Staff very helpful and polite, breakfast very nice, very clean neat room. Lovely decor, very authentic ott italian! Close to a bus stop, 15mins to Venice, very easy transport and good distance away from centre. |

The location was very closed to go to the island. The attendants were very friendly. The breakfast were excellent. |

The hotel is located in a nice area, sorrounded of restaurants and shops. The bus stop going to treviso airport and Venezia is just meters away of the hotel. I consider the hotel a good option when you travel keeping your expenses in a modest budget. I recomend it. |

The staff were quite helpful and I was told that I would receive two beds when I only received a king size. We made due. I thought the breakfast lacked imagination. |

Everything including rooms,staff and services.offers value for money.well connected to main Island by by bus.Train from Rome stops in Mestre before reaching Main Island.So reaching hotel is not at all a problem.Main Island is easilyaccessible by bus number 4 Only one internet pc for which one needs creditcard.if it is not functioning then it is difficult to get anything nearby.I could not check in to my return flight on line becuse internet was not working |

The hotel is not far from Venice and quite well connected to the city, so it's a good option to visit the city without having to pay the high prices of staying in the island itself. The hotel is not bad but it's a bit "rococo" for my taste. The parking was for free and we manage to find a spot, although I can imagine it being full quite easily, as it is not that big. The breakfast was less good than expected for the category of the hotel. |

Excellent location: next to a shopping mall and "area pietonale", a few minutes away from the bus station to Venice and airport. The room was very clean. no minibar in the room (i guess it's normal for a 3 star hotel); the air conditioning did not function |

The room was extremely small, there was just a little place to walk around the bed. The shower was directly on the floor and without inclination in the inside so the whole bathroom was underwater. |

It is close to Venice and with good transport communication. The hotel is very pleasant and clean. It is close to a city center where you can go out to do shopping or have a nice dinner. |

Breakfast We were not given correct info by the reception staff about bus to station. We checked out on 13.04.09 & the reception staff did not tell us that very few buses run on holidays. We bought 4 bus tickets (4.4 Euro) but as there was no bus, we (with 2 children) had to literally run to the station to catch our train. Reception staff should give correct information!!!! |

The hotel supplied information of the local transport to Venice.The stop was just around the corner and the buses were frequent, and the sold the bus tickets so no hassle. The square and shopping centre were very nice to explore after dinner. |

It is close to bus stop end you are et Venice for 10 min,hotel is furnished in Venitian style and room was not so small (you should see rooms at Paris hotels). |
