The location is very near to Venice The main restaurant was not good value for money - too meagre portions and overpriced. Breakfast was boring with not enough choice, cheap quality food, no local Italian ingredients, no hot choices. Rooms are also very small, for the money. |

Good location to visit Venezia. Good restaurant Reasonable price. Narrow and small room for 4 persons. There is no space to open a suit case. |

The service and help with directions was very good. Everthing was fine, except that the room we were in was a bit stuffy and smelly, but an open window fixed that. |

Hotel staff is very pleasant and easy to communicate. The room, recently renovated, was comfortable enough to enjoy the stay.The room has a large balcony that allows guests to enjoy a glass of wine late at night. |

The bathroom shower was terrible, So close to the toilet and no distinction that it was a shower. Water was all over the bathroom because there was not any type of barrier on the floor. Horrible. |

The shopping area & restaurant only 3 minutes walk, but far from the train station. It is easy to take bus to Venece. Free parking. B'fast is ok. |

It is very close to Venice and very easy to acces to Venice. Also, the entrance, dining room are ok. The location of the hotel is very good, near to the center of Mestre, with easy acces to shopping area and walking area. The bathrooms are unspeakable small, around 4 square meters area. Think of this area filled with toilet, bidee, shower space and sink. You will not have space to stay inside. There is nothing to retain the water inside the showering area, all bathroom's area is filling with water when you try to make a shower. It is small and unconfortable to use anything in the bathroom. There is not refrigerating possibility in any of the rooms of this hotel. I had to change three rooms to find one almost suitable for staying in it, and it"s a three star category hotel! |

Location was ok. Three days was too long in near Venice and therefore we intend to leave earlier. This could be easily be solved but we had to phone to your company wich is in my opinion far too much. No help at all of the employee. |
