- peaceful area, nice & clean room - you need 2 bus stops (10-15min walking) to get to vaporetto station. A bit too far from Venice (15-20 minutes by vaporetto) |

The position of the Hotel made it easy to visit Venice and also to get away from it. |

Elegant and comfortable hotel for correct price (70 euro per night for double room), we've got a suite for the price of a double room. Bus station in front of the hotel. Very good (buffet) breakfast. The sound isolation wasn't perfect: we had a noisy neighbour with children. |

Everything was most satisfactory in all important aspects-very helpful staff,cleanliness, wonderful wide choice of food at breakfast etc. etc.. an early morning alarm cal on our last morning was overlooked. |

Great hotel considering poor European standards if compared to the US A litlle bit far from the city center (a water taxi is needed), but it's worthy considering a better service/facilities. |

We arrived late and there was no hassle ordering food at the restaurant (even though we were the only ones left there); we stayed in room nr 101 and we had a massive balcony outside our room (which only we could access - it was lovely, and if here in the midst of summer i imagine would be great as there were sunchairs..); short stroll (10 min) from ferry to hotel; good place to stay Map on internet related to directions from the car ferry and not the publlic bus ferry; check directions for yourself if you are travelling on public transport (we went in the wrong direction on our first night). |

Proximity to the beach & Venice. Yet, we enjoyed the local atmosphere of Lido Did not know the hotel restaurant had a cover charge, had to ask the front desk for the TV remote, & the hotel was not helpful when I tried to email them for directions to their hotel from the Venice Santa Lucia train station. |

Close to the beach The family room was on the top floor with no lift access to the final floor. The room had a musty smell. Too far from the ferries |
