The hotel was perfectly located for our trip to the Opera in Arena Di Verona. It is a very short drive from the train station and a lovely stroll to the Arena. The garden at the back of the hotel is a great retreat to relax in. |

A very convenient hotel for the Opera, shopping in central Verona and for the railway station. The hotel is luxurious and the staff really know the meaning of service. |

The staff were helpful and the decor and services were good but you can get just as good hotels at much less the cost I felt that it was overpriced simply because of its location |

Close to the city and the station. Rooms felt quite dark and breakfast was in a basement room. Overall, although we got a competitive rate, it felt expensive. |

The central location being convinient to the Arena Verona and old town centre. Easy access from the rail station. Lift was generaly slow and one morning at breakfast, we had to use the stair from the 3rd floor because the lift did not respond. |

It was a very good location in a very nice city. The room was big enough. That is a very good hotel for city visitors. |

Hotel staff were polite, helpful and cheerful. We were glad to be able to sit in the garden and we appreciated the hotel decor and stylish atmosphere. Slightly complicated to organise the parking of cars. |

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the downtown area, as well as the train station. The morning breakfast was a wonderful surprise. |

The Hotel is great for everyone who wants to be close to the center of town as well as the train station. Both are about 10 minutes away if you walk. The hotel is clean and has air conditioned rooms. The breakfast did not offer alot great variety. |

Excellent location (between the city centre and the station, within walking distance of both), nice breakfast, lovely courtyard & garden, friendly staff, classic decor No bathtub and the shower room was not the biggest. Though the staff were friendly, we found the manager to be slightly pompous and not particularly helpful. |

The hotel is in an ideal position as located near to both rail & bus stations and a short walk to the arena. Although on a main road the traffice noise was not a problem. The breakfast was relaxed and ample and the staff were very pleasant. I would retun to this hotel. |
