Very bad hotel with bad toilet and very small room
Difficult to express themselves themselves in English language
THE PLACE WAS FILTHY! Dirty sheets, comforter, shower etc...shower didn't drain. Window curtains we're see-through.sheets resembled sand paper.
Rude staff member in kitchen
The mattress is unacceptable for it is worn out. It was uneven on both side of the bed. As a result we had a bad night. In fact booking.com should ask for refund on behalf. It spoilt our next day for we were tired.
The owner gave us (without asking for it) a free upgrade to quite a big room the evening we arrived (2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath), which was great!!! More privacy, good matrasses. The rooms were quiet enough. My room was above the kitchen which you could smell when the window was open but that was not really a problem for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Quite liked the 24 hour reception, easy when you arrive late. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the Duomo, 10 minute walk from the central station.
- Breakfast was (as we expected after reading the reviews) quite bad. Coffee was good though (the lady made us great cappuccino) which was all we needed. We ate breakfast after in the Mercado around the corner.
Staffs are very helpful and polite.
WIFI connection is poor
location was good, and staff very friendly and helpful
the furniture could be improved and our room was a bit musty
Very poor quality and quantity of breakfast. Poor quality bed mattress
breakfast poor small room insects from the window hat does not close internet went of frequently and at night no body understands simply to reset
Staff was polite and wanted to help. Not far from all attractions, 15 minutes from the old bridge.
The hotel had some technical problems as they tried to explain and moved us to a nearby b&b for the same price.
Location to all things to see was great. Staff were very helpful.
Uncomfortable bed Unable to pick up wifi in room even though 5 metres from router
Location and price.
Room barely accommodated bed. En suite 1 x 1.5 meters. Stank of concrete. 3 stars laughable.
The bathroom is too tiny and the breakfast extremely poor
Excellent location...5 mins walk to Duomo but quiet street so best of both worlds!
Staff was very accomadating and let us store our luggage after check out. Conveniently located. Not fancy but functional .
No shower curtain and one of the beds was real bad quality.
The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
The rooms were tiny. I couldn't get out of bed without hitting the wall. The shower was so small and the toilet was literally next to the shower, almost in the shower. The sink was on the other side of the room next to the bed. No closets nowhere to hang your clothes. TV no cable.
The service was lovely, it was clean it was central overall GREAT!
No lift for heaven bags
Staff were nice and friendly, location was great.
Rooms were basic, made a mistake and booked a smoking room which smelt. But for price we paid it was fine for an overnight stay
Clean. Location is not ideal but still good. Good value for money.
Good location in the heart of Florence and not so far from the train station. Nice helpful staff. OK breakfast.
Location and staff
The rooms varied drastically. We were put in a room that was small and dirty with a heavy steel door the first night. The next night we were moved upstairs and the room was much better. No-one should have to pay for a room like we were first given.
Location, staff was helpful
Room size-very small; Cleanliness-poor
The room was so dark there was no window coming air inside . Bathroom no space to move .the worst was its breakfast .it was not breakfast at all, awful .i was shocked that booking.com office told hotel that I should pay for one night more we stayed 2 nights but we paid for 3 .I am really sorry for the manager
