Grand Hotel Verona  

El edificio de carácter neoclásico. Su ubicación próxima a los principales espacios de la ciudad. La tranquilidad y confort de sus instalaciones.

El baño era un espacio reducido, especialmente la ducha. Aun siendo de constitución delgada resultaba casi imposible ducharae en condiciones optimas. Debería haber bañera. El desayuno era algo limitado, dado que estamos hablando de un hotel de 4 estrellas y de que los precios eran excesivos en esta época del año.

La habitación es pequeńa para ser triple y tener ese precio.Ademas estaba helada,pero al parecer la dirección no había autorizado aun la puesta en marcha de la calefacción

PAra un 4 estrellas, no tener un Gym o piscina es una gran carencia.

The hotel was perfectly clean and of a very good standard. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - only minutes walk from The Arena and the shopping area of Verona. We only had breakfast here but it was very good with plenty of choice. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

it was the best hotel in Italy. we were very happy that we have chosen it for the first days of honeymoon. the staff showed the friendliest I have ever met. recommend highly. also we liked the atmosphere and furmiture)

The decor was elegant. The reception area and the rooms were of a very high standard. The breakfast room was beautiful and the breakfast choice itself was excellent.

It was not obvious from the website that the private parking down the street entailed leaving the car in the covered garage with the key. I was reticient to do this but there was no option as the street parking was for a maximum of two hours. The person on the desk failed to give precise information, even when asked twice. Not the end of the world but a bit disconcerting.

Easy to find/reach - straight from the autostrada. Close to city center. Quality room. Nearby garage.

The service from all members of staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were looked after.

Whilst not in a bad state of repair, the hotel is clearly in need of modernisation. Decoration and furniture looks like it was completed in the mid 90s (if not before). For the price, the hotel fixtures felt a little dated.

Very nice hotel, only 10 min walk from railway station and 5 min walk from centre of Verona. Was probably old-fashioned once, but now modern, tasteful and very comfortable. No restaurant in hotel but many within a few minutes walk.

A good experience throughout. Very helpful efficient friendly staff at reception. Comfortable room. Note was taken of our prior request for a quiet room at back of hotel.

It was convenient to the main center of the city.

I like the location, the hotel is very old and maintained badly! I would rate it as good 2 star or fair 3 star definitely not as 4 star 8.5 that was given on booking.com website!! It was misleading and not value for money!! The rooms are small and bathrooms very old and badly maintained!!!
