persons, lacks privacy when it comes to the bathroom as its just a sliding smoked glass, not soundproof but that wasn't a big inconvenience. Staff were helpful. We could walk to most tourist sites very easily. Location is good, only 3 mins from the Termini. The breakfast didn't meet our expectations and it was not a 4 star hotel worthy. Here they really need to improve. The bar was always closed - at least we thought until we found out you have to ask in the reception, then they will fix you something in the bar.

The location is excellent but despite having a street facing room it was still quiet.Short walk to the railway station and very modern despite being in an old building. The breakfast was good offering some warm food

Relatively close to restaurants and the main station, although very weird area past diner time. Not clean at all. First picture, hair in the bathroom and the so called "jacuzzi". Pictures show something else than it is. Way too price for the service.

Hotel is very modern, rooms were very clean and stylish. Breakfast was great, rooftop jacuzzi was a plus. Location is good, only 5 mins from the Termini (if that), Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed the first night we flew into Rome, then we moved on to the Amalfi coast. We came back to Rome and stayed again before moving onto Tuscany with family. After Tuscany we had to come back to fly out, we had to wait in Rome for the whole day as our flight was at 10pm, as our luggage was too heavy to check in at the Termini, we asked this hotel if we could possibly store it there, they said of course.. Which we thought was very nice seeing as we actually hadn't stayed there the night before...made our lives much easier!! Not many negatives, but if you want to stay more near to the action, eg. Trevi Fountain, Piazza's etc - then maybe not the hotel for you.

All of the staff were very accommodating. Any question was easily answered. The room was nice, stylish and comftable, no noise from the street outside at all. It was easy to get to places with termini so close. The area was very safe. Venetia palace was our last stop before returning home and it was lovely place to rest!

The rooms are nicely equiped. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Rooms are relatively small. Extremely small is the breakfast-eating area. It happened 2 out of 3 times that we needed to wait to get a table in the morning. A four stars hotel could simply not afford that its guest are waiting to be seated. Also food for breakfast was not varied so that there was not much to chose from. Compared to other 4 stars hotels I have been in, it's far from its peers. It deserves 2 stars only, not even 3.

Good location, helpful staff, very good breakfast. Had to ask for tea facilities to be provided. Bathroom a bit shabby. Room a little small for twin beds. Room a bit hot but reducing thermostat temperature didn't make much difference. Toilet roll slow to be replaced.

Location close to Termini Station. Easy to walk anywhere in the city, it was a good place from where to stage our visit to Rome. Easy in and out of the City on arrival and departure days and we took a side trip to Florence by Train, so it was easily accessible for the day trip and the late night return. rooms are small as are most in Rome. Breakfast was good but could use some variety and more fresh fruit.

I consider the hotel as reasonable and not a special one. Be careful Intetnet is chargeable and not free (4 Euro per one hour).

The staff are lovely and helpful the position is terrific being just up the road from the Termini main station for city and airport connections.using the train or metro to get to the sights in minutes. They have a nice breakfast with helpful kitchen staff. Nice restaurant 50 metres away. The hotel is also very quiet at night. If you walk to the Termini station you can buy a variety of foods and drinks only takes 5 minutes. It is safe around the area as there are police everwhere night and day. The bathroom has frosted glass walls which may worry some people that are inhibited. You cant really see through completely but it could worry older people. Also the rooms are not large but you really only sleep there and for that it is fine. The cleaning lady does a terrific job of the rooms. We liked the place and stayed another night to see more sights.

The room was good; clean and spacious. Same goes also for bathroom, also shower was good. Breakfast was good. You could select normal coffee, capuccino, espresso, etc. There were bread with cheese, ham and other toppings, also yoghurt, marmelade, cakes, etc. There were also sauna and gym, which we didn't have time to try but they looked decent. Location beside the Termini station is also good.
