sehr freundliches Personal, Koffer Abstellen kein Problem, gutes Frühstück, sauber, ausreichend Handtücher etc.

das Bad hat etwas gemuffelt (Abfluss); Klimaanlage ging nicht (war aber zu der Jahreszeit nicht schlimm)

Nicht weit vom Start/Ziel Bereich für den Rom-Marathon.

Great location, nice and helpfull staff, room was very cosy and clean. There was patio on the first floor were breakfast is serving. Btw very delicios croissants!

Although we had patio side window, there was still very noisy at nights. And sometimes there was very strong smell from the kitchen

The staff of the hotel is friendly and the breakfast is nice. The beds were good.

There was no place to eat in the very small breakfast room. There was a lot of noise from the road.The room was rather small

Very convenient to Termini Station, shops and Rome sites. Very good local restaurants and on a quiet srteet.

Breakfast area too cramped for collecting food. Too much work for one staff to provide food at breakfast, ran out of foods and coffee machine out of order, so one staff inadequate.

Air-conditioner didn't work, we hade to open the window and "enjoy" a noise of the street. Old furniture, rooms need repair. Fungus on bathroom walls.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. Was clean. Had a problem with the air conditioning, but they corrected the problem. "When we checked in they did not have out reservation, but found us a room which had the non working air conditioner. The had a service for a very reasonable fee that took you to the airport.

The stairs could be a problem for some people. The elevator was very small and once you got off the elevator you have about 14 steps to your room. Rooms small, but the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location for our trip to Rome, within walking distance to Termini station and and the Colosseum. Rooms were air conditioned which was brilliant as it was 33 degrees outside! We had a good sized twin room, with a fridge and a safe. The beds were reasonably comfortable, good sized bathroom. It served us well for our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent variety including fruit, cereals etc. Lovely to sit outside in the garden to eat. There is a great little shop next door where we bought our water everyday, also chocolate which they kept in the fridge!

The only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs a bit of attention, black mould around the bath and all over the shower curtain which definitely needs replacing , the shower head also had no fixing on the wall, so had to hold it which was slightly inconvenient! A kettle in the room would be good to make a cuppa after a long day sightseeing. However, small things like this can be fixed, it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Rooms were lean and decent. Close to attractions of Rome. Front desk was friendly.

Front desk was not helpful with the taxi service. Other than that, the breakfast was not that good.
