Hotel Venice Resort  

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful! He has since started emailing me on my personal email account! Be very wary about giving your contact details to these people. We stayed a month ago and we are still being bothered by the receptionist Claudio. Not family friendly.

Good location and easy access to both the airport and Venice centrem Excellent price especially as it included breakfast. Spotlessly clean The men who were on reception were efficient but not overly friendly

The hotel locates great for Venice airport night stay. You can walk by foot from/to airport for 15 minutes or so. Room is very well decorated and furnished, and has bath tube. The tv has tonne of channels. Light is very soft and makes charming atmosphere. Bed is very good... What else you need to stay for a night?

Shuttle service in hotel is way too expensive for 1.5 kilometers trip. They ask $8 per person. It was a bit humid but the room was at 1st floor, just at level of ground.

I did not like anything about this hotel.

On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by a very unfriendly male memeber of staff. There and then I felt very intimidated by him and did not want to stay, but it was just for one night. I would never go back there ever, as it was such an unpleasant experience. Also the hotel was too far from the city of Venice, but near to the airport. I really hope that no other person is treated the way I was. I shall be writing with my comments to the Italian Tourist Board about my stay there, and how uncomfortable I felt at that hotel. Also I asked for some milk to make tea in my room, as was charged for it when I checked out the next morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was lovely, a nice break from the Venice crowds. Timely and affordable shuttle at 5 am to airport a real plus!

Walls too thin.. I honeslt thought the folks next door were actually in my room at first... Unable to sleep much whichwas a problem since I had to get up at 4 am... I would love to say I would stay there again but not so sure because of the room noise issue...

The location was amazing! Very close to the airport. That is just the start...the rooms are reasonably priced, the property is gorgeous, and the rooms are safe and spotless! My girlfriend and I stayed our first night in Italy and then our last 13 days later.

What i like about the resort is the food but it should have been better if there is a restaurant within the resort to provide lunch and dinner for the guest if its necessary. And all the staff should know English since not all the guest are Italian.

The bedroom heater should be controller of the guest. No restaurant to serve lunch and dinner.

I appreciated the help of the staff. The proximity to the airport was convenient. The accommodations where great for the price. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Nice room, nice hotel

I did not feel welcomed at all by the staff. They were short with me when they spoke to me and seemed more concerned with regulating me than the quality of the stay. The hotel shuttle is also not free, I was charged 10 euro for a ride that was less than a mile. A really pricey shuttle ride for such a short distance.

Lo mejor del hotel sin duda, es la amabilidad de "Lucy", una mujer Dominicana, muy agradable, divertida y amable, que dobla turno en cafetería y habitaciones... Los precios de las consumiciones en el hotel muy bien, y preparan unas tostas riquisimas.

El recepcionista, un italiano del que no recuerdo el nombre, muy desagradable, mal educado, mal encarado y sobre todo, atención señoras, más machista que Berlusconi. No hay servicio de habitaciones, porque (dicho por ellos), la habitación se llena de hormigas. Invasión de mosquitos por la noche, los picotazos de mis brazos lo reflejan. El desayuno lamentable.
