The hotel is great for those who come to enjoy the sea - it's next to a wonderful beach. The parking is free and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are big enough and clean. The breakfast is ok. If you came to visit the city of Venice only, you'd better stay in the center of Venice, because it will cost you a fortune to travel to Venice and back to hotel by the boat. To go to the port by foot takes 15 minutes there and more back ( after hours of walking up and down the bridges in Venice itself). But for young people it might be even pleasurable, because Lido is a very beautiful place. It's a stupid idea to rent a car, when you travel to Venice - ferry service leaves much to be desired.

The place where the hotel is, is on a quite area and there was a bus service in front of the hotel. The restaurant menu was so poor.

The parking availability. Staff was not very helpfull. The service at the hotel restaurant is poor and the treatment is in the limit of the acceptable.

We had a very large studioin a separate building. Certainly nice in summer, but we came in winter ... it's a bit cold with its tiled floor. Breakfast gets 9 out of 10 and the restaurant is quite reasonable. Definitely try the pizza! Our request for early check-in was not answered and so we went to the hotel after arriving at 8:30 at the airport. We were told to come back at 13:00, but at least could leave out bags in the hotel.

Hotel is on walking distance from the lido port where the boats go to venice (boats are expensive !!) also bus stop just in front of the hotel. Verry clean, nice sraff, verry spacoius room, silent place : you can sleep with your windows open (we had 3 windows!), only some noice from the other rooms (through the walls). One free internet computer in the lobby. No fruit at the breakfast, only a big choice of unhealthy stuff like eggs meat fake juices (nectars) and cookies ... coffee was bad (machine) and that for italy ...

Large and comfortable rooms. Beautiful views. Good breakfast. Nice to be away from all the noise and people in Venice. After a long day of touring it took even more time and effort to get to Lido and the hotel.

Great location on Lido. If you want to get away from the crowds of Venice, take the Valparetto to Lido and stay here. The beach was fantastic, room was huge, bathroom nice. They even packed us a little breakfast bag to take along when we checked out at 5:30 am. Great place.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights - the hotel staff are very friendlyand helpful. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Situation just on the beach and ten minute walk to the vaporetto boats over to St. Marks. Lots of restaurants around and lovely relaxing atmosphere - perfect for beach and sightseeing.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Room was lovely but unfortunately i asked for a sea view which i didnt get, however i do appreciate this may not have been possible, overall though a very good and comfortable experience. The area was a little off the beaten track, but not a major drama.

When we arrived late in the evening, the lift was out of order and, the receptionist had to help with our luggage. I think is inadmissible that such a big hotel doesn't have two lifts or, at last, an emergency lift to foreseen this circumstances.

Loved the terrace and the buffet breakfast. You have the option of the beach on one side and a cheap water boat trip of 6 Euro (15min trip) to San Marco, Venice. Think the directions of how to get to Hotel could be explained a bit better. Taking specific Vaparetto to Lido (S.M.E) then taking a little 15min walk or bus B.

Breakfast has to be improved: fresh fruits and juice, better coffee. If you came to visit the city of Venice only, you'd better stay in the center of Venice.If possible avoid the rooms from 81 to 84...

Location good for restaurants and boat taxis over to Venice main island. Friendly staff and great roof top sun trap with jaccuzzi. Room a little small (probably because we booked an economy room - would book higher grade next time) but clean, functional and comfortable.

Location The room was not very comfortable - The bathroom was horrible a very strange type of bath. No tea/coffee facilities. Got bitten alive by mosquitos. I had 8 my partner had very bad ones that became swollen.

Great location right opposite the entrance to Lido beach,so close we didn't need to rent facilities for swimming etc as we often have to on Italian beaches. We had a pleasant room with a lovely little balcony & sea view. Rooftop Solarium good for reading & relaxing. Breakfast buffet was easy with good variety. Short walk to main street, good bus service. Very friendly, helpful staff, pleasant to deal with. Overall enjoyed the stay very much. Public areas are rather dowdy. The coffee at breakfast tasted very strange, noticed several people buying coffee at the bar during breakfast. 999 TV channels but couldn't find a single word in English although there were a lot of English speaking guests who might like to catch up on news.

Good price considering the business of the weekend. Room was quiet. Although the hotel is approx 10 minutes by foot to the vaporetto terminal it can be reached by several pleasant walking routes, including down the main street in Lido. Nice to have the beach right across the street. The breakfast is pretty terrible, but the coffee is worse.
