The sense of history and culture, and the art and ambience of the hotel. The art works in particular were most impressive. Very plush surroundings, especially in the entrance foyer and breakfast room. Being able to walk into town in a few minute was convenient. Having off-street parkiing was great. Reception staff spoke some English. The room was quite small and there was a bit of noise from the back alley way although this was quieter than being on the street side of the hotel.

The room was lovely and clean. We had a view overlooking the park. The only drawback was that the air conditioning unit was not strong enough. Even though we were there in late September, it was hot and we wanted some ac in the room, especially at night. The room faced the park, and subsequently, the street, so the ac would have been useful to block the noise. Instead, we had to keep the window open for air and it was rather noisy.

ホテルのスタッフさんは感じがよく、部屋も清潔でとてもよかったです。 ご自慢のバスルームもとても素敵でした。真向かいのドゥカーレ公園もきれいで散歩にはおすすめです。 ホテル～駅は地図上では近いと思い込み、歩きましたが30分くらいかかりました。バスを使えば便利だと思い- ます。

Lo conoscevo gia' ed e' una piccola struttura carina ed elegante posizionata in una delle zone piu' pittoresche di Parma di fronte allo storico Parco Ducale, per I parmigiani doc " Il Giardino ". Camera essenziale ma curata e pulita. Il personale presente al check out era impreparato. Alle ore 7,45 nessuno era in grado di fare il conto ed ho dovuto attendere piu' di 20 minuti per avere la mia ricevuta. La colazione pensavo fosse piu' ricca.

Een plezierige ervaring. Een fijn oud herenhuis. Zeer aangenaam met fijne sfeer. Het ontbijt is te eenvoudig en de receptie moet wat sneller worden.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil. L’emplacement est bon et le cadre agréable. Mauvais rapport qualité prix notamment à cause de : - Equipements électriques: pas aux normes internationales. (Difficulté à brancher un ordinateur!). - internet payant et par cartes de 3 heures seulement. Petit déjeuner très basique. - Pas de couverture supplémentaire dans les chambres, alors que la couverture sur le lit est extra-fine.

La temperatura delle stanze era piacevolmente alta, lo staff molto gentile. Camera pulita, mobilio un po'..''vintage''. Dalla stanza si sentivano fin troppo bene le macchine che passavano sulla strada. La televisione aveva un segnale instabile.

Très décevant. Viellot les chambres sont sinistres. Acuei Mediocre. Petit déjeuner mauvais. Hôtel a déconseiller J aie demander a chamger de chambre car. Trop moche. Et il mon fait payer 50 euros de plus pour une chambre un peu plus grande mais audI horrible
