Sauna, swimming pools, whirlpools, area around them and the garden behind the pools which is ideal for relaxation, reading, rest. The possibility to have a drink/sandwich around the pool as well. The location of the hotel is also very good, there is a hotel parking available free of charge, as well as the WiFi for free in the lobby. Using a flash deal it was an excellent opportunity to experience Abano Terme. No much to see in Abano, but the surroundings are stunning, Parco Regionale dei Colli Euganei with beautiful nature and small charming cities like Arqua Petrarca... Hotel is poorly managed, when no managers on site no one is refiling the breakfast buffet, there is a lot of noise early in the morning when suppliers arrive (applies to some rooms), when there is the most people in the pool the bar is closed for 3 hours lunch break, pool assistant has a break from 11:30-15:00 so if there are no sunbeds available you either need to steel from the people that reserve them at 7 am and only arrive to use them around 4 pm (which should also be regulated somehow), or to wait... Rooms need a paint job urgently, carpets are stained, poor and depressive lighting in the rooms and bathrooms, very old fittings... Otherwise rooms are specious and bed is clean as well as the bathroom that is old but in marble allover.

The entrance to the hotel was lovely. The rooms were big enough but a bit dated. The thermal pool was amazing with plenty of loungers around. The rooms were pretty dated and the third bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The Spa facilities lacked a sauna and a steamroom

Good food, renovated pool, very good location, good massages. Horrible sleeping room (big spot on carpet, old furniture), dirty tiles in pool, cold waiting room for massage, personnel did not resolve issues.

The stuff are always good feeling, everyboday is kind, quickly response to ask something. But this time I found the cleaning is not good. My room's floor is always same dust even if after the room cleaning. At the same time table cloth and seets are completely clean. The room plan is not good. Bofore I spend a room was perfect big windows and big balkony, but in this time the window is a small but toilet place with same size window. And without balkny. It's pity for guests.

Good base for Venice and surroundings. Pictures of the hotel on the website must be old. Carpets are tired and colors are out of date. Breakfast was good but nothing like the picture. Not enough parking for guests. We came back one night and there was no where to park. Front desk staff had an "Oh well" attitude. Some (not all) of the front desk staff also very arrogant and not friendly at all.

We had a lovely, quiet and spacious room. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the buffet breakfasts, included in the room price were very good, there was a decent choice of foods to eat. The lunchtime menu was really delicious, once again a buffet, however you really need to arrive when it opens, as the choice narrows very quickly as the minutes go by! There is a lot of greenery at the back of the hotel, allowing you to relax, away from the noise of the pool. The hotel is very well located and a very good base for going to Padova (25mins), Venice (50mins away), Verona (1hr) or even Lake Garda. As its a spa hotel, there are a lot of elderly people there, which isn't a problem, as everyone is very polite. The one point that takes a little getting used to, if you haven't been to this hotel before, is the smell of the mud and thermal water, which is quite strong as you near the thermal spa area, as well as on each of the hotel floors. You do get used to it and don't smell it the rooms, so it's really ok. The other point to mention is that the delicious lunch and dinner at the hotel cost 28€ each, which is rather expensive if you are two or more people. The quality of the food however, is faultless and very good.

It is old hotel in which You feel the breath of time, interesting I think for young people it would be not very comfortable because it is sanatorium for old visitors. There are not many attractions around but nice Padova is close especially if You are travel by car.

We booked the exclusive deal and it was a really bargain! Our double room was spacious & spotless and beds were very comfortable. Swimming pools(indoor/outdoor) were quite new & clean. Reception staffs were efficient, they told us that we could use pools/sauna even after check-out. Swimming pool hours(8:00-11:30/15:00-18:00). It could have been better if opened for longer hours...

The reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The spa pool and facilities are very good. The bus stop to Venice and Padova is right outside the hotel and very reasonably priced at just over 4 euro pp one way to Venice. Although the hotel is a bit dated and need of make over it still has has a lot of old world charm. Free loan of bicycles was a nice extra. The breakfasts were very ordinary and served in a pretty depressing dining room. The only hot items were the boliled eggs and the drinks. Service was just ok..

Staff is extremely gentle and has a very positive attitude and high professionality . Easy life within the hotel walls as all services are available easily (SPA, pool, kids games, restaurant, bar etc). Parking is freely available . Easy to get in the city (5 min walk to center.. if any existing in Abano) . Restaurant is average good and has always several choices even if a fixed frame . All is clean (romm, common space, bathrooms, resaturants, pool etc) Being a 4 star the hotel infrastructure is worn out, furniture needs some refreshing and also walls and ceilings. Again being a 4 star breakfast is non so enticing and the single automatic coffee machine is a minus .

Parcheggio interno anche all'ombra. La zona pedonale vicina. Centro molto vitale la sera. Personale cordiale e professionale.

Colazione abbondante, personale gentile e simpatico. Sicuramente se ritornerò in zona, riprenoterò su questo hotel.
