Rialto Project Apartments is in different locations in central Venice. It has elegantly furnished apartments with free Wi-Fi.
Score from 219 reviews Good
Antico Panada dates back to 1889. It is in 2 historic buildings, 100 ft from Saint Mark's Square. The air-conditioned rooms feature refined furniture, and Murano lamps.

Score from 908 reviews Very good
Hotel Violino d'Oro is an 18th-century building with traditionally decorated rooms, overlooking the San Moisè Canal. Saint Mark’s Square is less than a 5 minute walk away.
Score from 1103 reviews Excellent
great location and not in the noisy areas so a good nights sleep.
Close to everything..
Stears to the apartment with Kids...
In the midst of the island very central lovely old building and quite.
One bed was that you where rolling to each other . No microwave.
Location. All major attractions in walking distance
the crockery supplied wasn't all clean. More needs to be said about the stairs as they are a challenge. The apartment was not as bright as depicted in the pictures. The taps overshot the sinks in both bathrooms.
Lovely historical apartment in a convenient location! ♥
The stairs were challenging for elderly members of our family!
Liked - welcome at Rialto water is stop - place was clean, vibrant and spacious - value for money - location was perfect(big tick) - power points easily accessible in all rooms - bedroom was dark and quiet for people was enjoy a long sleep in while on holiday
Didn't like - no kettle - beds made as a king bed not 2 single beds - water in shower was not reliable ( change from hot cold quickly) - recycling was difficult to get used to but this is a prerequisite in Venice - no towel n linen service when staying more than 2/3 nights
Good location, one vapereto stop from San marco square (in some ways it was bad cause it was not possible to walk to san marco square, if you wished to)
We had a sofa cum bed in one of the room and when we opened it was so dirty that I closed it and had my kid sleep in our bed. Also there was not way we could clean it for use.
Wifi didn't work Had to remove rubbish from apartment prior to 8 am for collection
Comfort Clean Excellent space Very well located Bathroom Accomodations Air condition
Great views, room well equipped
No air conditioning and children didn't like sharing a fold out sofa bed but that is pretty standard when travelling
Location, 2 bed rooms, 2 showers, air conditioning in the bed rooms worked
Travelcot for baby was broken and staff did not provide a new one or came back on my phone call even though they said they would call back, TV did not work, no oven, Iron when used left huge stain on the close so dress is ruined now and we could not use the iron for anything else, no wifi even though advertised, air conditioning did not work in living room
nice location...very close to San Marco Plaza..
lausy service...cannot check-in after 11:00pm...our flight arrived at Venice at 11:00pm, no matter how we have begged them for help, they just rejected it, even we offered to pay their overtime working expense. So we have to stay one night at the airport with my kid and the hotel still charged us for that one night room rate! That is really a bad experience in Venice!!!
Loved the location, just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, P. San Marco, and other attractions. The apartment was fairly large with a good floor plan and good bed arrangements.
We were unable to get the air conditioning to work, despite consulting with the instructions for the thermostat, and it was really hot. Not all rooms had fans in them. There were also some cosmetic defects around the apartment: light bulbs burned out, toaster cord melted, window glass cracked, small holes and cracks in the plaster... many of these were pretty minor, but because we had to provide a credit card number for a damage deposit that would be charged for damage assessed after we left, we took pictures of everything. We probable wouldn't have noticed many of the defects otherwise. Also, this apartment was the only one (out of 4 that we stayed in on our trip to Italy) that charged us to have internet. For 30 euros, we received a mobile hotspot device that worked very intermittently. Since several of us needed to check in with work frequently, this was very inconvenient. All in all, the apartment was pretty decent, but we were left with a poor taste in our mouth after paying for internet and worrying about the damage deposit.
Large rooms, especially the kitchen, it's a square.
The kitchen facilities are so old, it takes much time to cook and wash everyday...
I like that the apartment was big and it had a balcony.
Did not appreciate the guy who met us at the boat and took us to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment he told us to leave our suitcases at the entrance hall and not knowing we were going to have to climb approx 83 steps we did. So now we had to go down the same stairs and come back up those 83 steps with the suitcases when we could've taken the suitcases on the first trip up. I guess he was in a rush and did not want to see us struggled taking the suitcases up. Also I requested wireless Internet and did not get it. Management did not send us directions on what to do once we arrived at the train station as they said they would. We had to call them. The apartment was nice despite the fact that it was on the top floor without elevators!
Everything is OK, especially there is supermarket nearby.
There was no satellite TV, just Italian.
Excellent Location close to St. Marks and The Rialto Bridge Spacious apartment with plenty of room Great eclectic decor that added to the character of the apartment
There was no WiFi available even though the booking said there was. There were no sheets on one of the beds in the apartment and none to be found
Sensational View from the large deck. Great location very close to the San Tomaso Vaporetto stop.
Need to install a glass shower partition to stop water going on the floor.
I like the place nice.clean. Quiet area. Vaporetto stop right around the corner. Very convenient. To get on boat to touristy attractions.
There was no wifi. I specifically had requested this paid service. Got it 2days after our arrival. The mifi had not been charge. Charger was not working. The was no wifi Service even with the Mifi. It was a hassle trying to find a place to get wifi. Had no way of communicating with my family. I suggest get a local temporary phone or SIM card while in Venice.
Equipment of the kitchen, furniture, very modern bathrooms, views, AC,
The high forth floor, poor wi-fi
Excellent location, near train station and 20 minutes walk from San Marco Square.
great location very close to all the main tourist points and transportation, beautiful apartment but be careful if you have small children. very nice and good ac
difficult to get hold of somebody to help if you have no cell phone, also building is old so it makes sounds at night (but all buildings are old there) the tv did not have the best reception. also the bathroom got clogged and there was standing water.
The location is away from the touristy areas of Venice so you feel as if you are engaging with the city in a more realistic way. And because this is an apartment you buy food from the local markets and really gef to live in Venice.
The furnishings are basic but more than adequate. This is not a luxury holiday option but if you want to really live in the city then there is nothing not to like about City Apartments.
The water body in the vicinity
It was such as horrible experience in this apartment. The staff was very rude, charged us ridiculously for late reporting (50 euros). To our horror electricity went away at 01:00 in the night and there was no one to call to. City apartment office was closed. When I called next morning, the lady simply said it might have been a storm or something. How ridiculous. We spent the whole night at the mercy of mosquitoes in the hot Venice weather. In terms of facility, the apartment was very old, utensils were dirty and broken in kitchen. What to say more, I regret choosing for City Apartments.
