Lovely rooms Fantastic friendly staff. Location. Helped take the bags to the station which was unexpected but very thoughtful.

Good location very close to the metro and bus station. Room was very clean and nice size.

Staff were outstanding -- front desk personnel very friendly and helpful; breakfast team worked their tails off to keep things in order and did it with a great attitude and smile. Traveling with a young child, were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a Jr Suite. Location convenient near Rome Termini station, for easy incoming/outgoing access with FIU, as well as typical Roman attractions.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near the central train station. The room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent with good variety.

Sometimes it was difficult to get a table at breakfast, especially if you are a group of more than 2 persons.

A lovely clean Hotel, with friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast, and very close to Roma Termini with several excellent resturants and a great pub in the close vacinity

Convenient location, good facilities and spotless.

Stayed in Room 303 which faced into an internal dingy internal courtyard. I guess I should have booked earlier.

You can hear your neighbours speaking and water flushing from other rooms. a little noisy.

1. The soundproof condition was not good, people talk on sidewalk can hear clearly, that make bad sleeping condition.. 2. Bathroom is quite small, not good for turning

It is very close to the Termini train station. The hotel is very modern and fresh, the rooms are look like they are decorated with Ikea - not a bad thing, just gives you the ides of the look. Big bathroom with big shower. Double paned windows so not loud at all. If you need a hotel over night at the train station, this is a good one.

The bed was really hard, we would come to learn that all of the beds in Italian hotels are very hard (ok, we did not try them all, but all of ours were very hard). Our room was very small so we had to kind of step over the corners of the bed.

- No price list available for the minibar; - poor and erratic ambient temperature control; - room too narrow, insufficient clearance between bed and walls.

Steps at front door were difficult for an older person to get the case up- Also I considered them a bit dangerouse as it would be easy to slip

Modern decor and ambience. Location. Train and metro connections to everywhere from Termini station just 2 minutes walk from hotel.

The front desk staff were quite helpful with places to go esp where to dine (Babbo's - great restaurant; 5- 10mins walk from hotel) Location is great, very close to Termini

The walls are paper thin, can hear everything going on. The toilet squeaked everytime you sat on it and also could hear the toilet squeaks from the room above us and everytime they flushed the toilet. The tv always went off with a 'no signal' message and you had to wait for 5 - 10mins before it worked again.

Internet works fast.

Not too close to the Metro,we have to walk 8-10 mins.

The cleaning staff were cheerful and friendly and did a fantastic job. The breakfast spread was great The room was spacious and airy, modern and bright with outside area

The breakfast area was a little over crowded but again the staff there were great and obliging

Location/ Comfort of the hotel/ Staff especially Ms. Laura on the reception was very helpful and she speaks very good English / Breakfast was nice ...
