This hotel is very high level hotel for very little money comparing to its service and standard. Very good choice. Everything was great. Maybe just location because this hotel is located on Lido island, however, it could also be adavntage (calm, no crowds). |

The room was really nice with a free fridge and safe(Rarity in hotels I stay in) exceptionally clean with towels changed every day and bedding twice during our four night stay. Bus stopped outside the front door to the waterbus terminal which ran frequently. I would imagine it to be a good place to stay in the summer. Felt the dining room could have benefitted from a refurb-very old fashioned would not have liked to eat there in the evening but the breakfast was ok for continental rolls, eggs, cereals, juice, ham, cheese etc. |

Although it locates in the other side away from the public water bus port of Lido, it gave us a very good view of the sea and very good facilities for staying. On the second day, we even spend some time especially on the beach, although it was already in the mid of Oct and was very windy outside. Some comments said the some hotel staff were a little bit too cool to the customer. That's what I felt at the very beginning, but impression changed during the communication later, they are very helpful. |

It is not on the main island of Venice and the price is good for the location. The bus service to the water is real good as itwas right out side the door. The food was good except it was a little pricey. The hotel staff (Front Desk) did not seem to want to help you with tours or anything on how to get around as you pretty much had to figure that out on your own. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a very nice clean room. And the buffet breakfast was very good. We had to leave to catch our plane at 3:30am and the clerk at the front desk could not speak any english. |

The rooms were excellent. Large and clean with good facilities for a reasonable price given the location. |

I like the way the Hotel was so near the beach but yet only 15 minutes away from Venice by waterbus. We got to see everything and still have time to totally relax in a peaceful location. It was a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The hot tub had cold water but everything else was very satisfactory. |

Chose to stay on the Lido as quieter (and cheaper) than in central Venice. Excellent and regular transport links to St Mark's Square. Bought a travel card at the airport and well worth buying it up front. Staff very helpful, breakfast plentiful. Was in a two bedroom apartment in the hotel. However the tv, safe and mini bar were all in the master bedroom which wasn't ideal. There was plenty room to have put a fridge and tv in the lounge area which would have made it more sociable. |

A good sized room in a relaxing atmosphere with wonderful views of Venice and the beach from the roof. It was nice being away from the crowds of San Marco and yet so close by vaporetto. A very nice breakfast was included. A bit of a walk with our suitcases from the ferry dock. The pool was not open in September during warm weather and there was limited access to the beach. |

It was nice to get away from busy Venice overwhelmed with tourists and come to this quiet hotel. This hotel was described as being 15 min. away from Venice. It is a 15 minute boat ride but then a 20 minute walk from the boat to the hotel. At night, the area is very dark and does not feel safe. Hotel staff were not friendly or helpful. |

The room itself and bathroom are really nice and clean. Impressive mix of classic and modern styles and solutions. We had a sea view (though window is quite small, so you have to look out of the window to actually see the sea). It's really nice to go for a morning swim and have a cup of espresso in beach cafe before going to the city. Basically the big question is a transportation from/to the hotel in the eveining/night from/to Lido boat harbor as buses A and B schedule ends quite early in the evening. It's not a long way to walk, but after turning from main street towards hotel one should be prepared to walk on a dark street. Taxi is an option, but you might need to wait for it and it costs. If you are travelling by car and staying one night in Lido and you plan to take car with you, then add at least 100 Euros to your budget for ferry/parking/boat ticket expencies. On our way back (was it because of Saturday or a holiday?) there was no ferry to Tranchetto. I don't know if to recommend or not to recomment this hotel. |

The hotel facilities were very good and service was very efficient and friendly. Right opposite the beach on Lido, in walking distance of great restaurants and the Vaporetto to San Marco Square and Venice (15 mins trip). We liked being able to park our car securely at the hotel rather than having to leave it unsecured on the mainland. A beach holiday and city visit to Venice in one. |

We had a wonderful room with a small balcony and a great view. It was really special. Breakfast was also great. We didn' t take bus to hotel from vaporetto stap, it is not really that far to walk to hotel and the Lido is very beautiful island so it was not a problem to walk a little. |

Venice is a frenetic city to visit. This hotel on Lido Island is a welcome respite after a day visiting Venice. Lido is on the "vaporetta" public water transportation system and the hotel is a one mile walk, 10 euro taxi or 10 minute bus ride from that station. The staff, Andrea, Secondina and Nicholas spoke good English and were friendly and very helpful. |

Quiet, close to beach, upgraded from triple room to suite so room is spacious. A bit far from the boat stop, take around 20min walk to the main stop, and 10 min to the other one (in which only lines to Murano and Bruno) |
