Requested a quiet room for my sister with a balcony if possible as it was her 60th birthday surprise holiday and not been to Rome before. The hotel resonded quickly and assured us they would be happy to do this. The room was nice and big with a good size balcony where the 4 of us could sit out on. We also had a nice room with a renovated bathroom & a small balcony which was unexpected. Both our rooms were at the back of the hotel so were very quiet and had good aircon. The hotel had a nice courtyard where you could drink your own beer and wine (much cheaper than doing so in the cafe/restaurants).
For breakfast you need to ask for ham, cheese, eggs as they do not have a cooling tray to put them on! The rooms do not have tea/coffee facility, therefore it would be nice to be able to help yourself to the coffee/tea machine during the day, but eveything is switched off after breakfast and ufortunately there is no cafe closeby that do takeaway coffee! Make sure you take mosquito spray as they are everywhere!
Near to station and hop on tours. Staff friendly. Clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk to colosseum and forum. Near to several restaurants. Free safe in room. Fresh toiletries and towels every day.
Weak WiFi signal. Breakfast poor and same every day. No bar, no restaurant in hotel.
Excelent WIFI, good quality breakfast even though it wasn't varied, good location.
The bathroom could be cleaner.
The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes from Termini, 3 minutes from Cavour metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a plug adapter for our laptop. In the day of the checkout we could leave our baggage at the reception. The room was clean and neat. The WiFi had very good signal everywhere. They have a PC at the reception if you want to print your boarding ticket or just surf the internet for your desire. We would definitely go back again.
The breakfast was not varied. There were a lot of sweets but not enough salty things ( only ham, salamy, chese and a boiled egg - if you asked for them ). The coffee from their coffee machine was awful, but you could ask for an espresso at the bar and that was much better. Beside of this, the food was good quality. The room was quite small, but enough if you want to visit Rome and not sleep all day.
The hotel provides good value for money, the staff is helpful, breakfast is good and the location is excellent.
The wi-fi (in my room) did not work properly. It was a very local problem (due to the location of the room) but it was not sorted out.
Location is great. It's 5 blocks from Termini and you can go by foot to all the places to visit in Rome.
The room was very small. It's ok if you just go to sleep.
Tea and coffee from a machine. Toaster took too long
Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel near metro station and good/economic restaurants, good location (you can actually go by foot to the coliseum).
The shower (although very clean, there was no shower base and the shower drain was directly on the ground), the breakfast could be more diversified.
