Close to Venice with free parking

Hotel staff were not very interested in helping me with local information when I didn't speak Italian. Otherwise, polite.

The hotel is located in the heart of Mestre, also close to Venice!
The breakfast area is nice, though the selection could be a bit wider.
Nice staff:) great value for money!

Parking was great! We had a rented van and felt very safe about paring it there at the hotel.

they provide the map and how to get to venetia, sell the bus ticket and so it is easy to go to venetia. I think it is better to stay in Mestre than Venetia.

Excellent location. Very easy access to Venezia. Max 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, journey takes about 15 minutes. Shop centre can't be closer. Typical italian breakfast. Rooms are rather small and should be renovated a bit. However comparing with the price - it's OK.

close to bus stop

The convience to the bus stop which allowed us easy access to Venice.
Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast needs to be a little more. It would be nice to have more variety of food. Not everyone likes lots of bread.
