“ location, lovely staff. cause i saw it's quite central location i was a bit afraid about all the noise so I've asked for quiet room and really got one. Also great value for money. If I ever return to Naples I will come back. ”

The hotel was pretty nice. The rooms were really big. The wifi was in and out and I found long hairs in the toilet and on a towel. Kind of grossed me out

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff cortese e disponibile. Vicinanza alla stazione centrale. Qualche problema con la rubinetteria dei bagni (che non sono il top).

Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa; kontakt w J.angielskim bezproblemowy; syte śniadania (nie tylko rogalik z kawą ale I wędliny, sery, ciasta); dogodna lokalizacja-przy dw głównym ale w bocznej uliczce co zapewniło spokój; czysto, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju na życzenie. Gorąco polecam!

ottima struttura modernamente curata,ordinata, pulita e silenziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, ottimamente collocata per visitare pedonalmente la città e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici,dotata di personale molto organizzato, preciso,serio,cordiale e disponibile, sia nei quotidiani rapporti che nel servizio colazione e pasti peraltro abbondanti e qualitativamente eccellenti onestamente nulla.

Staff gentile Camere spaziose e ben arredate,però la pulizia scarsissima,il bagno sporco non disinfettato,pavimenti penso non lavati da settimane,peccato veramente,perché è un bel posto però dovrebbero essere controllate le pulizie!

Un hotel muy confortable pero se deben mejorar las zona vecinas que impactan y causan mala impresion. La zona donde esta ubicado no es precisamente la mas agradable, se observa mucha suciedad, ruido y caos vehicular con vendedores ambulantes

1) бронировала трехместный номер (хотя путешествовали вдвоем, но других не было), а поселили в двухместном (за ту же цену), без всяких объяснений. номер вполне устроил, не устроило отсутствие каких-либо извинений. и завтрак плохой. 2) Время освобождения номера назвали на час раньше, чем было на сайте (10-30), на вопрос - почему? - ответили, что надеются, что к 10-00 освободим. Грубовато...

l'ambiente con persone molto cordiali e efficienti. le camere in ordine e pulite la strada adiacente all'albergo molto sporca e di conseguenza un impatto negativo per chi ci passa.
