Venice on the sea. great wiew from the boat. sweet breakfast on terrace. nice place.
Unique location Comfortable lodging Private bathroom Clean Breakfast included w/Tea
Very Slight musty smell (I guess thats to be expected on a boat) Smaller than average rooms (Again it is a boat) Not a great supply of hot water for shower
a dream night on a beautiful boat
very pretty idea of sleeping in the boat in Venice! fantastic view and very quiet place.
Very quite and nice place. The atmosphere is informal and the Captain has become a true friend full of tips for visiting an unusual Venice.
It was great! I enjoyed my conversations with the owner and the overall experience.
wonderful view. good staff.
The experience of staying on a boat, the detailed explanations for the arrival, the quietness of the sea, the proximity to the S.Elena public waterbus station, impeccable internet connection, nice breakfast, comfy bed, cleanness of the cabin&bathroom. Competent Crew member very Captain.
good esperience for childrens, quite place and nice boat.
I travelled with my 19 year old daughter and we stayed at the Boat and Breakfast. Awesome experience and beatiful to be on the water.
Location is at the far end of Venice and it can be a little hard to find. However, once you figure out the water taxis it is not a problem at all.
Very comfortable, friendly staff, nice rooms, can eat breakfast out on the deck of the boat, good breakfast
A little hard to find and the location was in a random port, very small rooms - just enough to sleep in
I have been on this boat last year for a week and we are back again. The atmosphere is informal and the Captain has become a true friend full of tips for visiting an unusual Venice. want to be out sightseeing normal, I very much appreciated and will be back here again next year. after a day out in the lagoon, find themselves on the deck of the boat to watch the stars with a drink is a wonderful relaxation.
Location, cozyness, friendly staff was a very good experience
the cabin we were alotted was very very small, only cash is accepted, staff does not speak English atall. A little difficult to find, behind a church, have to go left from the church entrance via a side alley to reach the boat
quite and near biennale exposition, very nice boat and clean. basic space, beautiful place and wiew.
To live in a boat was a romantic experience. Nice view to the see from the back. The way the boat was converted into a hotel was really ingenious.
You hear what's going on in the cabins around you a bit too clear. The breakfast starts at 8:30 that is extremely late from my point of view. Far enough from the city center (although there is a vaporetto stop nearby).
This was the only night I've spent in Venice but it seemed like quiet part of the city. The bed was also comfortable. The view of the water is amazing.
Staff could be a bit more hospitable upon arrival. We had a long day of traveling and the first thing they wanted was paperwork and money. Other places we have stayed have offered a glass of water and chance to settle in first. Also the cabins are in close quarters with other families so we were kept up a bit by adjacent late-night talking.
marine atmosphere, beautiful wiew. Friendly crew. Details wit pictures how to reach on board in email, very easy!
Hard to find a place - need more information of how to get there
- the decoration of the boat - staffs are nice
- we booked a twin room with bunk bed, which is extremely small that you can barely turn in the room - the island is a bit isolated, no water taxi stop from the island to the main attraction (can only call them maybe)
the boat is awesome, and the host is very nice.you can see the different view about venezia.
wave movement,sea side siteseeng
boat was almost old, very very small cabine, very bad direction because the adress was different from that one in booking although the staff emailed us and tell the adress but it was on the day of check in and we were in train late check in and early check out!
I think that living on a boat in Venice is the best choice! 3 days prior to check-in they sent out a detailed guide with step-by-step pictures of the way to the boat. It has really nice wood finish, the waves rocked smoothly + I have never seen a tap turning into a shower before!! Even though we were there for just 2 nights, we had the opportunity to feel the difference between this peacefull part of Venice while taking a walk to the main places that attracted hundreds of tourists and back to our quiet harbor
the warmth of the hosts, the experience of staying on a boat, the detailed explanations for the arrival, the quietness of the sea, the proximity to the Santa Elena public boat station, impeccable internet connection, nice breakfast, comfy bed, cleanness of the cabin&bathroom.
The staff was excellent great service nice guy( don't remember his name)is always there. Wifi was relatively fast and there was acces to in from my room. It also has an outside deck which is perfect for having a nice view with your coffee.
I did not like that the rooms where so small and that the bathroom was even smaller, you had to shower with the sink, it has en extended shower head, and the breakfast was extremely poor.
