position and the retro architecture
Proximity to the train station
The location is near the train station, very handy if you are stopping in Naples for a night. The room was big and nicely decorated. Free wifi Friendly staff
Not safe neighbouhood
The most important thing it's close to the train station and all kind of transport. The staff were kind.
The shower room was a little rusty, the chamber has humidity smell and inside views weren't so great.
Great location. Right in the center of Naples. Walking distance to the railway station/bus stop/Metro station. A perfect choice for the last couple of nights in Naples for young travelers like us. Room is big, clean, safe and good value for the price.
WIFI does not work. Voldafone 3G connection is VERY poor in my room. I had to go to the balcony if I need to use internet on my mobile.
Breakfast was delicious!
AC did not work
good price, close to train station and metro
a bit old
Staff helpful, breakfast had great choice. Close to station and not far from Port.
WiFi connection only in reception.
Breakfast was more than a coffee and a sweet. Bed was comfortable and the room was big and clean.
Neighbour around very dirty. Lift was busy with people doing cleaning, had to walk up and down few times.
Central location. Nice staff.
The parking fee is quite high and parking is only possible in a garage 5 min walking from the hotel (foreign license plates). Very poor internet.
Location is good. especially if you arrive with train and you have plan to travel to Pompeii, Sorrento by train. Others were just average. breakfast was fine
Old building noisy area probably not very safe zoon of Napoli
Staff Breakfast Very cheap but quality service
Very close to train station and relatively close to airport, port, centre etc. Nothing major wrong with the hotel. A decent, nice place.
The breakfast was very average. The hotel is close to the station, which is handy but that is a bit of a dodgy, intimidating area.
Everything was fine -1)staff,especially Silvo the waiter(very efficient and professional), 2) very clean everywhere, 3)huge room and great air conditioner, 4) overall great value!
sore back from a too firm bed, otherwise the room was splendid
Location was good to train station, historical center was a short walk away. A few casual restaurants nearby.
Naples is generally a little dirty.
good location near central train station, room had a fridge that worked (but no coffee facilities), staff were helpful, included breakfast was good value.
Great location near train station and airport bus. Friendly staff!
Customer service is good and the place is calm
Very old style and decoration. Old bed sheets and very old bathroom. Found some scratches in the toilet. While photos shows you this hotel as a legendary one, it's quite average or below average one.
Bad street, not really friendly staff, very bad wifi, lack of equipment in the room and bathroom
The clean room. The encompassing breakfast.Th
The internet connection
Very near train metro and bus. Great buffet breakfast.
Rooms are tired out and beds are mediocre.
Location Quiet Clean Great breakfast
Hotel had a bed and air conditioning worked well. Close to the main train station and free breakfast was convenient . Wifi worked well. Had everything we needed for a hotel stay none the less ..
Lady at the desk had no idea about any information on trains/buses or doing other things while in the city. Not helpful at all. Very dirty area. Unless your looking for a place to stay over night to a place to sleep before u leave the area, it's not for u. Maybe for business ... Not leisure. We ended up spending the day on a hour train right to sorrento and Capri which was the only enjoyable time of our stay. The place was hard to find. Cops walk around on their cell phones and don't seem to care. Don't go here for leisure
