Ilmastointi toimi loistavasti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamupala oli mielestäni sopiva, ei pröystäilevä, muttei missään nimessä niukkakaan. Hotelli oli kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä (esim trevi, spagna ja myös Navona). Kylpyhuone erittäin siisti. Mielestämme ansaitusti kolmen tähden arvoinen hotelli!

Mikäli on herkkäuninen kadun puoleiset huoneistot ovat melko äänekkäitä, joten kannattanee pyytää sisäpihan puoleinen huone. Meitä liikenteen äänet eivät haitanneet!

the proximity of a nice area, villa Borghese, spanish steps and via Veneto;

there are a few things missings in the rooms like: some walls had not been painted, there were traces of primer...; no hooks in the bathroom for hanging the towels; the breakfast was awful...not eatable... I have traveled a lot in my life and I have naver seen that before...the juice was hot, the croissants were not croissants...etc. they should improve it;

the location (relatively close to all attractions and in a very elegant area), the room (nicely decorated, VERY CLEAN and decent), no problem with the noise whatsoever

breakfast was pretty poor, but for Italy, it was good enough, i guess. altoghether i wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, but it was close to that. on my way out i asked at the front desk for a common taxi and i got a cadillac limousine (nice, but more expensive than a taxi)

Building work meant roof top facilities not useable.

Hotel is in and excellent location- only about 10 mins walk from the Spanish steps and metro station. Nice room and friendly and helpfull staff

The hotel is undergoing some building work but this did not really effect our stay- there was some areas of the hotel still not open, but there was no noise or mess from these works.

Me and my wife have loved the attention that the staff had with us. Also the restaurante is fantastic.
