Excelent location - 50 meters from bus stop for line coming from Treviso Airport, 70-80 meters to bus station to Venice (Piazalle Roma). Helpfull, english speaking staff.There are smooking rooms, which is important to me. Clean towels and sheets, and they are changed everyday. 24 hour reception. Buffet brakfast, fresh and tasty food. Quiet place. Neraby shopping mall and shopping street. A lot of ATMs arround. Bloody expensive internet (E5/h). Narrow rooms. Brakfast could be little more diverse. Only 4 TV channels, all italian. There's no even CNN or BBC?!? Extra pillows will be a good idea. No boiling jugs and instant coffe/tea in the rooms :-(

Nothing but praise for this friendly hotel situated in the historic center of Rome. Access to walk to the train station in 15 minutes, is on the first floor of an elevator building. Besides having free wi-fi, has a computer room available. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, all speak English. The rooms are modern with soundproof windows and nicely decorated. Breakfast is very nice too. I loved it.

The hotel was satisfactory in accordance with our expectations. The location is good, a few steps from the big shopping mall, and 3 min. from the bus station. The room was clean, designed in old style. The staff (in general) was very pleasant and helpful. Prior booking, we've seen that the rooms are small; maybe it is worth to say that not all 4 beds were in fact beds... Anyhow, our plan was to spend our time outside, so beside this, the stay was very satisfactory.

I commend the entire staff of the hotel. All are very friendly. The hotel is excellent. There is a special spirit. We enjoyed our vacation there.We felt like home, there is no tension only positive energy, they are all smiling and will help you in every moment of advice or the very act. We took only a bed and breakfast. But in the evening we dined in their restaurant, the restaurant was excellent and they all praise the chef. Also the waiters who are always at your service. Map of wine they were so great that we really enjoyed our dinners. If you arrive by car, you can screw up, the GPS will guide you on the road and once you will have a label restrictions for vehicles, but you just keep it all the hotel guests there you must go.

An elegant hotel with the most wonderful food and warm comfortable rooms. As a group of 4 we all enjoyed our stay (it was the 5th stay) and the staff were the most helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Located in the centre of Mestre but in a quiet side street the hotel was ideally situated for the buses to Venice ( 20 min ride). Free car parking was an added advantage. Having tried the rest, we shall always return & recommend this hotel.

Everything ok!!!! The room is a little small, but very comfortable. We left the bagagge all day long after check out, for free. The breakfeast is very good: coffee, tea, breads, juices, yogurts, cakes, etc.

Well situated for bus access in and out of Venice and for drop off/collection by airpost bus. All staff particularly helpful and pleasant. We ate in the hotel on one of our two evenings there and the meal was excellent. Would we go back?.... Certainly!

Excellent ! The hotel staff was very helpful and kind . Room was clean and looks great, the breakfast more than ok . They have a private parking for those who traveling by car where we could leave the car about 6 hours after I made check out . The bus station is very close and you can reach Venice in 15 minutes .

The location is ideally suited for day trips into Venice. It provides better value than choosing a hotel in Venice, and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with them. Like the decor of the hotel and the rooms. I have stayed here before and certainly will again.

Very easy to get to Venice from this hotel. We traveled with two children under the age of 6 and the mall across the street which also had a grocery store was very convenient. Breakfast which was included was terrific. Definitely the best breakfast we had during our visit to Italy. On the corner there is a bakery that sells Gelato. Try the white chocolate.....it was yummy. The center of Mestre is walking distance away that offers higher end shops and terrific restaurants. The hotel was very difficult to find if you are planning to drive. The bathroom was very small and the layout of the shower was odd.

Breakfast is pretty good. We enjoyed having a terrace. And they had free internet that worked well. The entrance looks very nice and the hotel is very close to the bus that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes The carpets in the room are dirty and the ones in the hallways are a disgrace. They are completely black! Probably packed with bad bacteria and germs. They are truly disgusting. I don't understand why they don't do something about it. Also the shower, may be because it is an old building, goes from hot to cold over and over.
