Hotel Venezia  

Centrally located, good restaurant and pleasant stuff.

Successful location of hotel, it is possible quickly to reach to Venice, beautiful design of apartment, polite personnel, comfortable situation

everything was very good, in hight level, the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. I will recommend it to all of my friend who want to visit Venice, Mestre and the nearby cities.

room was abit small for four persons but we did cope with it.towels weren't as expected either, but the rest was ok!

Great location - and full of character...

Everything ok!!!! The room is a little small, but very comfortable. We left the bagagge all day long after check out, for free. The breakfeast is very good: coffee, tea, breads, juices, yogurts, cakes, etc.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the shopping area and close to bus stops. The hotel staff were always courteous and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good, and there was a good choice for breakfast (although no eggs).

Our room was far too small for twin beds, and there was very little cupboard space, with nowhere to put luggage. The hotel needs renovation - wallpaper peeling in some areas, etc.

Well situated for bus access in and out of Venice and for drop off/collection by airpost bus. All staff particularly helpful and pleasant. We ate in the hotel on one of our two evenings there and the meal was excellent. Would we go back?.... Certainly!

We were visiting Venice for a day and needed a place to stay that was within our budget. Most hotels in the city of Venice are overpriced and were out of our budget. Hotel Venezia is on the mainland, in Mestre, and was a good price. It was easy to take the bus over to Venice in the morning! Also, the staff was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to come at 4:30 in the morning because we had an early flight. There was also a nice breakfast in the dining room. Food selection included most of the typical pastries and jams common at Italian hotels. It also went beyond, offering ham and cheese, cereal, yogurt, and hot chocolate.

The decor of Hotel Venezia is dated, and garish, with mirrors everywhere! There was even a mirror in our room that ran the length of one entire wall. Old carpet, and the wallpaper was dirty and torn in some areas.

The location is ideally suited for day trips into Venice. It provides better value than choosing a hotel in Venice, and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with them. Like the decor of the hotel and the rooms. I have stayed here before and certainly will again.

There was a smell to our room all weekend. The bathroom smelt of urine and our room was old and dusty. My eyes were so itchy and my nose never stopped running the whole time I was there.

Staff were obliging. Room was very clean. Location was very good. Quiet and yet near buses to the railway station and to Venice.

Room was a little small.
