Our accommodation was excellent value. The upper mezzanine sleeping area was a very special touch to the overall design of the room. Having the option of sleeping with open windows was an added bonus. The buffet breakfast had a refreshing selection of delights. You will find the grounds quiet despite the fact that the hotel faces a main road. We recommend you borrow the bikes and cycle to your heart's content! The roads are safe and easy to navigate. The local restaurants are very close. Try the restaurant about three kilometers right out of the main gate. You won't be disappointed. We truly wanted to stay longer. A perfect distance from the airport (about 10 minutes' drive), and about the same to catch a river taxi to Venice. |

Very pleasant location, quiet, secure and very clean.Ideal for travelling around the area, good sized room with work space.Very polite staff, including when I had a very late arrival at 02.00 am! TV was a little dodgy and had limited english speaking channels |

Clean, modern, stylish, good value, good breakfast, very attentive helpful staff, all of whom spoke perfect information.The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the airport (I found it with no problems at 23:00 hrs!). No pool! |

rooms were good size and clean mini bar availible in room ,breakfast is usual italian standard no transport from airport this lets the hotel down taxi cost 15 euors each way, best to take public transport if your time of arrival permits |

Pleasant, clean hotel. Rooms are quite small but adequate. Situated away from a busy main road and very convenient for Venice Airport. Free internet access is a bonus. |

Close to the airport and to get into Venice by bus When we arrived the hotel tried to put my husband and I in 2 separate rooms with single bed in each the size of a closet with no rate reduction when I had clearly booked a double room. After a wait of almost 40 mins. they very reluctantly upgrated us to a king and made us feel like ugly Americans. |

close to the airport, cheap bus connection to Venice. They offered a transfer to the airport at 5:30AM, but I didn't require it, so I don't know if it's free last bus back from Venice at 11:40, it's in the middle of nowhere |

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was new and stylish furnished. And it was very close to the airport. In the rooms you can here through the walls, could hear other people talking and laughing next door. It was very disturbing. Also, the breakfast room and the accommodation was in separate buildings - not very convenient. |

Some very positive point like: Near public bus to Venice at every 30 minutes; quiet place; wireless by free in all hotel area; breakfast inclued in the price and the staff us been fantastic. |
